< Rapar Mar Chik 15 >
1 E giko mar higa mar abiriyo gope duto nyaka we.
At the terme of seuen yeeres thou shalt make a freedome.
2 Ma e kaka onego time: Ngʼato ka ngʼato nyaka we gope ma ja-Israel wadgi nigo. Ok onego okaw chudo kuom ja-Israel kata wadgi nikech ndalo mar weyo gowi e nyim Jehova Nyasaye oselandi.
And this is the maner of the freedome: euery creditour shall quite ye lone of his hand which he hath lent to his neighbour: he shall not aske it againe of his neighbour, nor of his brother: for the yeere of the Lords freedome is proclaimed.
3 Jopinje mamoko to unyalo nyiso mondo ochulu gope ma gin-go, to gowi moro amora ma ja-Israel wadu nigo to nyaka iwene.
Of a stranger thou mayest require it: but that which thou hast with thy brother, thine hand shall remit:
4 Kata kamano, ngʼat modhier ok onego bedi e dieru, nikech piny ma Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachu miyou kod jou mondo ukaw kaka girkeni obiro gwedho,
Saue when there shall be no poore with thee: for the Lord shall blesse thee in the land, which the Lord thy God giueth thee, for an inheritance to possesse it:
5 mana ka urito chike duto mag Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachu, kendo urito buchene duto ma amiyou kawuono.
So that thou hearken vnto the voyce of the Lord thy God to obserue and doe all these commandements, which I commande thee this day.
6 Kuom mano Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachu biro gwedhou kaka osewacho, kendo ubiro olo ogendini mangʼeny mwandu to un ok unuol kuomgi. Ubiro bedo gi loch kuom pinje mamoko to un onge manobed kod loch kuomu.
For the Lord thy God hath blessed thee, as he hath promised thee: and thou shalt lend vnto many nations, but thou thy selfe shalt not borow, and thou shalt reigne ouer many nations, and they shall not reigne ouer thee.
7 Ka nitie jachan e kind owete moa e mier mag piny ma Jehova Nyasaye nomiu, to kik ubed gi chuny mapek kata lep ma wuoyo marach ewi owadu modhierno.
If one of thy brethren with thee be poore within any of thy gates in thy land, which the Lord thy God giueth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poore brother:
8 To beduru mangʼwon kendo uholgi gimoro amora magidwaro.
But thou shalt open thine hand vnto him, and shalt lend him sufficient for his neede which he hath.
9 Kata bedni higa mar abiriyo chiegni chopo to kik ubed gi ich lit mutamru olo owadu man-gi dwaro. Ka mano otimore, to owaduno nyalo mako bura e nyim Jehova Nyasaye mi ubed joketho.
Beware that there be not a wicked thought in thine heart, to say, The seuenth yeere, the yeere of freedome is at hand: therefore it grieueth thee to looke on thy poore brother, and thou giuest him nought, and he crie vnto the Lord against thee, so that sinne be in thee:
10 Chiwreuru gi chuny man thuolo, to ka utimo kamano to Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachu biro gwedho tijeu duto kod gimoro amora ma udwaro timo.
Thou shalt giue him, and let it not grieue thine heart to giue vnto him: for because of this the Lord thy God shall blesse thee in al thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand to.
11 Joma ochando nobedie e pinyu ndalo duto. Kuom mano achikou mondo ubed gi chuny ma thuolo kuom oweteu, joma odhier kod joma ochando e pinyu.
Because there shall be euer some poore in the land, therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand vnto thy brother, to thy needie, and to thy poore in thy land.
12 Ka ja-Hibrania wadu madichwo kata madhako ochiwore mondo ingʼiewe kendo otini kuom higni auchiel, to e higa mar abiriyo nyaka iweye obed thuolo.
If thy brother an Ebrewe sell himselfe to thee, or an Ebrewesse, and serue thee sixe yeere, euen in the seuenth yeere thou shalt let him goe free from thee:
13 Kendo ka iweye mondo odhi ka en thuolo, to kik igole odhi gi lwete nono.
And when thou sendest him out free from thee, thou shalt not let him goe away emptie,
14 Kowe mabup gi chuny ma thuolo kimiye jamni, kar dino cham kod divai. Bedne mangʼwon kendo imiye kaluwore gi kaka Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachi osegwedhi.
But shalt giue him a liberall reward of thy sheepe, and of thy corne, and of thy wine: thou shalt giue him of that wherewith the Lord thy God hath blessed thee.
15 Paruru nine un wasumbini e piny Misri to Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachu noresou. Mano emomiyo amiyou chikni kawuono.
And remember that thou wast a seruant in the land of Egypt, and the Lord thy God deliuered thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day.
16 Ka jatichni owacho niya, “Ok adwar weyi,” nikech oheri kod jo-dalani duto kendo owinjo maber ka odak kodu,
And if he say vnto thee, I will not go away from thee, because he loueth thee and thine house, and because he is well with thee,
17 to kaw riwi kendo ituchgo ite kiteno e dhoot mondo koro obed misumbani nyaka chiengʼ tim kamano bende nyaka ne jatichni madhako.
Then shalt thou take a naule, and perce his eare through against the doore, and he shall be thy seruant for euer: and vnto thy maid seruant thou shall doe likewise.
18 Kik bedni matek weyo misumbani thuolo nimar higni auchiel mosebedo oromo chudo nyadiriyo maromre kod ngʼatno ma biro tiyoni ndalo. Kitimo kamano to Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachi nogwedh gik moko duto mitimo.
Let it not grieue thee, when thou lettest him goe out free from thee: for he hath serued thee sixe yeeres, which is the double worth of an hired seruant: and the Lord thy God shall blesse thee in all that thou doest.
All the first borne males that come of thy cattell, and of thy sheepe, thou shalt sanctifie vnto the Lord thy God. Thou shalt do no worke with thy first borne bullocke, nor sheare thy first borne sheepe.
20 E higa ka higa in kod joodi onego uchamgi e nyim Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachu kama en owuon noyier.
Thou shalt eate it before the Lord thy God yeere by yeere, in the place which the Lord shall chose, both thou, and thine household.
21 Ka chiayo moro nigi songa, ongʼol kata en muofu kata ka en gi mbala moro amora to ok onego utim kode misango ne Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachu.
But if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or haue any euill fault, thou shalt not offer it vnto the Lord thy God,
22 Onego uchame e miechu uwuon. Joma ok ler gi jomaler nyalo chame mana kaka gichamo mwanda kata nyakech.
But shalt eate it within thy gates: the vncleane, and the cleane shall eate it alike, as the roe bucke, and as the hart.
23 Kik ucham remo, to pukgiuru piny mana ka pi.
Onely thou shalt not eate the blood thereof, but powre it vpon the ground as water.
