Matthew 26
1 And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these saying, he said to his disciples,
၁ထိုဒေသနာတော်ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ယေရှုသည် အကုန်အစင်ဟောတော်မူပြီးလျှင်၊ တပည့်တော်တို့အား၊
2 Ye know that after two days the Passover comes, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.
၂နှစ်ရက်လွန်မှပသခါပွဲနေ့ရောက်မည်ကို သင်တို့သိကြ၏။ ထိုအခါ လူသားကိုလက်ဝါးကပ်တိုင်မှာ ရိုက် သတ်စေခြင်းငှါ အပ်နှံကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
3 Then the chief priests, and the scholars, and the elders of the people, assembled together to the courtyard of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,
၃ထိုအခါ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်အကြီးကျမ်းပြုဆရာတို့နှင့် လူတို့တွင် အကြီးအကဲဖြစ်သောသူတို့သည်၊ ကယာဖအမည်ရှိသော ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်မင်း၏ အိမ်ဦး၌ စည်းဝေးကြပြီးလျှင်၊
4 and they deliberated so that they might take Jesus by trickery, and kill him.
၄ယေရှုကို ပရိယာယ်အားဖြင့် ဘမ်းဆီး၍ သတ်အံ့သောငှါ တိုင်ပင်ကြ၏။
5 But they said, Not during the feast, lest an uproar develop among people.
၅သို့သော်လည်း လူများတို့သည် ရုန်းရင်းခတ်ဖြစ်မည်ကိုစိုးရိမ်၍ ပွဲနေ့တွင်မပြုနှင့်ဦးဟု ပြောဆိုကြ၏။
6 Now when Jesus happened to be in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper,
၆ဗေသနိရွာတွင် ရှိမုန်အမည်ရှိသောလူနု၏ အိမ်၌ ယေရှုရှိတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊
7 a woman came to him having an alabaster cruse of precious ointment, and she poured it upon his head as he sat relaxing.
၇မိန်းမတယောက်သည် အဘိုးများစွာထိုက်သော ဆီမွှေးကျောက်ဖြူခွက်တလုံးကို အထံတော်သို့ ယူခဲ့၍၊ စားပွဲနားမှာ လျောင်းတော်မူသော ကိုယ်တော်၏ခေါင်းပေါ်၌ သွန်းလောင်းလေ၏။
8 But when his disciples saw it, they were indignant, saying, Why this waste?
၈တပည့်တော်တို့သည် မြင်လျှင် ဒေါသစိတ်ရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍ အဘယ်ကြောင့် အကျိုးမဲ့ဆုံးစေသနည်း။
9 For this ointment could have been sold for much, and given to the poor.
၉ထိုဆီမွှေးကို အဘိုးများစွာနှင့်ရောင်း၍ ဆင်းရဲသောသူတို့အား ပေးစရာကောင်းသည်ဟုဆိုကြ၏။
10 But Jesus knowing it, he said to them, Why do ye cause troubles to the woman? For she has wrought a good work upon me.
၁၀ယေရှုသည် သိတော်မူလျှင် ထိုမိန်းမကို အဘယ်ကြောင့်နှောင့်ရှက်ကြသနည်း။ သူသည် ငါ၌ ကောင်း သောအမှုကိုပြုပြီ။
11 For ye always have the poor with you, but ye do not always have me.
၁၁ဆင်းရဲသောသူတို့သည် သင်တို့၌ အစဉ်ရှိကြ၏။ ငါမူကား သင်တို့၌အစဉ်ရှိသည်မဟုတ်။
12 For by pouring this ointment upon my body, she did it for my burial.
၁၂ဤဆီမွှေးကို ငါ့ကိုယ်အပေါ်၌ သွန်းလောင်းသည်မှာ ငါ့အလောင်းကို သင်္ဂြိုဟ်မည်ဟု ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းငှါ ပြုသတည်း။
13 Truly I say to you, wherever this good news may be proclaimed in the whole world, what this woman did will also be told for a memorial of her.
၁၃ငါအမှန်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ ဧဝံဂေလိတရားကို မြေတပြင်လုံးတွင် ဟောသောအရပ်ရပ်တို့၌ ဤမိန်းမကို အောက်မေ့စရာဘို့ သူပြုသောဤအမှုကို ကြားပြောရကြလတံ့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
14 Then one of the twelve, who was called Judas Iscariot, having gone to the chief priests,
၁၄ထိုအခါ တပည့်တော်တကျိပ်နှစ်ပါးအဝင်ဖြစ်သော ယုဒရှကာရုတ်သည် ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်အကြီးတို့ထံ သို့သွား၍၊
15 he said, What are ye willing to give me, and I will deliver him to you? And they weighed out to him thirty silver pieces.
၁၅အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ယေရှုကို ကိုယ်တော်တို့လက်သို့အပ်လျှင် အဘယ်မျှလောက်ပေးပါမည်နည်းဟု လျှောက်သော်၊ ထိုသူတို့က ငွေအကျပ်သုံးဆယ်ပေးမည်ဟု ဝန်ခံကြ၏။
16 And from that time he sought a favorable opportunity so that he might betray him.
၁၆ထိုအခါမှစ၍ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုအပ်ခြင်းငှါ အဆင်သင့်သောအချိန်ကာလကို ရှာကြံလျက်နေ၏။
17 Now on the first day of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying, Where do thou want that we should prepare for thee to eat the Passover?
၁၇အဇုမပွဲ ပဌမနေ့၌ တပည့်တော်တို့သည် အထံတော်သို့ချဉ်းကပ်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ပသခါပွဲကို စား တော်မူဘို့ရာ အဘယ်အရပ်၌ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ပြင်ဆင်စေခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိတော်မူသနည်းဟု မေးကြသော်၊
18 And he said, Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, The teacher says, My time is near. I keep the Passover with my disciples with thee.
၁၈ကိုယ်တော်က၊ မြို့တွင် ဤမည်သောသူ၏အိမ်သို့သွားကြ၊ ဆရာမှာလိုက်သည်ကား၊ ငါ့အချိန်နီးပြီ။ သင့်အိမ်၌ ငါ့တပည့်တို့နှင့်တကွ ပသခါပွဲကို ငါခံမည်ဟု ထိုသူကို ပြောကြလော့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
19 And the disciples did as Jesus arranged for them, and they prepared the Passover.
၁၉တပည့်တော်တို့သည် စီရင်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်းပြု၍ ပသခါပွဲကို ပြင်ဆင်ကြ၏။
20 Now having become evening, he was sitting with the twelve.
၂၀ညဦးယံအချိန်ရောက်မှ တပည့်တော်တကျိပ်နှစ်ပါးတို့နှင့်အတူ စားပွဲ၌ လျောင်းတော်မူ၏။
21 And as they were eating, he said, Truly I say to you, that one of you will betray me.
၂၁စား၍နေကြစဉ် ကိုယ်တော်က၊ ငါအမှန်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ သင်တို့တွင် တစုံတယောက်သောသူသည် ငါ့ကို အပ်နှံလိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူလျှင်၊
22 And being exceedingly sorrowful, they began, each of them, to say to him, Is it I, Lord?
၂၂တပည့်တော်တို့သည် အလွန်ဝမ်းနည်း၍ သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လောဟု အသီးအသီးမေးလျှောက်ကြ၏။
23 And having answered, he said, He who dipped his hand with me in the dish, this man will betray me.
၂၃ကိုယ်တော်ကလည်း ငါနှင့်အတူ ပုကန်တွင် လက်နှိုက်သောသူသည် ငါ့ကို အပ်နှံလိမ့်မည်။
24 The Son of man indeed goes as it is written about him, but woe to that man through whom the Son of man is betrayed! It were good for him if that man had not been born.
၂၄ကျမ်းစာလာသည်အတိုင်း လူသားသည်သွားရမည်။ သို့သော်လည်း လူသားကိုအပ်နှံသောသူသည် အမင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။ ထိုသူသည် ဘွားမြင်ခြင်းကိုမခံရလျှင် အနေသာ၍ကောင်းသည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
25 And Judas (the man who betrayed him) having answered, he said, Is it I, Rabbi? He says to him, Thou have said.
၂၅ကိုယ်တော်ကို အပ်နှံမည့်သူယုဒရှကာရုတ် ကလည်း၊ အရှင်ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လောဟု မေးလျှောက် လျှင်၊ သင်ဆိုသည့်အတိုင်းမှန်သည်ဟု ပြန်ပြောတော်မူ၏။
26 And as they were eating, Jesus, having taken bread, having expressed thanks, broke in pieces, and he gave to the disciples, and said, Take, eat, this is my body.
၂၆ထိုအခါ စားလျက်နေကြစဉ်တွင်၊ ယေရှုသည် မုန့်ကိုယူ၍ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းပြီးမှ မုန့်ကိုဖဲ့၍၊ ဤမုန့်ကား ငါ၏ကိုယ်ဖြစ်၏။ ယူ၍စားကြလော့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူလျက်၊ တပည့်တော်တို့အား ပေးတော်မူ၏။
27 And having taken the cup, having expressed thanks, he gave to them, saying, All ye drink of it,
၂၇ခွက်ကိုလည်းယူ၍ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းပြီးမှ သူတို့အားပေးတော်မူ၍ သင်တို့ရှိသမျှသည် သောက် ကြလော့။
28 for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is shed on behalf of many for remission of sins.
၂၈ဤခွက်ကား ပဋိညာဉ်တရားသစ်နှင့်ဆိုင်၍ လူများတို့၏အပြစ်ကိုလွတ်စေခြင်းငှါ သွန်းသော ငါ၏ အသွေးဖြစ်၏။
29 But I say to you, that I will, no, not drink of this fruit of the grapevine henceforth until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.
၂၉ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ ဤစပျစ်ရည်မျိုးအသစ်ကို ငါ့ခမည်းတော်၏နိုင်ငံ၌ သင်တို့နှင့်အတူ ငါမသောက်မှီ နေ့တိုင်အောင် ယခုမှစ၍တဖန် ငါမသောက်ရဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
30 And having sung a hymn, they went out to the mount of Olives.
၃၀ထို့နောက် သီချင်းဆိုကြပြီးမှ သံလွင်တောင်သို့ ထွက်သွားကြ၏။
31 Then Jesus says to them, All ye will be caused to stumble by me in this night, for it is written, I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.
၃၁ထိုအခါ ယေရှုကလည်း၊ ကျမ်းစာလာသည်ကား၊ သိုးထိန်းကိုငါရိုက်သတ်၍ သိုးတို့သည် ကွဲလွင့်ရကြ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ရေးထားသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ယနေ့ညဉ့်တွင် သင်တို့ရှိသမျှသည် ငါ့ကြောင့်စိတ်ပျက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
32 But after I am raised up, I will go before you into Galilee.
၃၂သို့သော်လည်း ငါသည်ထမြောက်ပြီးမှ သင်တို့ရှေ့ ဂါလိလဲပြည်သို့သွားမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူသော်၊
33 But having answered, Peter said to him, If all men will be caused to stumble by thee, I will never be caused to stumble.
၃၃ပေတရုက၊ ဤသူရှိသမျှတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကြောင့်စိတ်ပျက်ကြသော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ် အလျှင်းမပျက်ပါဟု လျှောက်လေ၏။
34 Jesus said to him, Truly I say to thee, that in this night, before a cock sounds, thou will deny me thrice.
၃၄ယေရှုကလည်း၊ ငါအမှန်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ ယနေ့ညဉ့်တွင်ကြက်မတွန်မှီ သင်သည်သုံးကြိမ်မြောက်အောင် ငါ့ကို ငြင်းပယ်လိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူလျှင်၊
35 Peter says to him, Even if I must die with thee, I will, no, not deny thee. And likewise also, said all the disciples.
၃၅ပေတရုက၊ ကိုယ်တော်နှင့်တကွသေရသော်လည်း အကျွန်ုပ်သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကို မငြင်းမပယ်ပါဟု လျှောက်ပြန်၏။ တပည့်တော်အပေါင်းတို့သည်လည်း ထိုနည်းတူလျှောက်ကြ၏။
36 Then Jesus comes with them to a place called Gethsemane, and he says to his disciples, Sit ye here until, after going, I may pray there.
၃၆ထိုအခါ ယေရှုသည် သူတို့နှင့်အတူ ဂေသရှေမန်အရပ်သို့ ရောက်တော်မူလျှင်၊ ငါသည် ဟိုအရပ်သို့ သွား၍ ဆုတောင်းစဉ်တွင် ဤအရပ်၌ ထိုင်နေကြလော့ဟု တပည့်တော်တို့အား မိန့်တော်မူပြီးမှ၊
37 And having taken Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, he began to be sorrowful and distressed.
၃၇ပေတရုနှင့် ဇေဗေဒဲ၏သားနှစ်ယောက်တို့ကို ခေါ်သွား၍၊ နှလုံးသောစိတ်ပူပန်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်တော် မူ၏။
38 Then Jesus says to them, My soul is deeply grieved, as far as of death. Remain ye here and watch with me.
၃၈ထိုအခါ ယေရှုက၊ ငါသည် သေလောက်အောင် စိတ်နှလုံးအလွန်ညှိုးငယ်ခြင်းရှိ၏။ ဤအရပ်၌ ငါနှင့် အတူစောင့်၍ နေကြလော့ဟု တပည့်တော်သုံးယောက်တို့အား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
39 And having gone forward a little, he fell on his face praying, and saying, My Father, if it be possible, may this cup pass from me. Nevertheless, not as I want, but as thou.
၃၉ထိုမှ အနည်းငယ်လွန်ပြန်လျှင် ပြပ်ဝပ်၍အကျွန်ုပ်အဘ၊ ဤခွက်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုလွန်သွားနိုင်လျှင် လွန်သွားပါစေသော။ သို့သော်လည်း အကျွန်ုပ်အလိုရှိသည်အတိုင်း မဖြစ်ပါစေနှင့်။ ကိုယ်တော်အလိုရှိသည် အတိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါစေသောဟု ဆုတောင်းတော်မူ၏။
40 And he comes to the disciples, and finds them sleeping. And he says to Peter, So ye could not watch with me one hour.
၄၀တပည့်တော်တို့ရှိရာသို့ ပြန်၍ သူတို့သည် အိပ်ပျော်လျက်နေကြသည်ကို တွေ့တော်မူလျှင်၊ သင်တို့ သည် တနာရီခန့်မျှ ငါနှင့်အတူစောင့်၍နေခြင်းငှါ ဤသို့မစွမ်းနိုင်သလော။
41 Watch and pray that ye enter not into temptation. Truly, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.
၄၁စုံစမ်းနှောင့်ရှက်ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်မည်အကြောင်း ဆုတောင်းလျက်စောင့်နေကြလော့။ စိတ်ဝိညာဉ် ကား စေတနာရှိငြားသော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်မူကား အားနည်းသည်ဟု ပေတရုအား မိန့်တော်မူပြီးမှ၊
42 Having gone again a second time, he prayed, saying, My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to pass from me, except I drink it, may thy will happen.
၄၂တဖန်သွား၍ အကျွန်ုပ်အဘ၊ ဤခွက်ကိုအကျွန်ုပ်မသောက်ဘဲ လွန်၍မသွားရလျှင် ကိုယ်တော် အလို ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါစေသောဟု ဆုတောင်းပြန်၏။
43 And having come again, he finds them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy.
၄၃ထိုနောက်တပည့်တော်တို့ရှိရာသို့လာ၍ သူတို့သည် မျက်စိလေးလံသဖြင့် တဖန်အိပ်ပျော်လျက် နေကြ သည်ကိုတွေ့တော်မူလျှင်၊
44 And when he left them, having gone away again, he prayed a third time, saying again the same statement.
၄၄သူတို့ကိုထားခဲ့၍ တဖန်သွားပြီးလျှင် ရှေ့မြွက်ဆိုသည်နည်းတူ သုံးကြိမ်မြောက်အောင် ဆုတောင်း တော်မူ၏။
45 Then he comes to his disciples, and says to them, Sleep what remains, and take rest. Behold, the hour has come near, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
၄၅ထိုနောက် တပည့်တော်တို့ရှိရာသို့ပြန်လာလျှင် ယခုအိပ်ပျော်၍ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာနေကြလော့။ လူသားကို ဆိုးသောသူတို့လက်သို့ အပ်နှံရသောအချိန်ရောက်လာပြီ။
46 Awake, we go. Behold, he who betrays me has come near.
၄၆ထကြ၊ ငါတို့သည် သွားကြကုန်အံ့။ ငါ့ကို အပ်နှံသောသူသည် ရောက်လာပြီဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
47 And while he was still speaking, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and clubs from the chief priest and elders of the people.
၄၇ထိုသို့ မိန့်တော်မူစဉ်တွင်ပင် တပည့်တော်တကျိပ်နှစ်ပါးအဝင်ဖြစ်သော ယုဒရှကာရုတ်လာ၏။ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်အကြီးတို့နှင့် လူတို့တွင်အကြီးအကဲဖြစ်သောသူများ စေလွှတ်သောလူအစုအဝေးအပေါင်း တို့ သည် ထားနှင့် ဒုတ်များကို ကိုင်လျက်ပါကြ၏။
48 Now the man who betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomever I may kiss is he. Seize him.
၄၈ကိုယ်တော်ကို အပ်နှံသောသူက၊ ငါနမ်းသောသူသည် ယေရှုပင်ဖြစ်၏။ သူ့ကိုဘမ်းကြဟု ထိုသူတို့အား အမှတ်ပေးခဲ့သည်အတိုင်း၊
49 And straightaway having come to Jesus, he said, Hail, Rabbi, and kissed him much.
၄၉ကိုယ်တော်ရင်းသို့ ချက်ခြင်းချဉ်းကပ်၍ အရှင်ဘုရား၊ မင်္ဂလာရှိပါစေသောဟု ဆိုလျက်နမ်းလေ၏။
50 And Jesus said to him, Friend, why are thou here? Then having come, they threw their hands on Jesus, and seized him.
၅၀ယေရှုကလည်း၊ အဆွေ၊ အဘယ်အခင်းရှိ၍ လာသနည်းဟုမေးတော်မူပြီးမှ၊ ထိုသူများတို့သည် လာ၍ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဆွဲကိုင်ဘမ်းဆီးကြ၏။
51 And behold, one of those with Jesus, having stretched out a hand, drew his sword, and when he struck the bondman of the high priest, he cut off his ear.
၅၁ထိုအခါ ယေရှုနှင့်ပါသောသူတယောက်သည် လက်ကိုဆန့်၍ ထားကိုဆွဲထုတ်ပြီးလျှင် ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် မင်း၏ ကျွန်တယောက်ကိုခုတ်သဖြင့် နားရွက်ပြတ်လေ၏။
52 Then Jesus says to him, Return thy sword into its place, for all those who take a sword will die by a sword.
၅၂ယေရှုကလည်း သင့်ထားကို သူ့နေရာ၌ပြန်ထားလော့။ ထားကိုကိုင်သောသူရှိသမျှတို့သည် ထားဖြင့် ဆုံးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
53 Or do thou think that I cannot now call my Father, and he will provide to me more than twelve legions of agents?
၅၃ယခုပင် ငါ့အဘကို ငါတောင်းနိုင်သည်ကို၎င်း၊ တောင်းလျှင် ကောင်းကင်တမန်နှစ်တပ်မက ငါ့ထံသို့ စေလွှတ်တော်မူမည်ကို၎င်း၊ သင်သည်မထင်သလော။
54 How then would the scriptures be fulfilled that it is necessary to happen this way?
၅၄သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ဤသို့သော အမူအရာတို့သည်ဖြစ်ရမည်ဟူသော ကျမ်းစာချက်သည် အဘယ်သို့ပြည့်စုံ အံ့နည်းဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
55 In that hour Jesus said to the multitudes, Did ye come out as against a robber with swords and clubs to seize me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye did not seize me.
၅၅ထိုအခါ ယေရှုက၊ သင်တို့သည် ထားပြကိုဘမ်းသကဲ့သို့ ငါ့ကိုဘမ်းအံ့သောငှါ ထားနှင့်ဒုတ်များကို လက်စွဲလျက် လာကြသည်တကား။ ငါသည် ဗိမာန်တော်၌ နေ့တိုင်းဆုံးမဩဝါဒပေးလျက် သင်တို့အလယ်၌ ထိုင်နေစဉ်အခါ၊ သင်တို့သည် ငါ့ကို မဘမ်းဆီးကြ။
56 But all this has come to pass, so that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples fled, having forsook him.
၅၆ထိုအကြောင်းအရာမူကား၊ အနာဂတ္တိကျမ်းစာ ပြည့်စုံမည်အကြောင်းတည်းဟု လူအစုအဝေးတို့ကို မိန့် တော်မူ၏။ ထိုအခါ တပည့်တော်အပေါင်းတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို စွန့်ပစ်၍ပြေးကြ၏။
57 And those who seized Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest where the scholars and the elders were assembled together.
၅၇ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဘမ်းဆီးသောသူတို့သည် ကျမ်းပြုဆရာ၊ လူအကြီးအကဲများစည်းဝေးရာ ယဇ်ပုရော ဟိတ်မင်း ကယာဖထံသို့ ဆောင်သွားကြ၏။
58 But Peter followed him from afar, as far as the courtyard of the high priest. And having entered inside, he sat with the subordinates to see the outcome.
၅၈ပေတရုသည်လည်း၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်မင်း၏ အိမ်ဦးတိုင်အောင်ကိုယ်တော်နှင့် ဝေးစွာလိုက်၍ အတွင်း သို့ ဝင်ပြီးလျှင်၊ ထိုအမှု၏ အဆုံးကိုသိမြင်ခြင်းငှါ မင်းလုလင်တို့နှင့်အတူ ထိုင်နေ၏။
59 Now the chief priests and the elders and the whole council sought false testimony against Jesus, so that they might put him to death,
၅၉ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်အကြီးတို့နှင့် လူအကြီးအကဲ၊ လွှတ်အရာရှိအပေါင်းတို့သည် ယေရှုကိုသတ်ရမည် အ ကြောင်းမမှန်သောသက်သေကို ရှာသော်လည်းမတွေ့ကြ။
60 and they did not find it. And although many false witnesses came, they did not find it.
၆၀မမှန်သောသက်သေခံအများ လာသော်လည်း သက်သေကိုမတွေ့ကြ။ နောက်ဆုံး၌ မမှန်သော သက် သေခံနှစ်ယောက်တို့သည် လာ၍၊
61 But finally two false witnesses having come, they said, This man said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it by three days.
၆၁ဤသူက ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ဗိမာန်တော်ကို ဖြိုဖျက်၍ သုံးရက်အတွင်းတွင် တည်ဆောက်နိုင် သည်ဟု ပြောပါသည်ဟု သက်သေခံကြ၏။
62 And the high priest having stood up, he said to him, Answer thou nothing? What do these testify against thee?
၆၂ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်မင်းသည် ထ၍၊ သင်သည် တခွန်းမျှပြန်၍မပြောသလော။ ဤသူတို့သည် အဘယ်သို့ သက်သေခံသနည်းဟုဆိုလျှင်၊
63 But Jesus was silent. And having responded, the high priest said to him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us if thou are the Christ, the Son of God.
၆၃ယေရှုသည် တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေတော်မူ၏။ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်မင်းကလည်း သင်သည် ခရစ်တော်တည်း ဟူသော ဘုရားသခင်၏သားတော်မှန်သည် မမှန်သည်ကို ငါတို့အား ပြောစေခြင်းငှါ၊ အသက်ရှင်တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်ကို ငါတိုင်တည်၍ သင့်ကို ကျိန်ဆိုစေ၏ဟု ဆိုလျှင်၊
64 Jesus says to him, Thou have said. Nevertheless I say to you, Henceforth ye will see the Son of man sitting at the right hand of Power, and coming in the clouds of the sky.
၆၄ယေရှုက၊ သင်ဆိုသည့်အတိုင်းမှန်၏။ ထိုမျှမက ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ နောင်ကာလ၌ လူသားသည် တန်ခိုး တော်၏လက်ျာဘက်၌ ထိုင်လျက် မိုဃ်းတိမ်ကိုစီး၍ ကြွလာသည်ကို သင်တို့ မြင်ရကြလတံ့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
65 Then the high priest tore his garments, saying, He has blasphemed. What further need have we of witnesses? Behold, now ye heard his blasphemy.
၆၅ထိုအခါ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်မင်းသည် မိမိအဝတ်ကိုဆုတ်လျက် ဤသူသည်ဘုရားကို လွန်ကျူး၍ ပြော သောစကားကို ယခုပင် သင်တို့ ကြားရပြီ။
66 What does it seem to you? Having answered, they said, He is deserving of death.
၆၆အဘယ်သို့ ထင်မှတ်ကြသနည်းဟု မေးမြန်းလျှင်၊ ထိုသူတို့က ဤသူသည် အသေခံထိုက်ပေ၏ဟု ပြန် ၍ စီရင်ကြ၏။
67 Then they spat in his face and struck him with a fist. And some slapped him,
၆၇ထိုအခါ မျက်နှာတော်ကို တံထွေးနှင့် ထွေးကြ၏။ လက်သီးနှင့် ထိုးကြ၏။
68 saying, Prophesy to us, thou Christ. Who is he who struck thee?
၆၈အချို့တို့သည်လည်း ပါးတော်ကို လက်နှင့်ပုတ်၍၊ အချင်းခရစ်တော်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အဘယ်သူပုတ် သည်ကို ပရောဖက်ပြု၍ ဟောတော်မူပါဟုဆိုကြ၏။
69 Now Peter was sitting outside in the courtyard, and one servant girl came to him, saying, Thou also were with Jesus the Galilean.
၆၉ပေတရုသည် ပြင်မှာအိမ်ဦး၌ထိုင်နေစဉ်၊ အစေအပါး မိန်းမတယောက်သည် သူရှိရာသို့လာ၍ သင် သည်လည်း ဂါလိလဲလူ ယေရှုနှင့် ပေါင်းတော်သောသူဖြစ်သည်ဟု ဆိုလျှင်၊
70 But he denied before them all, saying, I do not know what thou say.
၇၀ပေတရုက သင်ပြောသောအရာကို ငါမသိဟု လူအပေါင်းတို့ရှေ့၌ ငြင်းခုံလေ၏။
71 And when he was gone out into the porch, another woman saw him, and says to them there, This man was also with Jesus the Nazarene.
၇၁ထို့နောက် ပေတရုသည် အိမ်ဦးရှေ့သို့ ထွက်ပြီးမှ အခြားသောမိန်းမသည် သူ့ကိုမြင်၍ ထိုအရပ်၌ ရှိသော သူတို့အား၊ ဤသူလည်း နာဇရက်မြို့သားယေရှု နှင့်ပေါင်းဘော်သောသူဖြစ်သည်ဟု ဆိုလျှင်၊
72 And again he denied with an oath, I do not know the man.
၇၂ပေတရုက၊ ထိုသူကို ငါမသိဟု ကျိန်ဆိုလျက် တဖန်ငြင်းခုံပြန်၏။
73 And after a little while those who stood, having approached, said to Peter, Surely thou also are of them, for thy accent even makes thee apparent.
၇၃ထို့နောက် များမကြာ ထိုအရပ်၌ရပ်နေသော သူတို့သည် ပေတရုအနီးသို့လာ၍၊ အကယ်စင်စစ် သင်သည်လည်း ထိုသူတို့အဝင်ဖြစ်၏။ သင့်စကားသည် သင့်အကြောင်းကို ထင်ရှားစေ၏ဟု ဆိုကြလျှင်၊
74 Then he began to curse vehemently and to swear, I do not know the man. And straightaway a cock sounded.
၇၄ပေတရုက၊ ထိုသူကို ငါမသိဟု ဓိဋ္ဌာန်ပြု၍ ကျိန်ဆို၏။ ထိုခဏချင်းတွင် ကြက်တွန်လေ၏။
75 And Peter remembered the saying that Jesus said to him, Before a cock sounds, thou will deny me thrice. And having gone outside, he wept bitterly.
၇၅ယေရှုက၊ ကြက်မတွန်မှီ သင်သည် သုံးကြိမ်မြောက်အောင် ငါ့ကို ငြင်းပယ်လိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ သော စကားကို ပေတရုသည် သတိရသဖြင့် ပြင်သို့ထွက်၍ ပြင်းစွာငိုကြွေးလေ၏။
