1 Chronicles 26
1 For the divisions of the porters: of the Korahites, Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.
Akka itti eegdonni karraa qoodaman: Gosa qoree keessaa: Ilmaan Asaaf keessaa Mesheleemiyaa ilma Qooraahi.
2 And Meshelemiah had sons: Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,
Mesheleemiyaa ilmaan qaba ture; isaanis: Inni hangafti Zakkaariyaas, lammaffaan Yediiʼeel, sadaffaan Zabaadiyaa, Afuraffaan Yatniiʼeel,
3 Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Eliehoenai the seventh.

4 And Obed-edom had sons: Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethanel the fifth,

5 Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peullethai the eighth, for God blessed him.
jaʼaffaan Amiiʼeel, torbaffaan Yisaakor, saddeettaffaan Pheʼuletii; Waaqni Oobeed Edoomin eebbiseeraatii.
6 Also sons were born to Shemaiah his son, who ruled over the house of their father, for they were mighty men of valor.
Shemaaʼiyaan ilmi isaas ilmaan qaba ture; isaanis waan dandeettii guddaa qabaniif qajeelchitoota maatii abbaa isaanii turan.
7 The sons of Shemaiah: Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brothers were valiant men, Elihu, and Semachiah.
Ilmaan Shemaaʼiyaa: Otnii, Raafaaʼeel, Oobeedii fi Elzaabaad; firoonni isaa Eliihuu fi Samaakiyaanis dandeettii guddaa qabu ture.
8 All these were of the sons of Obed-edom, they and their sons and their brothers, able men in strength for the service, sixty-two of Obed-edom.

9 And Meshelemiah had sons and brothers, valiant men, eighteen.
Mesheleemiyaa fi firoota dandeettii guddaa qaban qaba ture; isaanis walumatti nama 18 turan.
10 Also Hosah, of the sons of Merari, had sons: Shimri the chief (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him chief),
Hoosaan inni gosa Meraarii sun ilmaan qaba ture; isaanis: Shimriin dura buʼaa ture; inni hangafa taʼuu baatu iyyuu abbaan isaa dura buʼaa isa godhee ture;
11 Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth. All the sons and brothers of Hosah were thirteen.

12 Of these were the divisions of the porters, even of the chief men, having offices like their brothers to minister in the house of Jehovah.
Garee eegdota karraa kana keessaa hangafoota isaaniitiif hojiin akkuma firoonni isaanii hojjetan sanaa mana Waaqayyoo keessa tajaajiluu ni kennameef.
13 And they cast lots, the small as well as the great, according to their fathers' houses for every gate.
Tokkoo tokkoo balbalaatiifis akkuma maatii maatii isaaniitti xinnaa guddaaf ixaan buʼe.
14 And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a discreet counselor, they cast lots, and his lot came out northward.
Ixaan Karra Baʼa Biiftuu Shelemiyaaf baʼe. Ergasii immoo Zakkaariyaas ilma isaa gorsituu ogeessa sanaaf ixaan buʼe; ixaan balbala kaabaa isaaf baʼe.
15 To Obed-edom southward, and to his sons the store-house.
Ixaan Karra gama kibbaa Oobeed Edoomiif, kan mankuusaa immoo ilmaan isaatiif baʼe.
16 To Shuppim and Hosah westward, by the gate of Shallecheth, at the causeway that goes up, watch against watch.
Ixaan Karra Lixa biiftuutii fi Karra Shaleekeet kan daandii olii irratti argamu Shufiimii fi Hoosaaf baʼe. Eegumsa tokko fuulleedhaan eegumsa biraatu ture:
17 Eastward were six Levites, four a day northward, four a day southward, and for the store-house two by two.
Karaa baʼa biiftuutiin guyyaa guyyaatti Lewwota jaʼa, karaa kaabaatiin guyyaa guyyaatti afur, karaa kibbaatiin guyyaa guyyaatti afur karaa mankuusaa immoo yeroo tokkotti lamatu ture.
18 For Parbar westward, four at the highway, and two at Parbar.
Oobdii gama lixa biiftuutiin jiruuf daandii irra afur, waltajjicha gubbaa immoo lamatu ture.
19 These were the divisions of the porters, of the sons of the Korahites, and of the sons of Merari.
Isaan kunneen garee eegdota karraa kanneen ilmaan Qooraahiitii fi Meraarii keessaa dhufanii dha.
20 And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.
Lewwota keessaa Ahiiyaan itti gaafatamaa qabeenya mana Waaqaatii fi itti gaafatamaa miʼoota qulqulleeffamanii ture.
21 The sons of Ladan, the sons of the Gershonites belonging to Ladan, the heads of the fathers belonging to Ladan the Gershonite: Jehieli.
Sanyiiwwan Laʼadaan kanneen karaa Laʼadaaniitiin Geershoonota taʼan warri hangafoota maatii Laʼadaan namicha gosa Geershoon sanaa turan: Yehiiʼeelii,
22 The sons of Jehieli: Zetham, and Joel his brother, over the treasures of the house of Jehovah.
ilmaan Yehiiʼeelii, Zeetaamii fi obboleessa isaa Yooʼeel. Isaan kunis itti gaafatamtoota qabeenya mana qulqullummaa Waaqayyoo turan.
23 Of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites, of the Uzzielites:
Amraamota keessaa, Yizihaarota keessaa, Kebroonota keessaa, Uziiʼeel keessaa:
24 Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler over the treasures.
Shebuuʼeel ilmi Geershoom ilma Musee sanaa itti gaafatamaa qabeenyaa hangafa ture.
25 And his brothers: of Eliezer came Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.
Namoonni karaa Eliiʼezeriitiin firoota isaa taʼan immoo: ilma isaa Rehaabiyaa, ilma isaa Isaayyaas, ilma isaa Yooraam, ilma isaa Zikrii fi ilma isaa Sheloomiit.
26 This Shelomoth and his brothers were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the heads of the fathers, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the army, had dedicated.
Sheloomiitii fi firoonni isaa mankuusaa miʼoota Daawit mootichi, hangafoonni maatiiwwanii kanneen ajajjuuwwan kumaatii fi ajajjuuwwan dhibbaa turan, akkasumas ajajjoonni loltootaa biraa Waaqaaf addaan baasan irratti itti gaafatamtoota turan.
27 They dedicated to repair the house of Jehovah out of the spoil won in battles.
Isaan boojuu waraanaan argame keessaa gara tokko haaromsuu mana qulqullummaa Waaqayyootiif addaan baasanii kennan.
28 And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah, had dedicated, whoever had dedicated anything, it was under the hand of Shelomoth, and of his brothers.
Waan Saamuʼeel namichi mulʼata argu sun, Saaʼol ilmi Qiish, Abneer ilmi Neerii fi Yooʼaab ilmi Zeruuyaa dhiʼeessanii fi waan Waaqaaf addaan baafame hunda Sheloomiitii fi firoota isaatu eega ture.
29 Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons were for the outer business over Israel, for officers and judges.
Yizihaarota keessaa: Kenaaniyaa fi ilmaan isaa hojii mana qulqullummaatiin ala taʼetti Israaʼeloota irratti qondaaltotaa fi abbootii murtii taʼanii ramadaman.
30 Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brothers, men of valor, a thousand and seven hundred, had the oversight of Israel beyond the Jordan westward, for all the business of Jehovah, and for the service of the king.
Kebroonota keessaa: Hashabiyaa fi firoonni isaa kanneen dandeettii qaban kuma tokkoo fi dhibba torba biyya Israaʼel kan Yordaanosiin gama lixa biiftuu jirutti hojii Waaqayyoo hundaa fi tajaajila mootichaa irratti itti gaafatamtoota turan.
31 Of the Hebronites was Jerijah the chief, even of the Hebronites, according to their generations by fathers. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valor at Jazer of Gilead.
Kebroonota keessaa akkuma galmee hiddaa dhaloota maatii isaaniitti Yeriyaan hangafa isaanii ture. Bara mootummaa Daawit keessa waggaa afurtamaffaatti galmeewwan ilaalamanii gosa Kebroon keessaa namoonni dandeettii qaban Yaʼizeer biyya Giliʼaadi keessaa sanatti argaman.
32 And his brothers, men of valor, were two thousand and seven hundred, heads of fathers, whom king David made overseers over the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half-tribe of the Manassites, for every matter pertaining to God, and for the affairs of the king.
Yiriiyaan firoota dandeettii qaban kanneen hangafoota maatii turan kuma lamaa fi dhibba torba qaba ture; Daawit mootichis waan kan Waaqaa taʼeef dhimma mootichaa hunda irratti gosa Ruubeen gosa Gaadii fi walakkaa gosa Minaasee toʼattoota godhe.
