< Zaburi 121 >

1 Wer ma ji wero kadhi e hekalu. Atingʼo wangʼa ka arango gode, ere kuma konyruokna biro aye?
A song of degrees. I will lift mine eyes vnto the mountaines, from whence mine helpe shall come.
2 Konyruokna aa kuom Jehova Nyasaye, Jachwech polo gi piny.
Mine helpe commeth from the Lord, which hath made the heauen and the earth.
3 Ok obi weyo tiendi kier, Jal ma riti ok bi nur;
He wil not suffer thy foote to slippe: for he that keepeth thee, will not slumber.
4 adier, Jal marito Israel ok nur kendo ok nindi.
Beholde, he that keepeth Israel, wil neither slumber nor sleepe.
5 Jehova Nyasaye riti, Jehova Nyasaye e tipo moumi gi yo badi korachwich;
The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shadow at thy right hand.
6 omiyo chiengʼ ok nochami godiechiengʼ kendo dwe ok notimi gimoro gotieno.
The sunne shall not smite thee by day, nor the moone by night.
7 Jehova Nyasaye biro riti mondo gimoro amora kik ohinyi.
The Lord shall preserue thee from all euil: he shall keepe thy soule.
8 Jehova Nyasaye biro riti kidonjo kendo kiwuok, obiro timo kamano sani kendo nyaka chiengʼ.
The Lord shall preserue thy going out, and thy comming in from henceforth and for euer.
