< Rapar Mar Chik 32 >
1 Chikuru itu kawuoyo, yaye polo; to in piny winj weche mawuok e dhoga.
Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
2 We puonjna ochwe ka koth kendo wechena olor ka thoo, kendo a ngʼidho machwer e lum manyien mana ka koth mangʼeny ne yien matindo.
My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distill as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:
3 Abiro lando nying Jehova Nyasaye kendo abiro pako duongʼ mar Nyasachwa!
Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness to our God.
4 En Lwanda, tijene ler kendo yorene duto nikare; Nyasaye ma ok tim marach, ngʼat modimbore kendo makare.
[He is] the Rock, his work [is] perfect: for all his ways [are] judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity: just and right [is] he.
5 Ogandani en tiengʼ makoch kendo mobam, ma timbegi maricho nyiso, ni koro ok gin mag Nyasaye.
They have corrupted themselves, their spot [is] not [the spot] of his children: [they are] a perverse and crooked generation.
6 Bende ma e yo ma ugoyonego Jehova Nyasaye erokamano, yaye joma ofuwo kendo maonge riekogi? Donge en wuonu mane ochweyou mi olosou?
Do ye thus requite the LORD, O foolish people and unwise? [is] not he thy father [that] hath bought thee? hath he not made thee, and established thee?
7 Paruru ndalo mosekadho, parane weche mag tiengʼ mokadho. Penjuru wuonu, to obiro nyisou, bende penjuru jodongo, to gibiro leronu.
Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations: ask thy father, and he will show thee; thy elders, and they will tell thee.
8 E kinde ma Nyasaye Man Malo Moloyo nomiyo ogendini girkeni mag-gi, kendo kane opogo ogendinigo duto kuondegi mag dak, noketonegi tongʼ pinygi kaluwore gi kar romb kwan nyithind Israel.
When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.
9 Nimar joka Jakobo en pok Jehova Nyasaye owuon kendo mwandune.
For the LORD'S portion [is] his people; Jacob [is] the lot of his inheritance.
10 Noyudo joka Jakobo kama otimo ongoro, ma en kama otwo kendo mojwangʼ. Nochielogi koni gi koni moritogi maber, mana ka ngʼama ochielo tong wangʼe,
He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
11 mano bende e kaka ongo yiengo ode mondo nyithinde owuogi, koyaro bwombene mondo okawgi kendo otingʼ-gi.
As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings;
12 Jehova Nyasaye kende ema ne otelonegi; kaonge nyiseche mag pinje mamoko mane ni kodgi.
[So] the LORD alone did lead him, and [there was] no strange God with him.
13 Nomiyo giringo e kor gode manie piny kendo nomiyogi chiemo kod olembe manie puothe. Ne opidhogi mor kich mawuok e lwanda kod modhi mogol e lwanda.
He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock;
14 Bende negiyudo mo moleny gi chak mag dhok kod mar nyirombe kod diek, kod imbe machwe mowuok Bashan kod mo mar cha ngano. Ne gimadho divai mochiek maber mar mzabibu.
Butter of cows, and milk of sheep, with fat of lambs, and rams of the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the fat of kidneys of wheat; and thou didst drink the pure blood of the grape.
15 Jeshurun ne odongo mobedo machwe; ne oyudo chiemo morome mi obedo machwe. Wiye nowil gi Nyasache mane ochweye, ma oweyo lwanda ma en warruok mare.
But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou hast waxed fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered [with fatness]; then he forsook God [who] made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
16 Negimiyo nyiego omake gi nyisechegigo, kendo iye nowangʼ-gi timbegi mamono mag lamo nyiseche manono.
They provoked him to jealousy with strange [gods], with abominations they provoked him to anger.
17 Negitimo misango ne jochiende ma ok gin Nyasaye, ma gin nyiseche mane ok gingʼeyo; nyiseche mana mosieko, kendo nyiseche ma kwereu ne ok oluoro.
They sacrificed to devils, not to God; to gods which they knew not, to new [gods that] came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.
18 Ne ujwangʼo lwanda ma en wuonu, kendo wiu nowil gi Nyasaye mane ochweyou.
Of the Rock [that] begat thee thou art unmindful, and hast forgotten God that formed thee.
19 Jehova Nyasaye ne oneno ma mi oweyogi nikech iye nowangʼ gi yawuote kod nyige.
And when the LORD saw [it], he abhorred [them], because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.
20 Nowacho niya, “Abiro pandonegi wangʼa” mondo aneye kaka gikogi nobedi, nimar gin tiengʼ mobaro, nyithindo ma ok jo-adieri,
And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end [will be]: for they [are] a very froward generation, children in whom [is] no faith.
21 negimiyo nyiego omaka gi gima ok Nyasaye kendo gichwanya kod kido milamo manono. Anami nyiego makgi gi joma ok onego kwan ka ji; anami mirima makgi gi piny maonge winjo.
They have moved me to jealousy with [that which is] not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with [those who are] not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.
22 Mach osemoki gi mirimba, en mach mawangʼo nyaka kuonde joma otho e bwo lowo. Obiro ketho piny kod nyakne duto kendo ka omoko mach nyaka e konde mag gode. (Sheol )
For a fire is kindled in my anger, and shall burn to the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains. (Sheol )
23 Abiro medo masiche mangʼeny kuomu, kendo anaked kodgi gi aserni.
I will heap mischiefs upon them; I will spend my arrows upon them.
24 Abiro oro kech malit e diergi, gi kute machamo piny kod masira, gi ondiegi mangemo mag bungu gi thuonde man-gi kwiri mager mamol e lowo.
[They shall be] burnt with hunger, and devoured with burning heat, and with bitter destruction: I will also send the teeth of beasts upon them, with the poison of serpents of the dust.
25 Kihondko kod kibaji nogogi e miechgi; to liganglana notiek nyithindgi e yore. Yawuowi gi nyiri biro tho, kaachiel gi nyithindo ma pod yom kod jodongo moti.
The sword without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young man and the virgin, the suckling [also] with the man of gray hairs.
26 Ne awacho ni abiro keyogi kendo nying-gi ok nopar e kind ogendini,
I said, I would scatter them into corners, I would make the remembrance of them to cease from among men;
27 to ne alingʼ kane awinjo weche mag jasigu mondo jongʼadne rieko kik ngʼe gima aparo, mi giwach niya, “Lwetwa ema oseloyo, Jehova Nyasaye ok osetimo gimoro.”
Were it not that I feared the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries should behave themselves strangely, [and] lest they should say, Our hand [is] high, and the LORD hath not done all this.
28 Gin oganda maonge rieko, kendo gionge paro mar fwenyo gimoro.
For they [are] a nation void of counsel, neither [is there any] understanding in them.
29 Ka dine bed ni giriek dine gingʼeyo tiend gik matimore ma gifwenyo kaka giko margi biro bet.
O that they were wise, [that] they understood this, [that] they would consider their latter end!
30 Ere kaka ngʼato achiel nyalo riembo ji alufu achiel, kata ji ariyo miyo ji alufu apar ringi, makmana ka ok Jehova Nyasaye ma Lwandagi ema oweyogi mi oketogi e lwet wasikgi.
How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?
31 Nimar lwanda margi ok en Lwandawa mana kaka jasikwa osewacho.
For their rock [is] not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves [being] judges:
32 Mzabibu margi wuok e mzabibu ma Sodom kendo wuok e puothe mag Gomora. Olembegi opongʼ gi kwiri kendo olembegi kech.
For their vine [is] of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes [are] grapes of gall, their clusters [are] bitter:
33 Divai margi en kwiri mar thuonde, kwiri mager mar thuond rachier.
Their wine [is] the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.
34 Donge asekano wachni kendo aume e mirimba?
[Is] not this laid up in store with me, [and] sealed up among my treasures?
35 An ema nachul kuor, abiro chulo. Machiegnini tiendgi biro kier, odiechieng-gi mar masira osekayo machiegni kendo kethruok ochomogi.
To me [belongeth] vengeance, and recompense; their foot shall slide in [due] time: for the day of their calamity [is] at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.
36 Jehova Nyasaye biro ngʼado bura ne joge kendo nobed gi kech ne jotichne koneno, ka tekogi orumo kendo onge manodongʼ obed misumba kata ngʼa man thuolo.
For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent for his servants: when he seeth that [their] power is gone, and [there is] none shut up, or left.
37 Enowach niya, “Nyisecheugo nikanye, lwanda mane udwaro yudo resruok kuome,
And he shall say, Where [are] their gods, [their] rock in whom they trusted,
38 ma gin nyiseche mane ochamo gik machwe mag misengini mi omadho divai mag misengini michiwo? Koro giwuogi mondo gikonyi, kendo gimiyi kar resruok!
Which ate the fat of their sacrifices, [and] drank the wine of their drink-offerings? let them rise up and help you, [and] be your protection.
39 “Ngʼeuru malongʼo ni An e Nyasaye kendo onge nyasaye machielo makmana An. An ema anego ji kendo An ema achiwo ngima, bende An ema ahinyo kendo achango. Omiyo onge ngʼama nyalo reso ngʼato e lweta.
See now that I, [even] I [am] he, and [there is] no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither [is there any] that can deliver out of my hand.
40 Atingʼo bada malo kawacho niya, Akwongʼora ni kapod angima,
For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.
41 kendo ka asepiago liganglana mamil, to anakum jogo mochaya, kendo ka asechako ngʼado bura to anachul kuor ne wasika.
If I shall whet my glittering sword, and my hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to my enemies, and will reward them that hate me.
42 Abiro miyo asere maga tim remo ka liganglana powo dendgi; ma en remb joma onegi kod joma ni e twech, ma gin jotend wasikgi.”
I will make my arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; [and that] with the blood of the slain and of the captives from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.
43 Un pinje, beduru mamor gi jogi, nimar obiro chulo kuor kuom remb jotichne; obiro chulo kuor ne wasike kendo nopwodh pinye kod joge.
Rejoice, O ye nations, [with] his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful to his land, [and] to his people.
44 Musa nobiro gi Joshua wuod Nun kendo nosomo weche mag wendni ka ji winjo.
And Moses came and spoke all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he and Hoshea the son of Nun.
45 Kane Musa osetieko somo weche mag wendni ne jo-Israel,
And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel;
46 nowachonegi niya, “Rituru wechegi ma asomonu kawuononi mondo chiengʼ moro upuonj nyithindu mondo oluw adimba wechegi duto manie chike.
And he said to them, Set your hearts to all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.
47 Wechegi ok gin weche manono to gin e ngimau. Kurito wechegi to gibiro miyo udag amingʼa e piny mubiro kawo ka usengʼado aora Jordan.”
For it [is] not a vain thing for you: because it [is] your life; and through this thing ye shall prolong [your] days in the land whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.
48 Odiechiengno Jehova Nyasaye nowachone Musa niya,
And the LORD spoke to Moses that same day, saying,
49 “Idh Got mar Nebo ma en achiel kuom gode mag Abarim manie piny Moab, yo Jeriko kendo ine piny Kanaan, ma en piny mabiro miyo jo-Israel kar girkeni margi.
Ascend this mountain Abarim, [to] mount Nebo, which [is] in the land of Moab, that [is] over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan which I give to the children of Israel for a Possession:
50 Ewi got malo kuma idhiyoeno ema inithoe, mi iki gi ogandau, mana kaka owadu Harun notho e got Hor mi oike gi kwerene.
And die in the mount whither thou goest, and be gathered to thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered to his people:
51 Ma notimore nikech un ji ariyogi ne uweya e nyim jo-Israel kar pi mar Meriba Kadesh man e piny ongoro mar Zin kendo nikech ne ok urito nyinga maler e kind jo-Israel.
Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah-Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.
52 Kuom mano, inine mana pinyno gi kuma bor ok inidonjie e piny ma amiyo jo-Israel.”
Yet thou shalt see the land before [thee], but thou shalt not go thither to the land which I give the children of Israel.
