Acts 16
1 And he came to Derbe and to Lystra. And behold, a certain disciple was there, named Timothy, the son of a certain faithful Jewish woman, but of a Greek father,
୧ତେଇଅନି ପାଉଲ୍ ଦର୍ବି ଆରି ଲୁସ୍ତାରାଇ ଆଇଲା । ସେ ନଅରେ ତିମତି ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସି ଲକ୍ ରଇଲା । ତାର୍ ମାଆ ଗଟେକ୍ ଜିଉଦି ବିସ୍ବାସି ରଇଲା । ମାତର୍ ତାର୍ ବାବା ଗଟେକ୍ ଗିରିକ୍ ଲକ୍ ରଇଲା ।
2 who was well reported of by the brothers at Lystra and Iconium.
୨ଲୁସ୍ତାରା ଆରି ଇକନିଅତେଇ ରଇବା ସବୁ ବିସ୍ବାସି ବାଇମନ୍ ତିମତିକେ ସନ୍ମାନ୍ କର୍ତେରଇଲାଇ ।
3 Paul wanted this man to go forth with him. And having taken him, he circumcised him because of the Jews who were in those regions, for they had all seen that his father was a Greek.
୩ପାଉଲ୍ ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ତିମତିକେ ନେବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲା, ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଜିବା ଆଗ୍ତୁ ମସାର୍ ନିୟମ୍ ଇସାବେ ତାକେ ସୁନତ୍ କଲା । ଜେନ୍ତିକି ସେ ଜାଗାର୍ ଜିଉଦିମନ୍ ତାକେ ନିନ୍ଦା ନ କରତ୍ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ତେଇର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତିମତିର୍ ବାବା ଗିରିକ୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ଜାନିରଇଲାଇ ।
4 And as they were going through the cities, they delivered to them the decrees to keep, which were determined by the apostles and elders at Jerusalem.
୪ସେମନ୍ କେଟ୍ଲା ସବୁ ଜାଗାଇ ଜିଉଦି ନ ଅଇଲା ବିସ୍ବାସିମନର୍ପାଇ, ଜିରୁସାଲମର୍ ପାର୍ଚିନ୍ମନ୍ ଆରି ପେରିତ୍ମନ୍ ରାଜି ଅଇରଇବା ନିତିନିୟମ୍ ବିସଇ କଇଲାଇ । ଏ ସବୁ ନିୟମ୍ ମାନ୍ବାକେ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍କେ କଇଲାଇ ।
5 Indeed therefore the congregations were strengthened in the faith, and increased in number daily.
୫ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ମଣ୍ଡଲିମନର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସେ ଡାଟ୍ ଅଇଲାଇ ଆରି ଦିନ୍କେ ଦିନ୍ ତାକର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ବଡ୍ବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲାଇ ।
6 But having passed through the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been forbidden by the Holy Spirit to speak the word in Asia,
୬ସୁକଲ୍ଆତ୍ମା ସେମନ୍କେ ଆସିଆ ଦେସେ ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ କାତା କଇବାକେ ଚାଲ୍ନା ଦେଅତ୍ନାଇକେ, ସେମନ୍ ପିରିଜିଆ ଆରି ଗାଲାତିଅ ଜାଗାଇ ଗାଲାଇ ।
7 having come toward Mysia, they attempted to go toward Bithynia. And the Spirit did not allow them.
୭ମିସିଆର୍ ସନ୍ଦିଲଗେ କେଟି ବିତିନିଆ ରାଇଜେ ଜିବାକେ ଚେସ୍ଟା କଲାଇ । ମାତର୍ ବାରଇଲାବେଲେ ଜିସୁର୍ଲାଗି ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ରଇବା ସୁକଲ୍ ଆତ୍ମା, ସେମନ୍କେ ଜିବାକେ ଚାଲ୍ନା ଦେଏନାଇ ।
8 And after passing by Mysia, they came down to Troas.
୮ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ସେମନ୍ ମିସିଆବାଟ୍ ଦେଇ ତରଆତେଇ ଗାଲାଇ ।
9 And a vision appeared to Paul during the night. A certain Macedonian man was standing, imploring him, and saying, After crossing over into Macedonia, help us.
୯ତରଆଇ ରଇଲାବେଲେ, ସେ ରାତିଆ ପାଉଲ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଦର୍ସନ୍ ଦେକ୍ଲା । ସେ ଦର୍ସନେ ମାସିଦନିଆର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଟିଆଅଇ ବାବୁଜିଆ କରି କଇଲା “ମାସିଦନିଆଇ ଆସି ଆମ୍କେ ସାଇଜ କରା!”
10 And after he saw the vision, straightaway we sought to go forth into Macedonia, concluding that the Lord called us to preach the good news to them.
୧୦ପାଉଲ୍ ଏ ଦର୍ସନ୍ ଦେକ୍ଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ, ମାସିଦନିଆଇ ଜିବାକେ ଆମେ ତିଆର୍ ଅଇଲୁ, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଆମେ ନିକ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜାନ୍ଲୁ, ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତେଇର୍ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ, ସୁବ୍ କବର୍ ଜାନାଇବାକେ ଆମ୍କେ ଡାକ୍ଲା ଆଚେ ।
11 Therefore, having launched from Troas, we took a straight course to Samothrace, and the next day to Neapolis,
୧୧ଆମେ ତରଆଅନି ଜାଜେ ଚଗି ସିଦା ସାମ୍ତରା ଗାଲୁ ଆରି ତାର୍ ଆର୍କର୍ ଦିନେ ନିଆପଲି କେଟ୍ଲୁ ।
12 and from there to Philippi, which is a principle city of the district of Macedonia colony. And we were in the same city remaining some days.
୧୨ତେଇଆମେ ଉତ୍ରିକରି ମାସିଦନିଆ ଜିଲାର୍ ମୁକିଅ ଗଡ୍ ପିଲିପେ ଗାଲୁ । ଏ ଗଡ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ରମିୟ ଦଲ୍ ରଇବା ଗଡ୍ ରଇଲା । ତେଇ ଆମେ ବେସି ଦିନ୍ ଜାକ ରଇଲୁ ।
13 And on the sabbath day we went outside the city beside a river, where it was customary for prayer to be. And having sat down, we spoke to the women who came together.
୧୩ବିସ୍ରାମ୍ବାରେ ଗଡ୍ ବାଇରର୍ ଗାଡ୍ କଣ୍ଡି ଗାଲୁ । ତେଇ ଜିଉଦିମନ୍ ରୁଣ୍ଡିକରି ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ବାକେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଜାଗା ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲୁ । ଆମେ ତେଇ ବସ୍ଲୁ ଆରି ତେଇ ରୁଣ୍ଡି ରଇବା ମାଇଜି ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କାତାବାର୍ତା ଅଇଲୁ ।
14 And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple of the city of Thyatira, a woman who worshiped God, was listening, whose heart the Lord opened to heed the things being spoken by Paul.
୧୪ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ତୁୟଟିରା ଗଡର୍ ଲୁଦିଆ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ମାଇଜି, ଆମର୍ କାତା ସୁନ୍ତେରଇଲା । ସେ ବେସି ଦାମ୍ ଅଇବା ଜାମ୍କଲିଆ ରଙ୍ଗର୍ ଲୁଗା ବିକ୍ତେରଇଲା । ସେ ପରମେସର୍କେ ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ବା, ଜିଉଦି ନ ଅଇଲା ଲକ୍ । ପାଉଲ୍ ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ କାତା କଇଲାବେଲେ ସେଟା ନାମ୍ବାକେ ମାପ୍ରୁ ତାର୍ ମନ୍ ଉଗାଡିଦେଲା ।
15 And when she was immersed, and her household, she urged us, saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, after coming into my house, remain. And she constrained us.
୧୫ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାପଚେ, ସେ ଆରି ତାର୍ କୁଟୁମର୍ ଲକ୍ ଡୁବନ୍ ନେଲାଇ । ତାର୍ ପଚେ ସେ ଆମ୍କେ ଡାକିକରି କଇଲା, “ଜଦି ସତଇସେ ମୁଇ ମାପ୍ରୁକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲିନି ବଲି ତମେ ବାବ୍ଲାସ୍ନି, ତେବେ ଆସି ମର୍ ଗରେ ରୁଆ ।” ସେ ଏନ୍ତି କଇ ଆମ୍କେ ତାର୍ ଗରେ ଜିବାକେ ସୁତ୍ରାଇଲା ।
16 And it came to pass, as we were going to prayer, for a certain servant girl having a spirit of divination to meet us, who brought her masters much business by soothsaying.
୧୬ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ଦିନେ ଆମେ ପାର୍ତନା ଜାଗାଇ ଜାଇରଇଲୁ । ତେଇ ଡୁମା ଡସିରଇବା ଗଟେକ୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡିକେ ବେଟ୍ଅଇଲୁ । ସେ ତାର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ରଇଲା କାରାପ୍ଆତ୍ମାର୍ ବପୁ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବବିସତ୍ କାତା କଇପାର୍ତେ ରଇଲା । ସେ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଆତ୍ ଦେକି, ବବିସତ୍ କାତା କଇଦେଇକରି, ସାଉକାର୍ମନ୍କେ ବେସି ଡାବୁ କାମାଇଦେଇତେରଇଲା ।
17 This woman having followed Paul and us was crying out, saying, These men are bondmen of the Most High God, who proclaim to us the way of salvation.
୧୭ଆମେ ତାର୍ଲଗେ ଗାଲାକେ, ସେ ପାଉଲ୍ ବଲି କିର୍କିରି ଆମର୍ ପଚ୍ ପଚ୍ ଆଇଲା । ଆରି କଇଲା, “ଏ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସବୁର୍ଟାନେଅନି ବଡ୍ ପରମେସରର୍ ସେବାକରୁମନ୍ । ତମେ କେନ୍ତି ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଇସା, ଏ କାତା ସେମନ୍ କଇଲାଇନି ।”
18 And she did this on many days. But Paul, after being exasperated, and having turned, he said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And it came out the same hour.
୧୮ସେ ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡି ବେସି ଦିନ୍ ଦାରି ଏନ୍ତି କଲା । ସାରାସାରିପଚେ ପାଉଲ୍ ବିଜାର୍ ଅଇଲା । ସେ ପଚ୍ବାଟେ ପାସ୍ଲି ଦେକି କାରାପ୍ଆତ୍ମାକେ ଦମ୍କାଇକରି କଇଲା, “ଜିସୁ କିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ନାଉଁ ଦାରି ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲିନି, ତାର୍ତେଇଅନି ବାରଇ ଜା ।” ସେ କଇଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ, କରାପ୍ ଆତ୍ମା ତାର୍ତେଇଅନି ବାରଇଗାଲା ।
19 But when her masters saw that the hope of their business was gone, having seized Paul and Silas, they dragged them into the marketplace to the rulers.
୧୯ଜେଡେବେଲ୍ ତାକର୍ ସାଉକାର୍ମନ୍କେ ନିଜର୍ ଦନ୍ ଅରଜ୍ବାଟା, ବୁଡିଗାଲା ବଲି ଜାନ୍ଲାଇ, ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ସିଲାକେ ଗଡର୍ ମଜାଇ ରଇବା ରମିଅ ଅଦିକାରିର୍ ଲଗେ ଜିକି ଆନ୍ଲାଇ ।
20 And after bringing them to the magistrates, they said, These men, being Jews, disturb our city,
୨୦ସେମନ୍କେ ତାକର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଆନି ଦସ୍ଦେଇ କରି କଇଲାଇ “ଏମନ୍ ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍, ଆମର୍ ଗଡେ ଆସି ଗଣ୍ଡ୍ଗଲ୍ କଲାଇନି ।”
21 and proclaim customs that are not permitted for us to receive nor to do, being Romans.
୨୧ଆମର୍ ନିୟମ୍ ବିରଦେ ରିତିନିତି ସିକାଇଲାଇନି । ଆମେ ରମିଅ ଲକ୍, ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଏ ରିତିନିତି ମାନି ନାପାରୁ ।
22 And the multitude rose up together against them. And the magistrates, having torn off their clothes, commanded to beat them with rods.
୨୨ସାଉକାର୍ ମନର୍ କାତାମିସାଇ ତେଇ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍, ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ସିଲାର୍ ବିରଦେ ଉଟ୍ଲାଇ । ସେ ଅଦିକାରିମନ୍ ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ସିଲାର୍ ବସ୍ତର୍ ଚିରିକରି କର୍ଡା ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମାର୍ବାକେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲାଇ ।
23 And having laid many blows upon them, they cast them into prison, having ordered the jailor to guard them securely,
୨୩ବେସି ମାଡ୍କାଇଲା ପଚେ ସେମନ୍କେ ବନ୍ଦି ଗରେ ପୁରାଇଲାଇ ଆରି କୁଚିଦେଇ ଜାଗ୍ବାକେ ବନ୍ଦି ଗର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍କେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲାଇ ।
24 who, having received such an order, threw them into the inner prison, and fastened their feet in the stocks.
୨୪ଏ ଆଦେସ୍ ପାଇ ବନ୍ଦି ଗର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଗଟେକ୍ ବିତ୍ରର୍ ବାକ୍ରାଇ ପୁରାଇ ଦେଇ, ବଜ୍ରଇବା ଦାରୁମୁଟ୍ଲାଇ ତାକର୍ ଗଡ୍ ବାନ୍ଦିଦେଲା ।
25 Now toward midnight Paul and Silas, while praying, were singing praises to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.
୨୫ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ସିଲା ମଜା ରାତି ବେଲାଇ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ପାର୍ତନା କରି ଗିତ୍ ଗାଇତେ ରଇଲାଇ । ବନ୍ଦି ଗରେ ରଇବା ବିନ୍ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସେଟା ସବୁ ସୁନ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
26 And suddenly a great earthquake occurred, so as for the foundations of the prison to shake. And immediately all the doors were opened, and the bonds of all the men were unfastened.
୨୬ସେଡ୍କିବେଲେ, ଅଟାତ୍ ବେସି ଦର୍ତନି ଚୁଲ୍ବୁଲ୍ଲା ଆରି ବନ୍ଦି ଗରର୍ ପାକାଇଲା କୁନାଦି ପାକ୍ନା ଆଲିଗାଲା, ସେ ଦାପ୍ରେ କାପାଟ୍ମନ୍ ଉଗାଡି ଅଇଗାଲା ଆରି ସବୁ ବନ୍ଦିମନର୍ ସିକ୍ଲି କୁସ୍ଲି ଗାଲା ।
27 And the jailor, who became awake and who saw the prison doors opened, having drawn out a sword was going to kill himself, supposing the prisoners to have fled.
୨୭ବନ୍ଦି ଗରର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ ଚେତାଅଇ ଉଟ୍ଲା ଆରି ବନ୍ଦି ଗରର୍ କାପାଟ୍ ଉଗ୍ଡା ଅଇରଇଲାଟା ଦେକ୍ଲା । ସେ ବନ୍ଦିମନ୍ ସବୁ ପାଲାଇ ଆଚତ୍ ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲା । ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ସେ ତାର୍ କାଣ୍ଡା ବେଟି ବୁସି ଅଇ ମର୍ବାକେ ଜାଇତେ ରଇଲା ।
28 But Paul cried out in a great voice, saying, Do nothing harmful to thyself, for we are all here.
୨୮ମାତର୍ ପାଉଲ୍ ଆଉଲିଅଇ କଇଲା, “ନିଜେ ତର୍ ଗାଗଡ୍ କାଟିଅଇ ନସାନାଇ । ଆମେ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ଇତି ଆଚୁ! କେ ପାଲାଉ ନାଇ ।”
29 And having asked for lights, he rushed in, and having become trembling, he fell down before Paul and Silas.
୨୯ବନ୍ଦି ଗର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ବତି ଆନ୍ବାକେ ତିଆର୍ଲା । ଆରି ସେ ବତି ଦାର୍ଲା ଆରି ତର୍ତରି ତର୍ତରି ଆସି ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ସିଲାର୍ ଗଡ୍ ତଲେ ଅଦର୍ଲା ।
30 And after bringing them outside, he said, Sirs, what must I do so that I may be saved?
୩୦ତାର୍ ପଚେ ସେମନ୍କେ ବାଇରେ ନେଇ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ଆଗିଆଁମନ୍! ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଡଣ୍ଡେଅନି ରକିଆ ପାଇବାକେ ମୁଇ କାଇଟା କର୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ?”
31 And they said, Believe in the Lord Jesus, and thou will be saved, thou and thy household.
୩୧ସେମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “ମାପ୍ରୁ ଜିସୁକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲେ, ତୁଇ ଆରି ତମର୍ କୁଟୁମର୍ ସବୁ, ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଇସା ।”
32 And they spoke the word of the Lord to him, and to all those in his house.
୩୨ତାର୍ ପଚେ ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ ଆରି ତାକର୍ ଗରର୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍କେ ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ବାକିଅ କଇଲାଇ ।
33 And having taken them in that hour of the night, he washed from the stripes, and was immersed, he and all those of him, immediately.
୩୩ସେ ଦାପ୍ରେ ମଜାରାତି ବେଲେ, ବନ୍ଦି ଗର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଡାକିନେଇ ସେମନର୍ ଗାଉ ଅଇଲାଟା ସବୁ ଦଇଦେଲା । ତାର୍ପଚେ ସେ ଆରି ତାର୍ କୁଟୁମର୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ଡୁବନ୍ ନେଲାଇ ।
34 And having brought them into his house, he set out a table, and rejoiced, having believed in God with all his house.
୩୪ତାର୍ପଚେ ସେ ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ସିଲାକେ ତାକର୍ ଗରେ ଡାକିନେଇ କାଇବାକେ ଦେଲା । ତେଇ ପରମେସର୍କେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାର୍ ପାଇ ସେ ଆରି ତାର୍ କୁଟୁମର୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସାର୍ଦା ଅଇଗାଲାଇ ।
35 But when it became day, the magistrates sent out the police, saying, Release those men.
୩୫ଆରିଗଟେକ୍ ଦିନର୍ ସାକାଲେ ରମିଅ ସାସନ୍କାରିଆମନ୍ ସେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଚାଡି ଦିଆସ୍ ବଲି ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇକରି ପାଟାଇଲାଇ ।
36 And the jailor reported these words to Paul: The magistrates have sent out so that ye may be released. Now therefore after coming out, go in peace.
୩୬ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ବନ୍ଦିଗର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ ପାଉଲ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ରମିଅ ସାସନ୍କାରିଆ ତମ୍କେ ଆରି ସିଲାକେ ଚାଡି ଦେବାକେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲା ଆଚେ । ଏବେ ତମେ ଏ ଜାଗାଇଅନି ସାନ୍ତି ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଉଟି ଜା ।”
37 But Paul said to them, Having beaten us publicly, uncondemned men, being Romans, they cast us into prison, and now they thrust us out privately? Certainly not, but after coming, they shall lead us out.
୩୭ମାତର୍ ପାଉଲ୍ ସନିଅମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “କାଇମିସା ଅପ୍ରାଦେ ଦସି ଅଇ ନ ରଇଲେ ମିସା, ସେମନ୍ ଆମ୍କେ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ମାର୍ଲାଇ । ଆମେ ରମିଅ ଲକ୍, ମାତର୍ ସେମନ୍ ଆମ୍କେ ବନ୍ଦି କଲାଇ । ଏବେ ଆମ୍କେ ଲୁଚ୍ତେ ଚାଡିଦେବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲାଇନି । ଏଟା କର୍ବାକେ ଆମେ ନ ଦେଉଁ । ରମିୟ ଅଦିକାରି ନିଜେ ଆସି ଇତି ଆମ୍କେ ମୁକ୍ଲାଅ ।”
38 And the police reported these sayings to the magistrates, and they were afraid when they heard that they were Romans.
୩୮ସନିଅମନ୍ ରମିଅ ସାସନ୍କାରିଆକେ ଏ କାତା ଜାନାଇଲାଇ । ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ସିଲା ରମିଅ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ସୁନି ସେମନ୍ ଡରିଗାଲାଇ ।
39 And having come they besought them, and when they brought them out, they asked them to go out of the city.
୩୯ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ବନ୍ଦିଗରେ ଜାଇ ସେମନ୍କେ କେମା ମାଙ୍ଗ୍ଲାଇ ଆରି ସେମନ୍କେ ବନ୍ଦି ଗରେଅନି ବାର୍କରାଇ ଗଡ୍ ଚାଡି ଉଟିଜିବାକେ ବାବୁଜିଆ କଲାଇ ।
40 And having departed from the prison, they came in to Lydia. And after seeing the brothers, they encouraged them, and departed.
୪୦ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ସିଲା ବନ୍ଦି ଗରେଅନି ବାରଇ ଲୁଦିଆର୍ ଗରେ ଗାଲାଇ । ତେଇ ସେମନ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସି ବାଇମନ୍କେ ବେଟ୍ ଅଇ, ସେମନ୍କେ ସାର୍ଦା କରାଇ, ସେ ଜାଗା ଚାଡିଉଟିଗାଲାଇ ।
