Ezechiël 34
1 En des HEEREN woord geschiedde tot mij, zeggende:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
2 Mensenkind! profeteer tegen de herders van Israel; profeteer en zeg tot hen, tot de herders: Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Wee den herderen Israels, die zichzelven weiden! zullen niet de herders de schapen weiden?
O son of humankind prophesy on [the] shepherds of Israel prophesy and you will say to them to the shepherds thus he says - [the] Lord Yahweh woe to! [the] shepherds of Israel who they have been shepherding themselves ¿ not the flock will they shepherd the shepherds.
3 Gij eet het vette, en bekleedt u met de wol, gij slacht het gemeste, maar de schapen weidt gij niet.
The fat you eat and the wool you clothe yourselves the fat [sheep] you slaughter the flock not you shepherd.
4 De zwakke sterkt gij niet, en het kranke heelt gij niet, en het gebrokene verbindt gij niet, en het weggedrevene brengt gij niet weder, en het verlorene zoekt gij niet; maar gij heerst over hen met strengheid en met hardigheid.
The weak [ones] not you have strengthened and the sick [one] not you have healed and the broken [one] not you have bound up and the strayed [one] not you have brought back and the lost [one] not you have sought and with force you have ruled them and with harshness.
5 Alzo zijn zij verstrooid, omdat er geen herder is; en zij zijn als het wild gedierte des velds tot spijze geworden, dewijl zij verstrooid waren.
And they have been scattered because not a shepherd and they have become food for every animal of the field and they have been scattered.
6 Mijn schapen dolen op alle bergen en op allen hogen heuvel, ja, Mijn schapen zijn verstrooid op den gansen aardbodem; en er is niemand, die er naar vraagt, en niemand, die ze zoekt.
They wander flock my on all the mountains and on every hill high and over all [the] surface of the earth they have been scattered flock my and there not [is one who] searches and there not [is one who] seeks.
7 Daarom, gij herders! hoort des HEEREN woord!
Therefore O shepherds hear [the] word of Yahweh.
8 Zo waarachtig als Ik leef, spreekt de Heere HEERE, zo Ik niet! Omdat Mijn schapen geworden zijn tot een roof, en Mijn schapen al het wild gedierte des velds tot spijze geworden zijn, omdat er geen herder is, en Mijn herders naar Mijn schapen niet vragen; en de herders weiden zichzelven, maar Mijn schapen weiden zij niet;
[by] [the] life Of me [the] utterance of - [the] Lord Yahweh if not because has become flock my - prey and they have become flock my food for every animal of the field from not shepherd and not they have searched for shepherds my flock my and they have shepherded the shepherds themselves and flock my not they have shepherded.
9 Daarom, gij herders! hoort des HEEREN woord!
Therefore O shepherds hear [the] word of Yahweh.
10 Alzo zegt de Heere HEERE: Ziet, Ik wil aan de herders, en zal Mijn schapen van hun hand eisen, en zal ze van het weiden der schapen doen ophouden, zodat de herders zichzelven niet meer zullen weiden; en Ik zal Mijn schapen uit hun mond rukken, zodat zij hun niet meer tot spijze zullen zijn.
Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] against the shepherds and I will seek flock my from hand their and I will cause to cease them from shepherding a flock and not they will shepherd again the shepherds themselves and I will deliver flock my from mouth their and not they will become for them food.
11 Want zo zegt de Heere HEERE: Ziet, Ik, ja, Ik zal naar Mijn schapen vragen, en zal ze opzoeken.
For thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here [am] I I and I will search for flock my and I will seek them.
12 Gelijk een herder zijn kudde opzoekt, ten dage als hij in het midden zijner verspreide schapen is, alzo zal Ik Mijn schapen opzoeken; en Ik zal ze redden uit al de plaatsen, waarhenen zij verstrooid zijn, ten dage der wolke en der donkerheid.
Like [the] seeking of a shepherd flock his on [the] day is he in among flock his separated so I will seek flock my and I will deliver them from all the places where they were scattered there on a day of cloud and thick darkness.
13 En Ik zal ze uitvoeren van de volken, en zal ze vergaderen uit de landen, en brengen ze in hun land; en Ik zal ze weiden op de bergen Israels, bij de stromen en in alle bewoonbare plaatsen des lands.
And I will bring out them from the peoples and I will gather them from the lands and I will bring them to own land their and I will shepherd them to [the] mountains of Israel in the ravines and in all [the] habitable places of the land.
14 Op een goede weide zal Ik ze weiden, en op de hoge bergen Israels zal hun kooi zijn; aldaar zullen zij nederliggen in een goede kooi, en zullen weiden in een vette weide, op de bergen Israels.
In pasture good I will shepherd them and on [the] mountains of [the] height of Israel it will be pastureland their there they will lie down in pastureland good and pasture rich they will graze to [the] mountains of Israel.
15 Ik zal Mijn schapen weiden, en Ik zal ze legeren, spreekt de Heere HEERE.
I I will shepherd flock my and I I will make lie down them [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
16 Het verlorene zal Ik zoeken, en het weggedrevene zal Ik wederbrengen, en het gebrokene zal Ik verbinden, en het kranke zal Ik sterken; maar het vette en het sterke zal Ik verdelgen, Ik zal ze weiden met oordeel.
The lost [one] I will seek and the strayed [one] I will bring back and the broken [one] I will bind up and the sick [one] I will make strong and the fat [one] and the strong [one] I will destroy I will shepherd it with justice.
17 Want gij, o Mijn schapen! de Heere HEERE zegt alzo: Ziet, Ik zal richten tussen klein vee en klein vee, tussen de rammen en de bokken.
And you O flock my thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] about to judge between a sheep and a sheep and rams and male goats.
18 Is het u te weinig, dat gij de goede weide afweidt? Zult gij nog het overige uwer weide met uw voeten vertreden? En zult gij de bezonkene wateren drinken, en de overgelatene met uw voeten vermodderen?
¿ [too] little For you [is] the pasture good [which] you are grazing and [the] rest of pasture your you are trampling with feet your and clearness of waters [which] you are drinking and those [which] are left with feet your you are fouling!
19 Mijn schapen dan, zullen zij afweiden, wat met uw voeten vertreden is, en drinken, wat met uw voeten vermodderd is?
And flock my [the] trampling place of feet your they will graze and [the] befouled thing of feet your they will drink.
20 Daarom zegt de Heere HEERE alzo tot hen: Ziet Ik, ja, Ik zal richten tussen het vette klein vee, en tussen het magere klein vee.
Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh to them here [am] I I and I will judge between a sheep fat and between a sheep lean.
21 Omdat gij al de zwakken met de zijde en met den schouder verdringt, en met uw hoornen stoot, totdat gij dezelve naar buiten toe verstrooid hebt;
Because with side and with shoulder you push and with horns your you thrust at all the weak [ones] until that you have scattered them to the outside.
22 Daarom zal Ik Mijn schapen verlossen, dat zij niet meer tot een roof zullen zijn; en Ik zal richten tussen klein vee en klein vee.
And I will save flock my and not they will become again prey and I will judge between a sheep and a sheep.
23 En Ik zal een enigen Herder over hen verwekken, en Hij zal hen weiden, namelijk Mijn knecht David; die zal ze weiden, en Die zal hun tot een Herder zijn.
And I will raise up over them a shepherd one and he will shepherd them servant my David he he will shepherd them and he he will become for them a shepherd.
24 En Ik, de HEERE, zal hun tot een God zijn; en Mijn knecht David zal Vorst zijn in het midden van hen, Ik, de HEERE, heb het gesproken.
And I Yahweh I will become for them God and servant my David [will be] prince in midst of them I Yahweh I have spoken.
25 En Ik zal een verbond des vredes met hen maken, en zal het boos gedierte uit het land doen ophouden; en zij zullen zeker wonen in de woestijn, en slapen in de wouden.
And I will make to them a covenant of peace and I will cause to cease animal[s] wild from the land and they will dwell in the wilderness to security and they will sleep in the forests.
26 Want Ik zal dezelve, en de plaatsen rondom Mijn heuvel, stellen tot een zegen; en Ik zal den plasregen doen nederdalen op zijn tijd, plasregens van zegen zullen er zijn.
And I will make them and around hill my a blessing and I will bring down the rain at appropriate time its rains of blessing they will be.
27 En het geboomte des velds zal zijn vrucht geven, en het land zal zijn inkomst geven, en zij zullen zeker zijn in hun land; en zullen weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben, als Ik de disselbomen huns juks zal hebben verbroken, en hen gerukt uit de hand dergenen, die zich van hen deden dienen.
And it will give [the] tree[s] of the field fruit its and the land it will give produce its and they will be on own land their to security and they will know that I [am] Yahweh when break I [the] bars of yoke their and I will deliver them from [the] hand of those [who] labored by them.
28 En zij zullen den heidenen niet meer ten roof zijn, en het wild gedierte der aarde zal ze niet meer vreten; maar zij zullen zeker wonen, en er zal niemand zijn, die ze verschrikke.
And not they will be again spoil for the nations and [the] animal[s] of the land not it will devour them and they will dwell to security and there not [will be one who] terrifies.
29 En Ik zal hun een plant van naam verwekken; en zij zullen niet meer weggeraapt worden door honger in het land, en den smaad der heidenen niet meer dragen.
And I will establish for them a planting place for name and not they will be again [those] gathered of famine in the land and not they will bear again [the] insult of the nations.
30 Maar zij zullen weten, dat Ik, de HEERE, hun God, met hen ben, en dat zij Mijn volk zijn, het huis Israels, spreekt de Heere HEERE.
And they will know that I Yahweh God their [am] with them and they [are] people my [the] house of Israel [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
31 Gij nu, o Mijn schapen, schapen Mijner weide! gij zijt mensen; maar Ik ben uw God, spreekt de Heere HEERE.
And you [are] flock my [the] flock of pasture my human[s] you I [am] God your [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
