< Zaburi 94 >
1 Yaye Jehova Nyasaye en Nyasaye ma jachul kuor, yaye Nyasaye ma jachul kuor, nyis lerni.
O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.
2 Aa malo, yaye Jangʼad bura mar piny; chul josunga gima owinjore kodgi.
Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.
3 Yaye Jehova Nyasaye, nyaka karangʼo ma joma timbegi richo, nyaka karangʼo ma joma timbegi richo biro goyo siboi?
LORD, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
4 Gidiro weche mag wich teko; joma timbegi richo duto opongʼ gi sunga.
[How long] shall they utter [and] speak hard things? [and] all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
5 Gikidho jogi, yaye Jehova Nyasaye; gidiyo girkeni mari.
They break in pieces thy people, O LORD, and afflict thine heritage.
6 Ginego dhako ma chwore otho gi jadak; gideyo ngʼama onge gi wuon.
They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
7 Giwacho niya, “Jehova Nyasaye ok ne; Nyasach Jakobo ok dew gik ma watimo.”
Yet they say, The LORD shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard [it].
8 To winjuru, un joma omingʼ e dier ji; un joma ofuwogi, ubiro bedo mariek karangʼo?
Understand, ye brutish among the people: and [ye] fools, when will ye be wise?
9 Donge ngʼama nochomo it winjo wach? Donge ngʼat manoloso wangʼ neno?
He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
10 Donge ngʼat marieyo ogendini kumo ji? Bende ngʼat mapuonjo dhano dibed maonge rieko?
He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, [shall not he know]?
11 Jehova Nyasaye ongʼeyo pach dhano; ongʼeyo ni gionge tich.
The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they [are] vanity.
12 Ogwedh ngʼat mikumo, yaye Jehova Nyasaye, ma en ngʼama ipuonjo koa e chikeni;
Blessed [is] the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;
13 imiyo ngʼama kamano resruok e ndalo chandruok, nyaka chop kuny bur ne joma richo.
That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.
14 Nimar Jehova Nyasaye ok bi dagi joge; ok obi jwangʼo girkeni mare.
For the LORD will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
15 Yor adiera biro yudore kendo ne joma kare, kendo joma oriere gie chunygi biro luwe.
But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.
16 En ngʼa mabiro radona gi joma timbegi richo? Ngʼatno mabiro chwaka kakedo gi joricho?
Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? [or] who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
17 Ka dine Jehova Nyasaye ok omiya kony, to dikoro asedhi dak e piny ma ji olingʼe thi.
Unless the LORD [had been] my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.
18 Kane awacho niya, “Tienda kier,” to herani nojola, yaye Jehova Nyasaye.
When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.
19 Ka achiedh-nade nopongʼo chunya, to hochni noduogo mor e ngimana.
In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
20 Loch marach bende inyalo riworigo adier, loch mamiyo ji chandore malit nikech chikene maricho?
Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?
21 Ginywako ne joma kare kendo gingʼadone joma onge ketho buch tho.
They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.
22 To Jehova Nyasaye osebedo ohingana, kendo Nyasacha en lwanda ma aponde.
But the LORD is my defence; and my God [is] the rock of my refuge.
23 Obiro chulogi nikech richogi kendo obiro tiekogi nikech timbegi maricho; Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachwa biro tiekogi.
And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; [yea], the LORD our God shall cut them off.
