Ezekiel 18

1 The word of Jehovah came to me again, saying,

၁တဖန် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် ငါ့ ဆီသို့ ရောက်လာ ၍၊

2 What do ye mean, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the son's teeth are set on edge?

၂အဘ တို့သည် ချဉ် သောစပျစ်သီးကို စား ၍ သား တို့သည် သွား ကျိန်း လျက်ရှိကြ၏ဟု၊ သင် တို့သည် ဣသရေလ ပြည် ကိုရည်မှတ် ၍ စကားပုံ ကို သုံး သောအခါ အဘယ်သို့ ဆိုလို သနည်း။

3 As I live, says the lord Jehovah, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.

၃အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငါ အသက်ရှင် သည်အတိုင်း နောက် တဖန်ဣသရေလ ပြည် ၌ ထို စကားပုံ ကိုသုံး ရသောအကြောင်းမ ရှိ ရ။

4 Behold, all souls are mine, as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine. The soul that sins, it shall die.

၄ဝိညာဉ် အပေါင်း တို့ကို ငါ ပိုင် ၏။ အဘ ၏ဝိညာဉ် ကို ငါပိုင်သကဲ့သို့ သား ၏ဝိညာဉ် ကိုလည်း ငါ ပိုင် ၏။ ပြစ်မှား သော ဝိညာဉ် သည် အသက်သေ ရမည်။

5 But if a man be just, and does that which is lawful and right,

၅လူ မည်သည်ကား ၊ သဘော ဖြောင့်၍ တရား သောအမှု၊ ဟုတ်မှန် သော အမှုကိုပြု လျှင် ၎င်း ၊

6 and has not eaten upon the mountains, nor has lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, nor has defiled his neighbor's wife, nor has come near to a woman in her impurity,

၆တောင် ပေါ်မှာ မ စား ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး ကိုးကွယ်သော ရုပ်တု တို့ကို မ ဖူး မမျှော်၊ သူ့ မယား ကို မ ပြစ်မှား ၊ ဥတု ရောက်သော မိန်းမ ကို မ ချဉ်းကပ် ၊

7 and has not wronged any man, but has restored to the debtor his pledge, has taken nothing by robbery, has given his bread to a hungry man, and has covered a naked man with a garment,

၇အဘယ်သူ ကိုမျှ မ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ၊ ကြွေး စားပေါင် ထား သော ဥစ္စာကို ပြန် ၍မပေးဘဲမနေ၊ သူ့ဥစ္စာ ကို အနိုင်အထက် မ လုမယူ၊ ငတ်မွတ် သောသူကို ကျွေးမွေး ၍ ၊ အဝတ် မရှိသောသူကို အဝတ် နှင့်ဖုံးလွှမ်း လျှင်၎င်း ၊

8 he who has not given forth upon interest, nor has taken any increase, who has withdrawn his hand from iniquity, has executed true justice between man and man,

၈အတိုး စား၍ ငွေကိုမ ချေး ၊ အဓမ္မ အမှုကို လက် မ ခံ၊ သူတပါးအမှုကို တရား သဖြင့် စီရင် ခြင်း၊

9 has walked in my statutes, and has kept my ordinances, to deal truly, he is just. He shall surely live, says the lord Jehovah.

၉ငါ စီရင် ထုံးဖွဲ့သည် အတိုင်းကျင့် ၍ သစ္စာစောင့် ခြင်းကိုပြု လျှင်၎င်း ၊ ထိုသူ သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူဖြစ် ၏။ အကယ်စင်စစ်အသက်ရှင် ရလိမ့်မည်ဟု အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။

10 If he begets a son who is a robber, a shedder of blood, and who does any one of these things,

၁၀သို့ရာတွင်၊ ထိုသူ၏သား သည် ထားပြ တိုက် သောသူ၊ လူအသက် ကိုသတ်သောသူ၊ အရင်ဆိုခဲ့ပြီးသော ဒုစရိုက်တစုံတခု ကို ပြု သောသူ၊

11 and who does not do any of those duties, but has even eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbor's wife,

၁၁အရင်ဆိုခဲ့ပြီးသော သုစရိုက်ကိုမ ပြု ၊ တောင် ပေါ်မှာ စား ခြင်း၊ သူ့ မယား ကိုပြစ်မှား ခြင်း၊

12 has wronged the poor and needy man, has taken by robbery, has not restored the pledge, and has lifted up his eyes to the idols, has committed abomination,

၁၂ဆင်းရဲ ငတ်မွတ် သောသူကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်း၊ သူ့ဥစ္စာ ကို အနိုင်အထက် လုယူခြင်း၊ ပေါင် ထားသော ဥစ္စာကို ပြန် ၍မ ပေးဘဲနေခြင်း၊ ရုပ်တု ကို ဖူးမျှော် ခြင်း၊ ရွံ့ရှာဘွယ် သော အမှုကိုပြု ခြင်း၊

13 has given forth upon interest, and has taken increase, shall he then live? He shall not live. He has done all these abominations. He shall surely die. His blood shall be upon him.

၁၃အတိုး စား၍ငွေချေး ခြင်းကိုပြုသောသူဖြစ် လျှင်၊ အသက်ရှင် ရမည်လော။ အသက် မ ရှင်ရ။ ထို ရွံ့ရှာဘွယ် သော အမှုများကိုပြုသောကြောင့်၊ စင်စစ်အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကိုခံရမည်။ သေထိုက်သောအပြစ်ရှိ ၏။

14 Now, lo, if he begets a son, who sees all his father's sins, which he has done, and fears, and does not do such like,

၁၄သို့ရာတွင် ၊ ထိုသူ၏သား သည် အဘ ပြုသမျှ သော ဒုစရိုက် တို့ကို မြင် ၍ဆင်ခြင်သဖြင့် ၊ ထိုသို့ သော အမှုတို့ကိုမ ပြု ၊

15 who has not eaten upon the mountains, nor has lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, has not defiled his neighbor's wife,

၁၅တောင် ပေါ်မှာ မ စား ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး ကိုးကွယ်သော ရုပ်တု တို့ကို မ ဖူး မမျှော်၊ သူ့ မယား ကိုမ ပြစ်မှား ၊

16 nor has wronged any man, has not taken anything to pledge, nor has taken by robbery, but has given his bread to a hungry man, and has covered a naked man with a garment,

၁၆အဘယ်သူ ကိုမျှ မ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ၊ ပေါင် ထားသော ဥစ္စာကိုမ သိမ်း ၊ သူ့ဥစ္စာ ကို အနိုင်အထက် မ လုမယူ၊ ငတ်မွတ် သောသူကို ကျွေးမွေး ခြင်း၊ အဝတ် မရှိသော သူကိုအဝတ် နှင့်ဖုံးလွှမ်း ခြင်း၊

17 who has withdrawn his hand from a poor man, who has not received interest nor increase, has executed my ordinances, has walked in my statutes, he shall not die for the iniquity of his father. He shall surely live.

၁၇ဆင်းရဲ သော သူကိုချမ်းသာ ပေးခြင်း၊ အတိုး မ စား ဘဲငွေချေးခြင်းကို ပြု၍ငါ စီရင် ထုံးဖွဲ့ချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ရှောက် လျှင်၊ ထိုသူ သည်အဘ ၏ အပြစ် ကြောင့် အသေ ခံရမည်မ ဟုတ်။ စင်စစ်အသက်ရှင် ရလိမ့်မည်။

18 As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, robbed his brother, and did that which is not good among his people, behold, he shall die in his iniquity.

၁၈အဘ မူကား၊ မိမိညီအစ်ကို ကိုအထပ်ထပ်ညှဉ်းဆဲ လျက်၊ သူ့ဥစ္စာကို အနိုင်အထက် လုယူလျက် ၊ မိမိ အမျိုးသား ချင်းတို့တွင် မကောင်း သော အမှုကိုပြု သောအပြစ်ကြောင့် ၊ အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကိုခံရမည်။

19 Yet ye say, Why does not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son has done that which is lawful and right, and has kept all my statutes, and has done them, he shall surely live.

၁၉သင်တို့ကလည်း ၊ အဘယ်သို့ နည်း။ သား သည် အဘ ၏ အပြစ် ကို မ ခံရ သလောဟု မေး ကြသော်၊ သား သည် တရား သောအမှု၊ ဟုတ်မှန် သောအမှုကိုပြု ၍၊ ငါ စီရင် ထုံးဖွဲ့သမျှ အတိုင်း ကျင့် စောင့်လျှင်၊ စင်စစ်အသက်ရှင် ရလိမ့်မည်။

20 The soul that sins, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, nor shall the father bear the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of a righteous man shall be upon him, and the wickedness of a wicked man shall be upon him.

၂၀ပြစ်မှား သောသူသည် အသေ ခံရမည်။ သား သည် အဘ ၏အပြစ် ကိုမ ခံရ ။ အဘ သည် သား ၏အပြစ် ကို မ ခံရ ။ တရား သောသူသည် တရား စွာပြုခြင်းအကျိုး ကို၎င်း၊ မတရား သောသူသည် မတရား စွာပြုခြင်း အပြစ်ကို၎င်းခံရ လိမ့်မည်။

21 But if a wicked man turns from all his sins that he has committed, and keeps all my statutes, and does that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live. He shall not die.

၂၁သို့ရာတွင် ၊ မတရား သောသူသည် မိမိ ပြုမိသမျှ သော ဒုစရိုက် တို့ကို ကြဉ်ရှောင် လျက်၊ ငါ စီရင် ထုံးဖွဲ့သမျှ တို့ ကို စောင့်ရှောက် ၍ ၊ တရား သောအမှု၊ ဟုတ်မှန် သော အမှုတို့ကိုပြုလျှင်၊ သေ ခြင်းနှင့်လွတ် ၍ စင်စစ်အသက်ရှင် ရလိမ့်မည်။

22 None of his transgressions that he has committed shall be remembered against him. In his righteousness that he has done he shall live.

၂၂ပြု မိသမျှ သော ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်တို့ကို သူ တဘက် ၌ မ မှတ် ရ။ ပြု မိသောဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းအမှုကြောင့် အသက်ရှင် ရလိမ့်မည်။

23 Have I any pleasure in the death of a wicked man? says the lord Jehovah, and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?

၂၃မတရား သောသူသည်မိမိ အကျင့် တို့ကိုရှောင် ၍ အသက် မ ရှင်၊ အသေခံ ခြင်းအမှု၌ ငါသည်အနည်းငယ်သော ပျော်မွေ့ ခြင်းရှိသလော။

24 But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that a wicked man does, shall he live? None of his righteous deeds that he has done shall be remembered. In his trespass that he has trespassed, and in his sin that he has sinned, in them he shall die.

၂၄သို့ရာတွင် ၊ တရား သောသူသည်ဖောက်ပြန် ၍ ၊ အဓမ္မ အမှုကို၎င်း ၊ မတရား သောသူပြု သမျှ သော စက်ဆုပ် ရွံ့ရှာဘွယ်အမှုတို့ကို၎င်းပြု လျှင် ၊ အသက်ရှင် ရမည်လော။ အရင်ပြု သမျှ သော ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းအမှုတို့ကို မ မှတ် ၊ သူသည် လွန်ကျူး သောအမှု၊ ပြစ်မှား သော အပြစ် ကြောင့် အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကိုခံရလိမ့်မည်။

25 Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equitable. Hear now, O house of Israel. Is not my way equitable? Are not your ways inequitable?

၂၅သို့သော်လည်း သင်တို့က၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား စီရင်ချက် မ ဖြောင့် ဟု ဆို ကြသည်တကား။ အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး ၊ ငါ စီရင်ချက် သည် ဖြောင့် ၍၊ သင် တို့စီရင်ချက် ကောက် သည် မ ဟုတ်လော။

26 When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, and dies in it, in his iniquity that he has done, he shall die.

၂၆တရား သောသူသည်တရား သောအမှုကိုပယ် ၍ အဓမ္မ အမှုကို ပြု လျှင် ၊ ထိုအမှု ကြောင့် သေ ရမည်။ ပြု မိသော အဓမ္မ အမှုကြောင့် အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကိုခံရမည်။

27 Again, when a wicked man turns away from his wickedness that he has committed, and does that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.

၂၇ထိုအတူ၊ မတရား သောသူသည် မိမိပြု မိသော အဓမ္မ အမှုကို ရှောင် ၍၊ တရား သောအမှု၊ ဟုတ်မှန် သော အမှုကိုပြု လျှင်၊ မိမိ အသက် ကို ကယ်နှုတ် ရလိမ့်မည်။

28 Because he considers, and turns away from all his transgressions that he has committed, he shall surely live. He shall not die.

၂၈ပြု မိသမျှ သော အဓမ္မ အမှုတို့ကို ဆင်ခြင် ၍ ရှောင် သောကြောင့် ၊ သေ ခြင်းနှင့်လွတ် ၍ စင်စစ်အသက်ရှင် ရလိမ့်မည်။

29 Yet the house of Israel says, The way of the Lord is not equitable. O house of Israel, are not my ways equitable? Are not your ways inequitable?

၂၉သို့သော်လည်း ဣသရေလ အမျိုး က၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား စီရင်ချက် မ ဖြောင့် ဟု ဆို ကြသည်တကား။ အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး ၊ ငါ စီရင်ချက် သည် ဖြောင့် ၍၊ သင် တို့စီရင်ချက် ကောက် သည် မ ဟုတ်လော။

30 Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, each one according to his ways, says the lord Jehovah. Return ye, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions, so iniquity shall not be your ruin.

၃၀သို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး ၊ သင် တို့အသီးအသီး ကျင့် ကြသည်အတိုင်း အကျိုးအပြစ်ကိုငါစီရင် မည်။ သင်တို့သည် အဓမ္မ အမှုရှိသမျှ တို့ကို စွန့်ပစ် ၍ ပြောင်းလဲ ကြလော့။ ပြောင်းလဲကြလော့။ ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကြောင့် ထိမိ ၍ ဆုံးခြင်းသို့မ ရောက် ကြနှင့်။

31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, by which ye have transgressed, and make you a new heart and a new spirit. For why will ye die, O house of Israel?

၃၁သင် တို့သည် ပြု သမျှ သော လွန်ကျူး ခြင်းအမှု တို့ကို စွန့်ပစ် ၍ အသစ် သောနှလုံး ၊ အသစ် သောစိတ် သဘောကို ပြင်ဆင် ကြလော့။ အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး ၊ သင်တို့သည် အဘယ်ကြောင့် အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကိုခံလိုသနည်း။

32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him who dies, says the lord Jehovah, therefore turn yourselves back, and live.

၃၂အသေ ခံရသောသူ ၏ အသေခံ ခြင်းအမှု၌ ငါသည် ပျော်မွေ့ ခြင်းမ ရှိ။ ထိုကြောင့် ၊ ပြောင်းလဲ ၍ အသက်ရှင် ကြလော့ဟု အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ ၏။
