1 Zaburi mar Daudi. Kane owuondore ni in janeko e nyim Abimelek, mane oriembe mi oa odhi. Abiro miyo Jehova Nyasaye duongʼ kinde duto; dhoga biro siko kapake.

2 Chunya biro sungore kuom Jehova Nyasaye, joma nigi rem mondo owinji kendo obed mamor.
In Yahweh, boasteth my soul, The patient oppressed-ones shall hear and be glad.
3 Miuru Jehova Nyasaye duongʼ kaachiel koda; watingʼuru nyinge malo kaachiel.
Ascribe ye greatness unto Yahweh with me, and let us exalt his Name together.
4 Ne amanyo Jehova Nyasaye ka alamo, kendo nodwoka; ne oresa e luoro duto ma an-go.
I enquired of Yahweh, and he hath answered me, And, out of all my terrors, hath he rescued me.
5 Joma oketo genogi kuome rieny; ok gi bi neno wichkuot.
They looked unto him and were radiant, And, as for their faces, let them not be abashed.
6 Ngʼat ma odhierni noluongo Jehova Nyasaye, kendo Jehova Nyasaye nowinje; ne orese mogole e chandruokne duto.
This, oppressed one cried, and, Yahweh, heard—and, out of all his distresses, saved him.
7 Malaika mar Jehova Nyasaye oumo alwora mar jogo momiye luor kendo oresogi.
The messenger of Yahweh encampeth around them who revere him, Thus hath he delivered them.
8 Bi mondo ine ni Jehova Nyasaye ber; ngʼat ma pondo kuome ogwedhi.
Oh taste and see, that good is Yahweh, —How happy the man who seeketh refuge in him!
9 Luoruru Jehova Nyasaye, un joge maler, nikech joma omiye luor ok chand gimoro amora.
Revere Yahweh, ye his holy ones, For there is no want to them who revere him.
10 Sibuoche nyalo ool kendo kech nyalo kayogi, to joma manyo Jehova Nyasaye ok ochando gima ber moro amora.
Young lions, have come short, and suffered hunger, but, they who seek Yahweh, shall not lack any good thing.
11 Biuru nyithinda kendo winjauru. Abiro puonjou luoro Jehova Nyasaye.
Come, ye children! hearken unto me, The reverence of Yahweh, will I teach you.
12 Ngʼato angʼata kuomu mohero ngima kendo nigi geno kuom ndalo mabiro mangʼeny mabeyo,
Who is the man that desireth life, Loving days, that he may see good?
13 nyaka ogengʼ lewe kik wuo marach kendo ogengʼ dhoge kuom wacho miriambo.
Keep thy tongue from wickedness, And thy lips from speaking deceit:
14 Lokri iwe timbe maricho kendo itim tim maber; many kwe kendo iluwe.
Depart from wickedness and do good, Aim at well-being, and pursue it.
15 Wangʼ Jehova Nyasaye ni kuom joma kare kendo ite winjo ywakgi;
The eyes of Yahweh, are towards the righteous, And, his ears, towards their cry for help:
16 to Jehova Nyasaye mon gi joma timo gik maricho, kendo omiyo wich wil kodgi e piny.
the face of Yahweh, is against such as do wickedness, To cut off, from the earth, their memory.
17 Joma kare koywak to Jehova Nyasaye winjogi; oresogi e chandruokgi duto.
They made outcry, and Yahweh heard, And, out of all their straits, hath he rescued them.
18 Jehova Nyasaye chiegni gi joma chunygi otur kendo oreso joma chunygi muol.
Near is Yahweh, to the broken in heart, And, the crushed in spirit, will he save.
19 Ngʼat makare nyalo bedo gi chandruok mangʼeny, to Jehova Nyasaye rese kuomgi duto;
Many are the misfortunes of the righteous, But, out of them all, doth Yahweh rescue him.
20 orito chokene duto, ma kata achiel kuomgi ok notur.
Keeping all his bones, Not, one from among them, is broken.
21 Timbe maricho biro nego ngʼama timbene rach, to jowasik joma kare, bura biro loyo.
Misfortune shall be the death of the lawless one, And, the haters of the righteous man, shall be held guilty.
22 Jehova Nyasaye reso jotichne; onge ngʼato kata achiel mopondo kuome ma bura biro loyo.
Yahweh ransometh the soul of his servants, And none shall be held guilty, who seek refuge in him.
