1 Jehova Nyasaye e Ruoth, ogendini mondo okirni; obet e kom lochne e kind kerubi, piny mondo oyiengni.

Adonai reigns! Let the peoples tremble. He sits enthroned among the cherubim. Let the earth be moved.

2 Jehova Nyasaye duongʼ miwuoro e Sayun; otingʼe malo moyombo ogendini duto.

Adonai is great in Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking]. He is high above all the peoples.

3 Owinjore gipak nyingi maduongʼ kendo miwuoro, nyinge ler.

Let them yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to your great and awesome name. He is Holy!

4 Ruoth nyalo, ohero bura makare, isechungo adiera; isetimo ne joka Jakobo gima adier kendo makare.

The King’s strength also 'ahav ·affectionately loves· mishpat ·justice·. You do establish equity. You execute mishpat ·justice· and righteousness in Jacob [Supplanter].

5 Dhialuru Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachwa kendo lameuru, e tiend kome mobetie nikech oler.

Exalt Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God]. Hawa ·Bow low, prostrate· to worship at his footstool. He is Holy!

6 Musa gi Harun ne gin jodolo mage e dier jodolo mamoko, Samuel ne en achiel kuom joma ne luongo nyinge; negiluongo Jehova Nyasaye kendo nodwokogi.

Moses [Drawn out] and Aaron [Light-bringer] were among his priests, Samuel among those who call on his name; they called on Adonai, and he answered them.

7 Ne owuoyo kodgi e siro mar bor polo; negirito chikene gi buche mane omiyogi.

He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud. They kept his testimonies, the statute that he gave them.

8 Yaye Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachwa, ne idwokogi; ne in Nyasaye maweyo richo ne jo-Israel, kata obedo ni ne ikumo timbegi mobam.

You answered them, Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God]. You are a God who forgave them, although you took vengeance for their doings.

9 Tingʼuru nying Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachwa kendo lamuru e gode maler, nimar Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachwa ler.

Exalt Adonai, our God. Hawa ·Bow low, prostrate· to worship at his holy hill, for Adonai, our God, is holy!
