< Malachi 4 >

1 For, behold, the day comes, it burns as a furnace, and all the proud, and all who work wickedness, shall be stubble. And the day that comes shall burn them up, says Jehovah of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
Yehova Wamphamvuzonse akuti, “Ndithu tsiku likubwera; lidzayaka ngati ngʼanjo. Anthu onse odzikuza, ndi aliyense ochita zoyipa adzapsa ngati chiputu, ndipo pa tsiku limene likubweralo adzapserera ndi moto. Sipadzatsalira muzu kapena nthambi.
2 But to you who fear my name the sun of righteousness shall arise with healing in its wings, and ye shall go forth, and frolic as calves of the stall.
Koma inu amene mumaopa dzina langa, dzuwa lachilungamo lidzakutulukirani lili ndi kuwala kokuchiritsani. Ndipo inu mudzatuluka ndi kulumphalumpha ngati ana angʼombe amene atulutsidwa mʼkhola.
3 And ye shall tread down the wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I make, says Jehovah of hosts.
Tsiku limenelo inu mudzapondereza anthu oyipa; adzakhala phulusa ku mapazi anu pa tsiku limene Ine ndidzachite zinthu zimenezi,” akutero Yehova Wamphamvuzonse.
4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded to him in Horeb for all Israel, even statutes and ordinances.
Kumbukirani zophunzitsa za mtumiki wanga Mose, malamulo ndi malangizo amene ndinamupatsa pa Horebu kuti awuze Aisraeli onse.
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and fearful day of Jehovah comes.
“Taonani, ndidzakutumizirani mneneri Eliya lisanafike tsiku lalikulu ndi loopsa la Yehova.
6 And he shall turn the hearts of the fathers to the sons, and the heart of the sons to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
Iye adzabweza mitima ya makolo kwa ana awo, ndi mitima ya ana kwa makolo awo. Kupanda kutero ndidzabwera kudzakantha dziko lanu ndi temberero.”
