< Zaburi 147 >
1 Pakuru Jehova Nyasaye! Mano kaka en gima ber wero wende pak ne Nyasachwa, mano kaka en gima longʼo kendo mowinjore mondo ji opake!
Praise ye Yah, For it is good, to make melody to our GOD, —For it is delightful, seemly is praise!
2 Jehova Nyasaye gero Jerusalem kendo; ochoko jo-Israel mane otwe.
Yahweh, is building Jerusalem, The outcasts of Israel, will he gather together.
3 Ochango joma chunygi tuo kendo othiedho adhondegi.
He is healing the broken in heart, —and binding up their hurts.
4 Osekwano kendo ongʼeyo kar romb sulwe duto kendo oluongo moro ka moro kuomgi gi nyinge.
Counting the number of the stars, To all of them—names, he giveth.
5 Ruodhwa duongʼ kendo en gi teko kendo nyalo; ngʼeyone onge gikone.
Great is our Lord, and of abounding strength, And, his knowledge, cannot be expressed.
6 Jehova Nyasaye tingʼo joma obolore malo to joma timbegi richo to ochwado piny e lowo.
Yahweh, relieveth the humbled! casting the lawless down to the earth.
7 Weruru ne Jehova Nyasaye kugoyone erokamano, weruru wer mamit ne Nyasachwa kugoyo nyatiti.
Respond to Yahweh with thanksgiving, Make melody to our God with the lyre.
8 Oumo kor polo gi boche polo, kendo oromo piny gi koth, bende omiyo lum twi ewi thuche.
Who covereth the heavens with clouds, preparing rain for the earth, who causeth the mountains to sprout grass:
9 Ochiwo chiemo ne dhok kendo ne agege ka giywakne.
Giving, to the beast, its food, to the young ravens, when they cry.
10 Morne ok ni kuom teko farase kata kuom ogwand dhano;
Not in the strength of the horse, doth he delight, Not in the legs of a man, hath he pleasure:
11 to Jehova Nyasaye mor gi joma omiye luor; joma oketo genogi kuom herane ma ok rem.
Yahweh, hath pleasure, in them who revere him, in them who wait for his lovingkindness.
12 Dhial Jehova Nyasaye, yaye Jerusalem; pak Nyasachi, yaye Sayun.
Laud thou, O Jerusalem, Yahweh, Praise thy God, O Zion:
13 Omedo sirni manie dhorangeyeni teko, kendo ogwedho jogi modak e iyi.
For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates, He hath blessed thy children in thy midst:
14 Omiyo kwe bedo e tongʼ pinyu kendo oromou gi ngano mabeyoe mogik.
Who maketh thy boundaries to be peace, With the marrow of wheat, doth he satisfy thee:
15 Ooro chikne e piny, kendo wachne ringo matek ka diemo wangʼ.
Who sendeth his utterance to the earth, How swiftly, runneth his word!
16 Oyaro pe ka yie rombo kendo okeyo ongʼwengʼo ka buru.
Who giveth snow like wool, Hoar-frost—like ashes, he scattereth:
17 Odiro pe mage e piny ka kit ombo. En ngʼa manyalo ngino sa ma odiro pe kamano?
Casting forth his ice like crumbs, Before his cold, who can stand?
18 Ooro wachne kendo pego leny nono; ee, otugo yembene mi pego lokre pi mamol.
He sendeth forth his word and melteth them, He causeth his wind to blow, the waters, stream along:
19 Osenyiso Jakobo wachne, ee, osenyiso Israel chikene gi buchene.
Declaring his word unto Jacob, His statutes and his regulations, unto Israel.
20 Onge oganda moro machielo mosetimone kamano kendo gin ok gingʼeyo chikene. Pakuru Jehova Nyasaye!
He hath not dealt so with any nation, and, his regulations, he maketh not known to them. Praise ye Yah!
