Nehemia 3

Then arose Eliashib the high priest and his brethren the priests, and built the sheep-gate, they, hallowed it, and set up the doors thereof, —even unto the tower of Hammeah, hallowed they it, unto the tower of Hananel;

2 Jo-Jeriko to ne ogero kuonde momakore gohingago kendo, to Zakur wuod Imri nogedo machiegni kodgi.

and, at his hand, built, the men of Jericho, —and at his [other] hand built Zaccur, son of Imri.

3 Dhoranga Rech noger kendo gi yawuot Hasena. Negichungo sirni mage, kendo negirwako dhoute gi radedi kod lodi mage.

And, the fish-gate, did the sons of Hassenaah build, —they, laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof;

4 Meremoth wuod Uria, ma wuod Hakoz nogero migape e dirgi. Ngʼat mane ogedo e dir jo-Meremoth ne en Meshulam wuod Berekia, ma wuod Meshezabel. Zadok wuod Baana ema ne ogedo e dir Meshulam,

and, at their hand, repaired, Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz, and, at their hand, repaired, Meshullum son of Berechiah son of Meshezabel, —and, at their hand, repaired, Zadok son of Baana;

5 to e dir Zadok, jo-Tekoa ema nogedoe. To jodong-gi ne ok oyie tiyo tich mane ruoth omiyogi.

and, at their hand, repaired, the Tekoites, —but, their chiefs, put not their neck into the service of their lords.

6 Joyada wuod Pasea kod Meshulam wuod Besodeya ne jogero Dhoranga Dala Machon. Negichungo sirni mage, mi girwako dhoute gi radedi kod lodi mage.

And, the old gate, did Joiada son of Paseah, and Meshullam, son of Besodeiah, repair, —they, laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof, and the bars thereof;

7 Meletia ja-Gibeon gi Jadon ja-Meronoth kod jo-Gibeon gi jo-Mizpa nogedo e dir jo-Tekoa kendo ne gin e gwenge mane nitie e bwo loch mar ruoth mar piny man loka aora Yufrate.

and, at their hand, repaired, Melatiah the Gibeonite and Jadon the Meronothite, men of Gibeon and of Mizpah, —who pertained to the throne of the pasha Beyond the River;

8 Uziel wuod Harhaya mane en achiel kuom jotheth, nogedo e dir jogo kendo; to Hanania, mane en achiel kuom jolos gik mangʼwe ngʼar, nogedo mokiewo gi Uziel ka gigero ohinga mar Jerusalem nyaka kama ohinga lachgo.

at his hand, repaired, Uzziel son of Harhaiah, goldsmiths, and, at his hand, repaired Hananiah son of the perfumers, —and they fortified Jerusalem, as far as the broad wall;

9 Refaya wuod Hur, mane jatend dir dala maduongʼ mar Jerusalem, nogero migape mokiewo gi migap Hanania.

and, at their hand, repaired, Rephaiah son of Hur, ruler of a half-circuit of Jerusalem;

10 Bangʼ Refaya wuod Hur, Jedaya wuod Harumaf nogero kama omanyore gi ode owuon, to Hatush wuod Hashabneya ne tiyo e dire.

and, at their hand, repaired, Jedaiah son of Harumaph, even over against his own house, —and, at his hand, repaired, Hattush, son of Hashabneiah;

11 Malkija wuod Harim kod Hashub wuod Pahath-Moab nochako ogero migawo machielo kaachiel gi kama otingʼore gi malo mar ngʼicho mar Kendo.

a second length, did Malchijah son of Harim and Hasshub son of Pahath-moab, repair, —also the tower of the ovens;

12 Shalum wuod Halohesh, ma jatend dir gwengʼ Jerusalem komachielo ne gedo e dir jogo ka nyige konye.

and, at his hand, repaired, Shallum son of Hallohesh, ruler of a half-circuit of Jerusalem, —he and his daughters.

13 Hanun kod jo-Zanoa nogero Dhoranga Holo ni girwako dhoute gi radedi kod lodi mage, to bende negigero ohinga maborno dirom fut alufu achiel mia angʼwen gi piero abiriyo gauchiel nyaka gichopo e Dhoranga Owuoyo.

The valley-gate, did Hanun and the inhabitants of Zanoah, repair, —they, built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, —also a thousand cubits in the wall, as far as the dung-gate.

14 Dhoranga Owuoyo noger gi Malkija wuod Rekab, ma ruodh Beth Hakerem. Norwako dhoute, radedi kod lodi mage.

And, the dung-gate, did Malchijah son of Rechab, ruler of the circuit of Beth-haccherem, repair, —he, built it, and set up the doors thereof, he locks thereof, and the bars thereof.

15 Shalun wuod Kol-Hoze, ma jatend gwengʼ Mizpa, nogero Dhoranga Thidhia moketone tado kendo orwako dhoute, radedi kod lodi mage. Noloso bende ohinga mar Dago mar Siloam, machiegni gi Puoth Ruoth, nyaka e raidhi mabor koa Dala Maduongʼ mar Daudi.

And, the fountain-gate, did Shallun son of Col-hozeh ruler of the circuit of Mizpah, repair, he, built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, —also the wall of the pool of Shelah, by the garden of the king, even as far as the stairs that go down from the city of David;

16 Nehemia wuod Azbuk, mane jatend dir gwengʼ Beth Zur, nogedo e dir Zalum mochopo nyaka kama omanyore gi liend Daudi mochopo nyaka yawo mokuny kod od jolweny.

after him, repaired, Nehemiah son of Azbuk, ruler of the half-circuit of Beth-zur, —as far as over against the sepulchres of David, even unto the pool which had been made, and unto the house of heroes;

17 Jo-Lawi mane otelnigi gi Rehum wuod Bani ema ne otiyo e dir Nehemia. Hashabia mane jatend dir gwengʼ Keila nogedo e dir Rehum wuod Bani kochungʼ ni jogwengʼ-gi.

after him, repaired, the Levites, Rehum son of Bani, —at his hand, repaired, Hashabiah, ruler of the half-circuit of Keilah, for his circuit;

18 Jowete Hashabia nogedo e dirgi, ne gin jo-Binnui ma wuod Henadad, jatend dir gwengʼ Keila machielo.

after him, repaired, their brethren, Bavvai son of Henadad, —ruler of the [other] half-circuit of Keilah;

19 Ezer wuod Jeshua, ma jatend Mizpa, nochako ogero migawo machielo e dir jo-Binnui kama omanyore gi yo ma idho kochomo kar keno mar gige lweny man kama ohinga ogomogo.

and there repaired at his hand, Ezer son of Jeshua, ruler of Mizpah, a second length, —over against the ascent of the armoury, at the corner;

20 Baruk wuod Zabai bende nochiwore mochako gero migawo moro chakre kama ohinga ogomogo nyaka dhood Eliashib ma jadolo maduongʼ.

after him, zealously repaired Baruch son of Zabbai, a second length, —from the corner, unto the opening of the house of Eliashib, the high priest;

21 Mokiewo kode, Meremoth wuod Uria, ma wuod Hakoz, nochako gero migawo machielo e dir Barak kochakore e dhood Eliashib mochopo nyaka gikone.

after him, repaired, Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz, a second length, —from the opening of the house of Eliashib, even unto the end of the house of Eliashib;

22 Jodolo mane odak e gwengʼ e molworo Jerusalem nogedo e dir Meremoth.

and, after him, repaired, the priests, the men of the Circuit;

23 Benjamin kod Hashub noloso kama omanyore gi odgi; e dirgi Azaria wuod Maseya, ma wuod Anania, nogedo kama omanyore gi ode.

after him, repaired, Benjamin and Hasshub, over against their own house, —after him, repaired, Azariah son of Maaseiah son of Ananiah, beside his own house;

24 Binui wuod Henadad nochako ogero migawo moro e dir Azaria, chakre e od Azaria nyaka kama otingʼore ma ohinga ogomogo.

after him, repaired, Binnui son of Henadad, a second length, —from the house of Azariah, unto the corner, even unto the pinnacle:

25 Palal wuod Uzai nogedo komanyore gi kama ohinga ogomogo kod kama oger motingʼore gi malo kochakore ewi od ruoth machiegni gi kama jarito betie. Pedaya wuod Parosh,

Palal, son of Uzai, from over against the corner, and the tower that projecteth from the upper house of the king, which belongeth to the court of custody, —after him, Pedaiah son of Parosh.

26 kod jotij hekalu modak e thur mar Ofel nogedo nyaka kama omanyore gi Dhoranga Pi kochiko yo wuok chiengʼ kod kama otingʼore gi malo maneno.

Now, the Nethinim, were dwelling in Ophel, —as far as over against the water-gate, on the east, and the tower that projecteth;

27 E dir Pedaya, jo-Tekoa nogero kamachielo, kochakore gi kama otingʼore gi malo nyaka e ohinga mar Ofel.

after him, repaired, the Tekoites, a second length, —from over against the great tower that projecteth, even unto the wall of Ophel:

28 Koa e Dhoranga Faras, jodolo nogedo kanyo, moro ka moro e nyim ode owuon.

from beside the horse-gate, repaired the priests, every one over against his own house;

29 Zadok wuod Imer nogedo kama omanyore gi ode. E dir Zadok, to Shemaya wuod Shekania, mane jarit Rangach mochiko yo wuok chiengʼ, ema nogedoe.

after him, repaired, Zadok son of Immer, over against his own house, —and, after him, repaired, Shemaiah son of Shecaniah, keeper of the east-gate;

30 Hanania wuod Shelemia, kod Hanun, wuod Zalaf mar auchiel, nogero migawo machielo e dir Shemaya. Meshulam wuod Berekia nogero ohinga e dir jogo, kama omanyore gi ode.

after him, repaired, Hananiah son of Shelemiah, and Hanun sixth son of Zalaph, a second length, —after him, repaired, Meshullam son of Berechiah, over against his chamber;

31 Malkija, ma en achiel kuom jotheth, nogedo nyaka e od jotij hekalu kod jo-ohala, kama omanyore gi Dhoranga Nonro mi ochopo nyaka kama ohinga ogomogo.

after him, repaired, Malchijah son of Zorphi, as far as the house of the Nethinim, and the traders, —over against the muster-gate, even unto the ascent of the pinnacle;

32 Jotheth kod jo-ohala ema noloso ohinga chakre gorofano nyaka Dhoranga Rombe.

and, between the ascent of the pinnacle and the sheep-gate, repaired, the goldsmiths, and the traders.
