[“Also tell the people], ‘When the offering that you bring to Yahweh is to maintain good fellowship [with him], you may bring a bull or a cow from your herd [of cattle], but what you present to Yahweh must be an animal that has no defects.
2 Ngʼatno nyaka ket lwete ewi misango mar dherno, kendo oyangʼe e dho Hemb Romo. Eka jodolo ma yawuot Harun nokaw remo, kendo ginikire e bathe kendo mar misango koni gi koni.
You must bring the animal to the entrance to the Sacred Tent. You must lay your hands on its head. Then you must slaughter it [and drain some of its blood in a bowl]. Then one of Aaron’s sons, one of the priests, will sprinkle the blood against all sides of the altar.
3 Koa kuom chiwo mar lalruok nyaka otimne Jehova Nyasaye misango miwangʼo gi mach ma gin: boche moimo jamb-ich, gi kuonde machiegni kode,
From that offering, you must offer to Yahweh, as a sacrifice that will be burned in the fire, all the fat that covers the inner parts of the animal, or which is attached to them—
4 gi nyiroke kaachiel gi boche mogawogi man but oguro, kod jwala mabor man ewi chuny nogol oko kaachiel gi nyiroke.
the kidneys and the fat that is attached to them near the lower back muscle, and the fat that covers the liver.
5 Eka yawuot Harun nowangʼ-gi e kendo mar misango koketgi ewi misango miwangʼo pep man e yien moket e mach mondo obed misango miwangʼo madum tik mangʼwe ngʼar ni Jehova Nyasaye.
Then one of the priests will burn those things on the altar, along with the other parts of the animal that will be completely burned to be an offering [to Yahweh]. And the aroma while it burns will be pleasing to Yahweh.
6 Ka ngʼato ochiwo chiayo mondo otim-go misango mar lalruok ni Jehova Nyasaye, to nyaka ochiw chiayo madhako kata madichwo maonge songa.
If that offering to maintain good fellowship with Yahweh is a sheep or a goat, it must also be an animal that has no defects.
7 To ka ochiwo nyarombo, to nyaka ochiwe e nyim Jehova Nyasaye.
If you offer a lamb, you must present it to Yahweh [at the entrance to the Sacred Tent]. You must lay your hands on the lamb’s head and then slaughter it. [‘You must drain some of its blood in a bowl].

9 Koa kuom chiwo mar lalruok nyaka timne Jehova Nyasaye misango miwangʼo gi mach ma gin: bochene gi sembe duto mogol koa e lumbru gi bor moumo jamb-ich kaachiel gi boche man kuom jamb-ich,
You must dedicate these things to be a sacrifice to Yahweh that is burned: Its fat, the fat tail that you must cut off close to the backbone, and all the fat that covers the inner parts of the lamb or which is attached to them—
10 gi nyiroke ariyo kod bor man kuomgi man but oguche kod jwala mabor manie wi chuny nogol oko kaachiel gi nyiroke.

11 Jadolo nowangʼ gigi duto ewi kendo mar misango kaka chiemo, ma en chiwo miwangʼo pep ne Jehova Nyasaye.
One of the priests will burn those things on the altar to be an offering to Yahweh; [it will be as though] they will be a special food [given to Yahweh].
12 Ka chiwo mare en diel, to nyaka ochiwe e nyim Jehova Nyasaye.
‘If your offering is a goat, you must take/present it to Yahweh.
13 Eka nyaka oket lwete ewi chiayono kendo oyangʼe e dho Hemb Romo. Yawuot Harun nokaw remo, kendo ginikire e bethe kendo mar misango koni gi koni.
You must lay your hands on its head. Then you must slaughter it in front of the Sacred Tent. Then one of Aaron’s sons will sprinkle the blood against all sides of the altar.

From that offering you must dedicate these things to be a sacrifice to Yahweh that is burned: All the fat that covers the inner parts of the animal or which is attached to them,

16 Jadolo nowangʼ gigi duto ewi kendo mar misango kaka chiemo, ma en chiwo miwangʼo pep ne Jehova Nyasaye kendo madum tik mangʼwe ngʼar. Boche duto gin mag Jehova Nyasaye.
The priest will burn those things on the altar to be an offering to Yahweh; [it will be as though] they will be a special food [given to Yahweh]. And the aroma while it burns will be pleasing to Yahweh. All the fat [of the animals that are sacrificed] belongs to Yahweh.
17 Mano nobed chik mochwere ne tienge duto mabiro e kamoro amora manudagie; kendo kik ucham bor kata remo.
‘This is a command that must be obeyed by you and your descendants forever, wherever you live: You must not eat the fat or the blood [of any animal].’”
