1 Mano emomiyo koro onge bura kuom joma oyie kuom Kristo Yesu,
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Meshikha Yeshua.
2 nikech kuom Kristo Yesu Chik mar Roho mar ngima osegonye kuom Chik mar richo kod tho.
For the law of the Rukha of life in Meshikha Yeshua has set you free from the law of sin and of death.
3 Gima Chik ne ok nyal timo nikech ringruok manyap mar dhano, ema Nyasaye notimo kuom oro Wuode owuon, e kido mar dhano ma jaricho mondo obed misango magolo richo. Osetimo kamano mondo omi bura olo richo,
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh;
4 mondo dwaro makare mar Chik ochopi kare chuth kuomwa, wan ma wadak kaka Roho dwaro to ok kaka ringruok dwaro.
so that the requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Rukha.
5 Joma odak kaka ringruok dwaro oketo pachgi kuom gik ma ringruok dwaro, to joma odak kaka Roho dwaro, oketo pachgi kuom Roho.
For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Rukha, the things of the Rukha.
6 Paro mar jaricho en tho, to paro ma Roho ema chiko kelo ngima kod kwe.
For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Rukha is life and peace;
7 Kuom mano, paro moket kuom ringruok mon gi Nyasaye. Ok oyie bet e bwo loch mar chik Nyasaye, kendo ok onyal timo kamano.
because the mind set on the flesh is hostile towards God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot.
8 Joma kido mar richo chiko ok nyal moro Nyasaye.
And those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 To kata kamano, un ok chiku gi kido mar richo, to Roho ema chikou, ka en adier ni Roho mar Nyasaye odak eiu. Kendo ka ngʼato onge gi Roho mar Kristo ok en ngʼat Kristo.
But you are not in the flesh but in the Rukha, if it is so that the Rukha of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Rukha of Meshikha, he does not belong to him.
10 To ka Kristo ni eiu, to kata obedo ni ringruok otho nikech richo, to chunyu ngima nikech tim makare.
And if Meshikha is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Rukha gives life because of righteousness.
11 Ka Roho mar Jal mane ochiero Yesu oa kuom joma otho odak eiu, to En owuon mane ochiero Kristo oa kuom joma otho obiro chiwo ngima ni ringreu matho, nikech Roho modak eiu.
But if the Rukha of him who raised up Yeshua from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Meshikha from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Rukha who dwells in you.
12 Emomiyo wan jogowi, owetena, ok ne kido mar richo, to ni mondo wadag kaka odwaro.
So then, brothers, we have no obligation to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
13 Nimar ka idak kaka kido mar richo dwaro, to ibiro tho; to ka kuom Roho, inego timbe maricho mag ringruok, to ibiro bedo mangima.
For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Rukha you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
14 Jogo michiko gi Roho mar Nyasaye gin nyithind Nyasaye.
For as many as are led by the Rukha of God, these are children of God.
15 Nimar ne ok uyudo Roho mamiyo udoko wasumbini mamiyo ubedo maluor kendo, to ne uyudo Roho maketou ubedo nyithind Nyasaye, momiyo uywakne Nyasaye kuluonge niya, “Abba, Wuora!”
For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Rukha of adoption, by whom we cry, "Abba. Father."
16 To Roho owuon timo neno kaachiel gi chunywa ni wan nyithind Nyasaye.
The Rukha himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God;
17 To ka wan nyithind Nyasaye, to mano nyiso ni wan jocham girkeni. Wan jocham girkeni mar Nyasaye kendo wan jocham girkeni kaachiel kod Kristo, ka en adier ni wayie neno masira kode mondo eka wan bende obi omiwa duongʼ kode.
and if children, then heirs; heirs of God and fellow heirs with Meshikha; if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him.
18 To aneno ni masiche mwaneno ndalogi tin ma ok dipim gi duongʼ mabiro fwenyorenwa.
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed to us.
19 Chwech duto rito gi geno chiengʼ ma nyithind Nyasaye nofwenyre.
For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.
20 Gik moko duto mane Nyasaye ochweyo nobedo kayiem nono, ok nikech dwarogi, to nikech dwaro Ngʼat mane ochweyogi, ka en gi geno
For the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope
21 ni chwech duto chiengʼ moro nowe thuolo mondo kik gitow to giyud thuolo maduongʼ ma nyithind Nyasaye nigo.
that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
22 Wangʼeyo ni chwech Nyasaye duto osebedo ka chur nyaka sani gi rem machal gi muoch makecho.
For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers with labor pains together until now.
23 To ok mano kende, to kata wan wawegi ma wan gi olemo mokwongo nyak mag Roho, wachur gie iwa ka pod warito gi siso maduongʼ mondo olokwa yawuot od Nyasaye, chiengʼ ma ringruok nowar.
And not only this, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Rukha, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body.
24 Nimar geno machal kama ema ne oreswae. To geno mineno ok en geno ngangʼ. Koso en ngʼa manyalo geno gima osebedogo?
For we were saved in hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for that which he sees?
25 To ka wageno gima pod waongego to warito gino gi kinda.
But if we hope for that which we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
26 Kamano bende e kaka Roho konyowa e nyawo ma wan-go. Ok wangʼeyo gima owinjore wakwa sa ma walamo, to Roho owuon ema kwayonwa gi chur ma ok wanyal wacho.
And in the same way, the Rukha also helps us in our weakness, for we do not know how to pray as we ought. But the Rukha himself makes intercession for us with inexpressible groanings.
27 To Nyasaye ma nono chunjewa, ongʼeyo gima Roho paro, nikech Roho kwayo ni jomaler kaluwore gi dwaro Nyasaye.
And he who searches the hearts knows what is on the Rukha's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints in accordance with God.
28 Bende wangʼeyo ni Nyasaye tiyo maber ne jogo mohere, jogo moseluongi kaluwore gi dwarone.
And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
29 Nimar joma ne Nyasaye ongʼeyo chakre chon ema bende ne owalo mondo okaw kit Wuode, eka mondo odok nyathi makayo e kind jowetene mangʼeny.
For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
30 To joma nowalogo bende ema noluongo; kendo joma noluongo noketo kare to joma noketo kare nomiyo duongʼ bende.
Whom he predestined, those he also called. Whom he called, those he also justified. Whom he justified, those he also glorified.
31 Koro en angʼo ma wanyalo wacho kuom wachni? Ka Nyasaye en jakorwa, to en ngʼa ma diked kodwa mi lowa?
What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
32 Ka Wuode owuon ema ne ok okecho, to nochiwonwago wan duto, koro en angʼo ma dimone miyowa gik moko duto, kaachiel kode kuom ngʼwonone?
He who did not spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?
33 En ngʼa manyalo ngʼado bura moro amora ne joma Nyasaye oseyiero? Nyasaye owuon ema keto ji kare.
Who could bring a charge against God's chosen ones? It is God who justifies.
34 En ngʼa manyalo ngʼadonwa bura marach? Kristo Yesu ema ne otho, to bende ne ochiere odoko mangima mi koro obet e bat korachwich mar Nyasaye kendo okwayonwa.
Who is he who condemns? It is Meshikha who died, and more than that, who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
35 En angʼo manyalo pogowa gihera mar Kristo? Dobed masira, koso chandruok, koso sand, koso kech, koso duk, koso gima rach, koso ligangla?
Who shall separate us from the love of Meshikha? Could oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?
36 Mana kaka ondiki ni, “Nikech in, tho ochomowa odiechiengʼ duto; ikwanowa kaka rombo mitero kar yengʼo.”
Even as it is written, "For your sake we are killed all day long. We were regarded as sheep to be slaughtered."
37 Ooyo, ewi gigi duto wan joloch moloyo nikech Nyasaye mane oherowa.
No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
38 Nimar an gi ratiro chuth ni tho kata ngima, kata malaike, kata jochiende, gik matimore ndalogi kata mabiro timore, kata teko mag polo,
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
39 kata bor, kata tut, kata gima ochwe moro amora, ok nyal pogowa gihera mar Nyasaye mane ei Kristo Yesu Ruodhwa.
nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Meshikha Yeshua our Lord.
