< 2 Peter 2 >

1 But false prophets also developed among the people, as false teachers will also be among you, who will sneak in pernicious denominations, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.
Isarel khyangmjü üng Sahma ksee a na ngdang khawikie. Acuna kba ni, nangmia ksunga akse jah mtheikie podang law khaie. Cimpyenak ja khyekia mtheinake cun nami veia lawpüi u lü, amimi jah küikyanki Bawi hngawh pi ma law khaie. Acunakyase, amimäta khana cimpyenak cun akjanga phaeisak khaie.
2 And many will follow their wantonness, because of whom the way of the truth will be blasphemed.
Acukba akya mahmaha khyange naw am dawkyakia ami tuilam cun jah läk khaie. Acukba ami ve ua phäh, Ngthungtaka Tuilam cun khyange naw kbäüei law khaie.
3 And they will exploit you in greed with fabricated words, whose judgment is not idle for long, and their destruction will not slumber.
Acuna akse jah mtheikie naw kummu kamvanak ja khyanga pyang khuikame am ning jah mhleimhlak eiaw law khaie. Cunüngpi, ahlana khyüh ngthu jah mkhyah khai naw pi jah mtät lü, jah Kcimpyeh khai cun dingkhu lü ipeiki am ni.
4 For if God did not spare agents who sinned, but delivered them up to chains of darkness, having been cast into hell being reserved for judgment, (Tartaroō g5020)
Mkhyekatkie khankhawngsäe pi Pamhnam naw am jah kpamei lü mulaia a jah khyak ni. Anghmüpnak cuia mthiyüi am jah khit lü Ngthumkhyahnaka Khawmhnüp a jah mtäheisak. (Tartaroō g5020)
5 and he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, the eighth, a herald of righteousness, when he brought on a flood upon the world of the irreverent,
Pamhnam naw akphyüma khawmdek pi am kpamei. Acunakyase, Mhnam am ktuiktäkie cun mlikpitui am a jah mkhyüh ni. Ngsungpyunnaka mawng pyenki Nawe ta a püi he khyang khyüh mahmaha jah küikyanki.
6 and he condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction, being reduced to ashes, having made an example of men who were going to be irreverent,
Pamhnam naw Sodom ja Komorah mlühe pi meikdäi am jah mcing pängki. Pamhnam am ktuiktä lü awmki hea khana ihawkba thawn law khai ti cun a jah mhnuhnaka kyaki.
7 and he rescued righteous Lot, being distressed by the conduct of the lawless in their licentiousness
Cunüngpi, mtuihkse lü am dawkyakia awmihkiea phäh kthasekia khyang kdaw Lotah ta lätlangsaki.
8 (for that righteous man dwelling among them day after day, in the sight and hearing of their lawless deeds, it anguished his righteous soul),
Acuna khyang kdaw cun mtuihsekia khyange am atänga ve lü, am dawkyaki ami awmih ngneisake cun amhnüp täa hmu ngja lü a mlung khuikhakia kyaki.
9 the Lord knows how to rescue the pious out of temptation, and to hold in reserve unrighteous men being cut off for a day of judgment.
Acunakyase, Mhnam üng xüngseikie cun khuikhanak üngka naw ihawkba jah yung vai cun ksing lü, Mhnam üng am xüngseikie, asükyüa ami mtisa hlüa hüipawm bawhbah lü Pamhnama ana ia käh ngaikie cun, Ngthumkhyahnaka Khawmhnüp veia ihawkba jah tak vai cun pi Bawipa naw ksingki. Ahina akse jah mtheikie cun linglai lü ami mlung dämkie, khankhawa kae pi jah leisawng vai am ksing lü jah mdihmsuikie ni.
10 And especially those going rear of flesh in a degenerate lust, and who despise lordship. Reckless, self-willed men, they do not tremble when speaking evil of dignities.
11 Whereas agents, being greater in might and power, do not bring a railing judgment against them before the Lord.
Ahin hea kthaka johit mah bawk lü kyan bawkia khankhawngsäe naw pi Bawipaa hmaimaa mdihmsuinak üng am jah mkatei khawi u naw.
12 But these men, like irrational beasts of nature, having been born for capture and destruction, speaking evil at which things they do not understand, will be destroyed in their corruption,
Cunüngpi, ahina khyange ta ami sümhmuha awmihkie. Amimi cun jah pinman lü jah hnim vaia khisa kyunge am tängkie ni. Am ami ksingnak pi mdihmsuinak am ngtäkpüikie. Khisa kyungea mäiha jah kcimpyeh vai,
13 getting back a wage of unrighteousness. Men who consider soft living in the daytime to be pleasure, spots and blemishes reveling in their deceitfulness, feasting together with you,
khuikhatnak ami mtüimdawn lawa mäiha, ami khana khuikhatnak pha be khai. Amimia phäh hlimtui jekyainak ta; ami mtisa hlükawa kümbenak cun khawkdeia pi ami pawh hin ni. Nami pawipyang kunga buh ami ei law üng, hleihlak am mlümlawk u lü, nami phäh mtüihkheh lü ngkeeikse lawpüikie ni.
14 having eyes full of adultery, and unceasing sin, enticing unstable souls, having a heart trained in greed, children of a curse,
I pi am suihjap u, ami hnungla vai däk cim ni ami suihjap u. Mkhyenak ami pawh hlüa mlung am khäksak khawh u. Ami mlung kyawng pi kummu kamvanak am kümbe u lü, ktha ngcekia khyange pi kyükngtängnak vai da jah cehpüikie. Acun he cun Pamhnama yünsenaka kea awmki he ni.
15 having forsaken a straight path, they were led astray, men who followed the way of Balaam, son of Beor, who loved the wage of unrighteousness.
Ngsungpyunkia lam hawih lü, ami cehnak lam mkhyüh ve u. Ngui a yahnak vaia phäh akse pawh vai am mhmaneiki, Pawtawa ca Balaam khang ve u.
16 But he had a rebuke of his own lawbreaking. A mute donkey, uttering in a man's voice, restrained the madness of the prophet.
Acuna Balaam cun naw a mkhyea phäh mcingnak cun khameiki. A sanghngaksaü naw khyanga kba ngthuei lü, sahmaa kya kphei lü a yukpainak cun hawihsakia kyaki.
17 These men are waterless wells, and clouds driven by a fierce wind, for whom the gloom of darkness has been reserved into an age. (questioned)
Ahina khyange cun tui käikia tui khui ja, khawkhi naw jawn se khyük beki ngmei am tängkie ni. Ami phäha angsäia nghmüpkia khuinu cun Pamhnam naw jah tak petki. (questioned)
18 For, uttering swollen things of vanity, they entice (to sensuality by lusts of flesh) those who actually escaped from those who live in error,
Camcah lü, am ngtähkia ngcaükie. Ami mtisa hlü hüipawmnake am, am dawkyakia xüngseinak üngkhyüh lätlang lü ngthunghlai thaikie cen jah tuiven bekie.
19 promising them freedom, while they themselves are bondmen of corruption, for by what any man has been overcome, of this he has also been enslaved.
Acun he naw ngthunghlai thaikie üng lätlangnak nami yah khai ti lü jah bekhüt na u lü, amimät cimpyenaka mpyaa kyaki he. Isenitiüng, khyang cun mi mlung jah nängeikia mpyaa mi kyaki.
20 For if, having escaped the defilements of the world by knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and, having been again entangled in these, they are overcome, the last things have become worse for them than the first.
Mi Bawipa ja Küikyan Bawi Jesuh Khritaw ksingnak üngkhyüh khawmdek mtüihkhehnaka ksung üng lätlang päng ma lü, acune üng hlimtui xüngsei bekia khyange ta, akcüka kaa kthaka akpäihnaka ka hin kyühse bawki ni.
21 For it were better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them.
Acukba vekia khyangea phäh ta, ngsungpyunnaka mawng ngja lü ngcingcaihkia ngthupet hawih bea kthaka, am ami ksing xa hin daw bawk ve.
22 But that of the true proverb has happened to them, The dog returning to his own vomit, and the sow that washed to wallowing in mire.
Ami veia thawnhlawkie hin naw, “Ui naw amäta mlawh ei beki, vawk naw pi a awt pänga lawk awt beki” tia mcäpnak kümceikia mdan ve.
