1 Eka ne aneno malaika machielo maratego, kabiro lor aa e polo. Ne orwakore gi boche polo ka lihudu oumo wiye; wangʼe ne chalo gi wangʼ chiengʼ, kendo tiendene ne chalo gi sirni makakni ka mach.
I saw another mighty angel coming down out of the sky, clothed with a cloud. A rainbow was on his head. His face was like the sun, and his legs like pillars of fire.
2 Ne otingʼo kitabu matin moel e lwete. Nonyono nam gi tiende ma korachwich, to tiende ma koracham nonyonogo piny,
He had in his hand a little open scroll. He set his right foot on the sea, and his left on the land.
3 kendo nokok gi dwol maduongʼ machalo ka sibuor maruto. Bangʼ kosekok kamano to polo abiriyo nomor.
He shouted with a loud voice, as a lion roars. When he shouted, the seven thunders uttered their voices.
4 To kane polo abiriyogo osemor kamano, ne adwaro ndiko gima ne awinjo kagiwacho, eka nawinjo dwol moro moa e polo mowachona niya, “Kik indik gima polo abiriyogo osewacho to lingʼ-go mana ei chunyi.”
When the seven thunders sounded, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from the sky saying, "Seal up the things which the seven thunders said, and do not write them."
5 Eka malaika mane aneno konyono nam kod piny cha notingʼo bade korachwich kochomo polo.
The angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land lifted up his right hand to the sky,
6 Kendo nokwongʼore gi nying Jal mangima nyaka chiengʼ, Jal mane ochweyo polo gik moko duto manie iye, gi piny gi gik moko duto manie iye, kod nam gi gik moko duto manie iye kowacho niya, “Deko moro ok nochak obedie ngangʼ!” (aiōn g165)
and swore by him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there will no longer be delay, (aiōn g165)
7 To e kinde, ma malaika mar abiriyono nogo turumbetene, eka wach mopondo mar Nyasaye nochopi, mana kaka nonyiso jotichne ma jonabi.
but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God is finished, as he declared to his servants, the prophets.
8 Bangʼ mano dwol mane awinjo kawuoyo koa e polo cha ne ochako wuoyo koda kendo kawacho niya, “Dhiyo, ikaw kitabu moel manie lwet malaika ma onyono nam kod piny.”
The voice which I heard from heaven, again speaking with me, said, "Go, take the scroll which is open in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the land."
9 Omiyo ne adhi ir malaikano, mi akwaye mondo omiya kitabu matin-no. To nowachona niya, “Kawe, mondo ichame. Obiro bedo makech e iyi, to e dhogi nobed mamit ka mor kich.”
I went to the angel, telling him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, "Take it, and eat it up. It will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey."
10 Eka nakawo kitabu matin-no manie lwet malaikano, mi achame, ne omit e dhoga ka mor kich to kane asechame nobedo makech e iya.
I took the little scroll out of the angel's hand, and ate it up. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth. When I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter.
11 Bangʼe ne owachna niya, “Nyaka ichak ikor wach kuom ogendini mangʼeny, gi pinje mangʼeny kod joma wacho dhok mopogore opogore gi ruodhi mangʼeny.”
They told me, "You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages, and kings."
