1 Wer ma ji wero kadhi e hekalu. Ji duto moluoro Jehova Nyasaye, kendo ngimagi oriere gie chunygi.
Blessed is everyone who fears Adonai, who walks in his ways.
2 Ibiro chamo olemb luchi; iniyud gweth kendo inidhi maber.
For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you.
3 Chiegi nochal gi yiend mzabibu manyak maber e odi; nyithindi nochal gi chuny zeituni maloth e kinde ma gilworo mesa ka gichiemo.
Your wife will be as a fruitful vine, in the innermost parts of your house; your children like olive plants, around your table.
4 Kamano e kaka ngʼama oluoro Jehova Nyasaye ogwedhi.
Behold, thus is the man blessed who fears Adonai.
5 Jehova Nyasaye mondo ogwedhi gie Sayun, ndalo duto mag ngimani; mad ineye gi wangʼi ka Jerusalem dhi maber,
May Adonai bless you out of Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], and may you see the good of Jerusalem [City of peace] all the days of your life.
6 kendo mad idag amingʼa nyaka ine nyithind nyithindi, Israel mondo obed gi kwe!
Yes, may you see your children’s children. Peace be upon Israel [God prevails].
