Acts 12
1 Now about that time Herod the king threw on hands to harm some of those from the church.
୧ଏ ବେଲାଇ, ଏରଦ୍ ରାଜା ଜିରୁସାଲେମ୍ ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ କେତେକ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍କେ ତାଡ୍ନା ଦେବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା ।
2 And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.
୨ଜଅନର୍ ବାଇ ଜାକୁବ୍କେ କାଣ୍ଡା ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମାରି ମରାଇଲା, ଜାକୁବ୍ ଜଅନର୍ ବଡ୍ ବାଇ ରଇଲା ।
3 And after seeing that it was pleasing the Jews, he proceeded to arrest Peter also (and those were the days of unleavened bread),
୩ଜାକୁବ୍କେ ମରାଇଲାଟା ଜିଉଦିମନ୍କେ ସାର୍ଦା କରାଇଲା । ଏଟା ଦେକି ଏରଦ୍ ପିତର୍କେ ମିସା ବନ୍ଦି କର୍ବାକେ ତିଆର୍ଲା । ଏଟା ଜିଉଦିମନ୍ କମିର୍ ନ ମିସାଇତେ ରୁଟିକର୍ବା ପରବ୍ ବେଲେ ଅଇରଇଲା ।
4 whom, having also arrested, he put in prison, having delivered to four quaternions of soldiers to guard him, intending after the Passover to bring him forth to the people.
୪ସଇନମନ୍ ପିତର୍କେ ବାନ୍ଦିକରି ବନ୍ଦିଗରେ ପୁରାଇଲାଇ । ରକିଆ ପାଇବା ପରବର୍ ପଚେ ସବୁ ଲକର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ବିଚାର୍ନା କର୍ବି ବଲି ଏରଦ୍ ବାବି ରଇଲା । ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ଦଲେ ଚାରିଲକ୍ ଲାକା ଅଇ, ଚାରିଟା ଦଲ୍କରି ସନିଅମନ୍ ତାକେ ଜାଗିରଇଲାଇ ।
5 Indeed therefore Peter was kept in the prison, but fervent prayer was being made by the church to God for him.
୫ପିତର୍ ବନ୍ଦିଗରେ ରଇଲାବେଲେ ଜିରୁସାଲେମେ ରଇବା ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଅଇକରି ତାର୍ପାଇ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ତେରଇଲାଇ ।
6 And when Herod was about to bring him forth, that night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound by two chains. And guards in front of the door guarded the prison.
୬ଜନ୍ ଦିନେ ଏରଦ୍ ପିତର୍କେ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଆନ୍ବାକେ କାତା ଦେଇରଇଲା, ତାର୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁର୍ ରାତି ପିତର୍ ବନ୍ଦିଗରେ ଦୁଇଟା ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନର୍ ମଜାଇ ସଇରଇଲା । ତାକେ ସନିଅମନର୍ ମିସ୍ତେ ଦୁଇଟା ଆତେ ଦୁଇଟା ସିକ୍ଲି ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବାନ୍ଦିରଇଲାଇ । ଆରି ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନ୍ ବନ୍ଦିଗରର୍ ଦୁଆରେ ଜାଗିରଇଲାଇ ।
7 And behold, an agent of the Lord stood near, and light shone in the room. And after striking the side of Peter, he raised him up, saying, Get up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.
୭ସେ ଦାପ୍ରେ, ଏଦେ ଦେକା! ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଦୁତ୍ ଆସି ପିତରର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଟିଆଅଇଲା ଆରି ଗୁଲାଇ ବାକ୍ରା ଉଜଲ୍ ଅଇଗାଲା । ସରଗର୍ ଦୁତ୍ ପିତର୍କେ କନ୍ଦେ ଦାରି ଚୁଲ୍ବୁଲାଇଲା ଆରି ସଇଲାଟାନେଅନି ଉଟାଇକରି କଇଲା “ଦାପ୍ରେ ଉଟ୍!” ଉଟ୍ଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ ବାନ୍ଦି ଅଇରଇଲା ସିକ୍ଲି କୁସ୍ଲିଗାଲା ।
8 And the agent said to him, Gird thyself, and tie on thy sandals. And he did so. And he says to him, Throw on thy garment, and follow me.
୮ତାର୍ପଚେ ଦୁତ୍ କଇଲା, “ଆଁଟାଇ ତୁଆଲ୍ ବାନ୍ଦିଅ ଆରି ପାଣ୍ଡଇ ପିନ୍ଦ୍ ।” ପିତର୍ ସେନ୍ତି କଲା ପଚେ ଦୁତ୍ କଇଲା, “ଚାଦର୍ ଡାବିଅଇକରି ମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଉ ।”
9 And after going out, he followed him. And he had not seen that the thing happening by the agent was true, but presumed to see a vision.
୯ପିତର୍ ଦୁତର୍ ପଚେ ପଚେ ବନ୍ଦିଗରେ ଅନି ବାରଇ ଆଇଲା । ଦୁତ୍ ଜନ୍ଟା କର୍ତେରଇଲା, ସେଟା ସତ୍ କି ନଏଁ ବଲି ଜାନି ନାପାର୍ତେରଇଲା । “ଏଟା ଗଟେକ୍ ଦର୍ସନ୍ ଦେକ୍ଲିନି ।” ବଲି ବାବ୍ତେରଇଲା ।
10 And when they passed a first and a second watch, they came to the iron gate, the one leading to the city, which opened spontaneously to them. And after going out, they advanced one street. And straightaway the agent withdrew from him.
୧୦ସେମନ୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନ୍ ରଇବା ଦୁଇଟା ଜାଗା ଜିତିକରି ପଚେ ନଅରେ ପୁର୍ବା ଲୁଆ କାପାଟ୍ ରଇବା ଲଗେ ଆଇଲାଇ । ତାକର୍ପାଇ ଲୁଆ କାପାଟ୍ ତାର୍ମନ୍କେସେ ଉଗାଡିଅଇଗାଲା ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ବାରଇ ଉଟିଆଇଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ବାଟେ ଇଣ୍ଡୁ ଇଣ୍ଡୁ ଅଟାତ୍ ସରଗର୍ ଦୁତ୍ ପିତର୍କେ ଚାଡି ମାୟା ଅଇଗାଲା ।
11 And when Peter came to himself, he said, Now I know truly, that the Lord dispatched his agent and delivered me out of the hand of Herod and all the expectation of the people of the Jews.
୧୧ତାର୍ପଚେ ଜାଇଟା ଗଟିରଇଲା, ସେଡ୍କିବେଲେ ତାକେ କାଇଟା ଅଇରଇଲା, ସେଟା ପିତର୍ ଜାନିପାରି କଇଲା, “ଏଟା ସତ୍ ବଲି ମୁଇ ଜାନିଆଚି । ଏରଦର୍ ଟାନେଅନି ଆରି ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜାଇଟା ଗଟ୍ସି ବଲି ଆସା କରିରଇଲାଇ, ତେଇଅନି ମକେ ରକିଆ କର୍ବାକେ ମାପ୍ରୁ ସରଗର୍ ଦୁତ୍କେ ପାଟାଇରଇଲା ।”
12 And having realized it, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, surnamed Mark, where a considerable were gathered and praying.
୧୨ନିଜର୍ ବିସଇ ଜାନିକରି ସେ ଜଅନ୍ ମାର୍କର୍ ଆୟା ମରିୟମର୍ ଗରେ ଗାଲା । ତେଇ ବେସି ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ରୁଣ୍ଡିକରି ପିତରର୍ ପାଇ ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
13 And when Peter knocked the door of the gate, a servant girl named Rhoda came to hearken.
୧୩ପିତର୍ ବାଇରର୍ କାପାଟେ ଟକ୍ଟକ୍ କରି ମାର୍ଲାକେ, ରଦା ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡି କାପାଟ୍ ଉଗାଡ୍ବାକେ ଆଇଲା ।
14 And after recognizing Peter's voice, she did not open the gate for joy, but having ran in, she reported Peter was standing in front of the gate.
୧୪ପିତରର୍ କଁଟ୍ସର୍ ଜାନିପାରି ସେ ଏତେକ୍ ସାର୍ଦା ଅଇଲା ଜେ କାପାଟ୍ ନ ଉଗାଡି ବିତ୍ରେ ପାଲାଇକରି ତେଇର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ପିତର୍ ବାଇରେ ଟିଆଅଇଲା ଆଚେ ।”
15 And they said to her, Thou are mad. But she insisted to have it so. But they said, It is his agent.
୧୫ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ କଇଲାଇ, “ତୁଇ ବାୟାଅଇଲୁସ୍ନି! ମାତର୍ ‘ଏଟା ସତ୍ ।’ ବଲି ସେ ଡାଟ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କଇଲାଗ୍ଲାକେ, ସେମନ୍ ଏଟା ତାର୍ ଦୁତ୍ କାଇକି,” ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲାଇ ।
16 But Peter continued knocking, and when they opened, they saw him, and were astonished.
୧୬ପିତର୍ ତର୍କେ ତର୍ କାପାଟେ ମାର୍ତେ ରଇଲା । ସାରାସାରି ସେମନ୍ କାପାଟ୍ ଉଗାଡି ତାକେ ଦେକି କାବାଅଇଗାଲାଇ ।
17 But after motioning to them with the hand to be silent, he described to them how the Lord brought him out of the prison. And he said, Report these things to James, and to the brothers. And having departed, he went to a different place.
୧୭ସେ ଆତ୍ ସାଗିଆକରି ସେମନ୍କେ ଚିମ୍ରା ଅଇବାକେ କଇଲା । ଆରି ମାପ୍ରୁ କେନ୍ତି ତାକେ ବନ୍ଦି ଗରେଅନି ବାର୍କରାଇ ଆନ୍ଲା, ସେ ବିସଇ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା । ତାର୍ ପଚେ ଏ ସବୁ କାତା ଜାକୁବ୍ ଆରି ବିନ୍ ସବୁ ବାଇମନ୍କେ ଜାନାଆ ବଲି କଇଲା । ପଚେ ସେ ତେଇଅନି ବିନ୍ବାଟେ ଉଟିଗାଲା ।
18 But having become day, there was no small stir among the soldiers what then became of Peter.
୧୮ସାକାଲ୍ ପାଇଲାକେ “ପିତର୍ କେନେଗାଲା?” ବଲି ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନ୍ କିଲ୍ବିଲ୍ ଅଇଗାଲାଇ ।
19 And Herod, who sought for him, and not having found, having examined the guards, he commanded them to be led away. And going down from Judea to Caesarea, he remained there.
୧୯ଏରଦ୍ ଏଟା ସୁନିକରି ପିତର୍କେ କଜ୍ବାକେ ତାର୍ ସନିଅମନ୍କେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲା । ମାତର୍ ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ ମିଲାଇ ନାପାର୍ଲାଇ । ତେବେ ସାରାସାରି ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା । କେନ୍ତି ଏଟା ଅଇଲାଟା କଇନାପାର୍ଲାକେ ସେମନ୍କେ ମରନର୍ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ଦେବାକେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲା । ତାର୍ ପଚେ ଏରଦ୍ ଜିଉଦା ରାଇଜେଅନି ଜାଇ କେତେ ଦିନର୍ପାଇ କାଇସରିଆଇ ବାସା ଅଇରଇଲା ।
20 Now Herod was angry at the Tyrians and Sidonians. But they came with one accord to him, and, having persuaded Blastus the man over the king's bedchamber, they requested peace, because their country was sustained from the monarchy.
୨୦ସେ ବେଲାଇ ଏରଦ୍ ସର୍ ଆରି ସିଦନର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ବେସି ରିସା ଅଇରଇଲା । ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ତେଇର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଦଲ୍, ତାକେ ବେଟ୍ ଅଇବାକେ ଗାଲାଇ । ପର୍ତୁମ୍ ସେମନ୍ ରାଜା ସଇବା ଗର୍ ଦାଇତେ ରଇଲା ବାଲସ୍ଟସ୍କେ ବୁଜାଇ, ତାର୍ ସାଇଜ ପାଇଲାଇ । ତାର୍ ପଚେ ସେମନ୍ ଏରଦର୍ ଲଗେ ଜାଇ ସାନ୍ତିସଙ୍ଗ୍ ରଉଁ ବଲି କାତା ଅଇଲାଇ, କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ଏରଦର୍ ରାଇଜେଅନି ସେମନର୍ ଦେସେ କାଇବା ଜିନିସ୍ ଜାଇତେରଇଲା ।
21 And at a set day Herod, having arrayed himself in royal apparel, and having sat on the tribunal, he made an oration to them.
୨୧ଜନ୍ ଦିନେ ଏରଦର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ସେମନ୍ ବେଟ୍ ଅଇବାକେ ଟିକ୍ କରିରଇଲାଇ, ସେ ରାଜାମନ୍ ପିନ୍ଦ୍ବା ବସ୍ତର୍ ପିନ୍ଦ୍ଲା ଆରି ତାର୍ ବସ୍ବା ଜାଗାଇ ବସି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଗଟେକ୍ ବାସନ୍ ଦେଲା ।
22 And the populace shouted, The voice of a god, and not of a man.
୨୨ସୁନ୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଆଉଲିଅଇଲାଇ, “ଜେ କାତା ଅଇଲାନି, ସେ ଲକ୍ ନଏଁ, ମାତର୍ ପର୍ମେସର୍!”
23 And immediately an agent of the Lord struck him, because he did not give glory to God. And after becoming worm-eaten, he expired.
୨୩“ମୁଇ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ନଇ,” ବଲି କଏ ନାଇକେ ଦାପ୍ରେ ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ଦୁତ୍ ଏରଦ୍କେ ରଗି କରାଇଲା । ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ତାର୍ ଗୁଲାଇଗାଗଡ୍ କିଡା କାଇଲାଇ ଆରି ମରିଗାଲା ।
24 But the word of God grew and multiplied.
୨୪ଏ ବେଲାଇ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ବାକିଅ ସୁନ୍ଲାଇ ଆରି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବଡିଗାଲାଇ ।
25 And Barnabas and Saul turned back in Jerusalem after fulfilling the service, also having taken along John who was surnamed Mark.
୨୫ଜିଉଦା ଦେସର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍କେ ଡାବୁ ଦେଇ ସାରାଇକରି ବର୍ନବା ଆରି ସାଉଲ୍, ଆନ୍ଟିଅକିଆଇ ଆଇଲାଇ । ଜଅନ୍ ଆରି ମାର୍କକେ ମିସା ସେମନ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ନେଇ ଜିରୁସାଲମେ ବାଅଡ୍ଲାଇ ।
