< Zaburi 30 >
1 Zaburi. Wer mar gwedho hekalu. Zaburi mar Daudi. Abiro tingʼi malo, yaye Jehova Nyasaye, nikech ne igola e bur matut, kendo ne ok iyiene wasika mondo obed mamor kuoma.
[A Psalm. A Song for the Dedication of the Temple. By David.] I will extol you, LORD, for you have raised me up, and have not made my foes to rejoice over me.
2 Yaye Jehova Nyasaye Nyasacha, ne aluongi mondo ikonya kendo ne ichanga.
LORD my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me.
3 Yaye Jehova Nyasaye, ne igola oko e liel, ne iresa kane oyudo aridora piny e bur matut mar joma otho. (Sheol )
LORD, you have brought up my soul from Sheol. You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol )
4 Werneuru Jehova Nyasaye, un joge maler; pakuru nyinge maler.
Sing praise to the LORD, you his faithful ones. Give thanks to his holy name.
5 Nikech mirimbe bedo mana kuom kinde matin kende, to ngʼwonone osiko nyaka chiengʼ; ywak nyalo bedo gotieno to mor biro mana gokinyi.
For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
6 Kane aparo ni adhi maber, ne awacho niya, “Onge gima biro bwoga.”
As for me, I said in my prosperity, "I shall never be moved."
7 Yaye Jehova Nyasaye, kane itimona ngʼwono, ne imiyo achungʼ motegno kaka got; to kane ipando wangʼi, to piny nochama.
You, LORD, when you favored me, made my mountain stand strong; but when you hid your face, I was troubled.
8 In ema ne aluongi, yaye Jehova Nyasaye; Ruoth Nyasaye ema ne aywakne mondo okecha.
I cried to you, LORD. To the LORD I made petition:
9 “Ere ohala ma thona biro kelo, ere gima dhina e liel biro konyigo? Buru bende nyalo paki adier? Bende dohul adierani kasetho?
"What profit is there in my destruction, if I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise you? Shall it declare your truth?
10 Winja, yaye Jehova Nyasaye, kendo kecha; yaye Jehova Nyasaye bed konyruok mara.”
Hear, LORD, and have mercy on me. LORD, be my helper."
11 Ne iloko ywakna modoko miel; ne igolo lawa mar kuyo mi irwakona law mor,
You have turned my mourning into dancing for me. You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness,
12 mondo chunya owerni kendo kik olingʼ. Yaye Jehova Nyasaye Nyasacha, abiro goyoni erokamano nyaka chiengʼ.
To the end that my heart may sing praise to you, and not be silent. LORD my God, I will give thanks to you forever.
