Genesis 5
1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God he made him,
౧ఆదాము వంశక్రమం ఇది. దేవుడు మనిషిని సృష్టించిన రోజున వాళ్ళను తన సొంత పోలికలో చేశాడు.
2 male and female he created them, and blessed them, and called their name Man, in the day when they were created.
౨వారిని పురుషులుగా, స్త్రీలుగా సృష్టించాడు. వాళ్ళను సృష్టించిన రోజున ఆయన వాళ్ళను ఆశీర్వదించి వాళ్లకు మనుషులు అని పేరు పెట్టాడు.
3 And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, according to his image, and called his name Seth.
౩ఆదాముకు నూట ముప్ఫై సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో అతని పోలికగా అతని స్వరూపంలో కొడుకు పుట్టాడు. ఆదాము అతనికి షేతు అని పేరుపెట్టాడు.
4 And the days of Adam were eight hundred years after he begot Seth. And he begot sons and daughters.

5 And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years, and he died.

6 And Seth lived a hundred and five years, and begot Enosh.
౬షేతుకు నూట ఐదు సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో ఎనోషు పుట్టాడు.
7 And Seth lived eight hundred and seven years after he begot Enosh, and begot sons and daughters.
౭ఎనోషు పుట్టిన తరువాత షేతు ఎనిమిది వందల ఏడు సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికి కొడుకులను, కూతుళ్ళను కన్నాడు.
8 And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years, and he died.
౮షేతు తొమ్మిది వందల పన్నెండు సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికాడు.
9 And Enosh lived ninety years, and begot Kenan.
౯ఎనోషుకు తొంభై సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో కేయినాను పుట్టాడు.
10 And Enosh lived eight hundred and fifteen years after he begot Kenan, and begot sons and daughters.
౧౦కేయినాను పుట్టిన తరువాత ఎనోషు ఎనిమిది వందల పదిహేను సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికి కొడుకులను, కూతుళ్ళను కన్నాడు.
11 And all the days of Enosh were nine hundred and five years, and he died.
౧౧ఎనోషు తొమ్మిది వందల ఐదు సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికాడు.
12 And Kenan lived seventy years, and begot Mahalalel.
౧౨కేయినానుకు డెబ్భై సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో మహలలేలు పుట్టాడు.
13 And Kenan lived eight hundred and forty years after he begot Mahalalel, and begot sons and daughters.
౧౩మహలలేలు పుట్టిన తరువాత కేయినాను ఎనిమిది వందల నలభై సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికి కొడుకులను, కూతుళ్ళను కన్నాడు.
14 And all the days of Kenan were nine hundred and ten years, and he died.

15 And Mahalalel lived sixty-five years, and begot Jared.
౧౫మహలలేలుకు అరవై ఐదు సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో యెరెదు పుట్టాడు.
16 And Mahalalel lived eight hundred and thirty years after he begot Jared, and begot sons and daughters.
౧౬యెరెదు పుట్టిన తరువాత మహలలేలు ఎనిమిది వందల ముప్ఫైసంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికి కొడుకులను, కూతుళ్ళను కన్నాడు.
17 And all the days of Mahalalel were eight hundred and ninety-five years, and he died.
౧౭మహలలేలు ఎనిమిదివందల తొంభై ఐదు సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికాడు.
18 And Jared lived a hundred sixty-two years, and begot Enoch.
౧౮యెరెదుకు నూట అరవై రెండు సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో హనోకు పుట్టాడు.
19 And Jared lived eight hundred years after he begot Enoch, and begot sons and daughters.
౧౯హనోకు పుట్టిన తరువాత యెరెదు ఎనిమిది వందల సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికి కొడుకులను, కూతుళ్ళను కన్నాడు.
20 And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty-two years, and he died.
౨౦యెరెదు తొమ్మిది వందల అరవై రెండు సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికాడు.
21 And Enoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Methuselah.
౨౧హనోకుకు అరవై ఐదు సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో మెతూషెల పుట్టాడు.
22 And Enoch walked with God after he begot Methuselah three hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
౨౨మెతూషెల పుట్టిన తరువాత హనోకు మూడు వందల సంవత్సరాలు దేవునితో సహవాసం చేస్తూ కొడుకులను, కూతుళ్ళను కన్నాడు.
23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty-five years.
౨౩హనోకు మూడువందల అరవై ఐదు సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికాడు.
24 And Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him.
౨౪హనోకు దేవునితో కలసి నడిచాడు. దేవుడు అతణ్ణి తీసుకువెళ్ళాడు గనుక అతడు కనబడలేదు.
25 And Methuselah lived a hundred eighty-seven years, and begot Lamech.
౨౫మెతూషెలకు నూట ఎనభై ఏడు సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో లెమెకు పుట్టాడు.
26 And Methuselah lived seven hundred eighty-two years after he begot Lamech, and begot sons and daughters.
౨౬మెతూషెలకు లెమెకు పుట్టిన తరువాత ఏడు వందల ఎనభై రెండు సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికి కొడుకులను, కూతుళ్ళను కన్నాడు.
27 And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty-nine years, and he died.
౨౭మెతూషెల తొమ్మిది వందల అరవై తొమ్మిది సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికాడు.
28 And Lamech lived a hundred eighty-two years, and begot a son.
౨౮లెమెకుకు నూట ఎనభై రెండు సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో ఒక కొడుకు పుట్టాడు.
29 And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us in our work and in the toil of our hands, because of the ground which Jehovah has cursed.
౨౯“భూమిని యెహోవా శపించినందువల్ల కలిగిన మన చేతుల కష్టం విషయంలో, మన పని విషయంలో ఇతడు మనకు విశ్రాంతి ఇస్తాడు” అని, అతనికి నోవహు అని పేరు పెట్టాడు.
30 And Lamech lived five hundred ninety-five years after he begot Noah, and begot sons and daughters.
౩౦లెమెకుకు నోవహు పుట్టిన తరువాత ఐదు వందల తొంభై ఐదు సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికి కొడుకులను, కూతుళ్ళను కన్నాడు.
31 And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy-seven years, and he died.
౩౧లెమెకు ఏడువందల డెబ్భై ఏడు సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికాడు.
32 And Noah was five hundred years old. And Noah begot Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
౩౨ఐదు వందల సంవత్సరాలు బ్రతికిన నోవహుకు షేము, హాము, యాపెతు అనే ముగ్గురు కొడుకులు పుట్టారు.
