But Shaul, still breathing threats and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest,

As he traveled, it happened that he got close to Damascus, and suddenly a light from the sky shone around him.

And he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, "Shaul, Shaul, why do you persecute me?"

And he said, "Who are you, Lord?" And he said, "I am Yeshua, whom you are persecuting.

But rise up, and enter into the city, and you will be told what you must do."

The men who traveled with him stood speechless, hearing the sound, but seeing no one.

Shaul arose from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could not see anything. They led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.

He was without sight for three days, and neither ate nor drank.

Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Khananya. The Lord said to him in a vision, "Khananya." And he said, "Look, it's me, Lord."

The Lord said to him, "Arise, and go to the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Yehudah for one named Shaul, a man of Tarsus. For look, he is praying,

and in a vision he has seen a man named Khananya coming in, and laying his hands on him, that he might receive his sight."

But Khananya answered, "Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he did to your saints at Urishlim.

Here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on your name."

Khananya departed, and entered into the house. Laying his hands on him, he said, "Brother Shaul, the Lord, who appeared to you on the road by which you came, has sent me, that you may receive your sight, and be filled with the Rukha d'Qudsha."

Immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he received his sight. He arose and was baptized.

He took food and was strengthened. He stayed several days with the disciples who were at Damascus.
20 kendo bangʼ mano nochako yalo Injili e sinagoke, kowacho ni Yesu en Wuod Nyasaye.
Immediately in the synagogues he proclaimed Yeshua, that he is the Son of God.
21 Ji duto mane owinje nowuoro ka gipenjore niya, “Donge ma e ngʼat mane sando joma ne luongo Nying Yesu Jerusalem? Donge osebiro ka mana mondo okawgi kaka joma otwe mondo otergi ni Jodolo madongo?”
All who heard him were amazed, and said, "Is not this he who in Urishlim made havoc of those who called on this name? And he had come here intending to bring them bound before the chief priests."
22 Kata kamano, Saulo nomedo gerore kuom yie kendo nomedo bedo gi teko mangʼeny, kendo twak mane ochiwo konyisogo ni Yesu e Kristo nodhiero jo-Yahudi mane odak Damaski.
But Shaul increased more in strength, and confounded the Jews who lived at Damascus, proving that this is the Meshikha.
23 Bangʼ ndalo mangʼeny, jo-Yahudi nochano mondo oneg Saulo,
When many days were fulfilled, the Jews conspired together to kill him,

but their plot became known to Shaul. They watched the gates both day and night that they might kill him,

but his disciples took him by night, and let him down through the wall, lowering him in a basket.

When Shaul had come to Urishlim, he tried to join himself to the disciples; but they were all afraid of him, not believing that he was a disciple.

He was with them coming in and going out in Urishlim, speaking boldly in the name of the Lord.

He spoke and disputed against the Hellenists, but they were seeking to kill him.

When the brothers knew it, they brought him down to Qesarya, and sent him off to Tarsus.
31 Bangʼ lokruok Saulo, kanisa man Judea gi Galili kod Samaria nobedo gi kwe maonge luoro. Roho Maler nokonyogi, mi gibedo motegno kendo kwan joma oyie kuom Kristo nomedore pile. Joma oyie kuom Kristo nodak koluoro Ruoth Nyasaye.
So the church throughout all Yehuda and Galila and Samaria had peace, and were built up. They were multiplied, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Rukha d'Qudsha.

It happened, as Kipha went throughout all those parts, he came down also to the saints who lived at Lud.

Kipha said to him, "Aniyas, Yeshua Meshikha heals you. Get up and make your bed." Immediately he arose.

All who lived at Lud and in Sharon saw him, and they turned to the Lord.

Now there was at Yupi a certain disciple named Tabitha (which when translated, means Dorcas). This woman was full of good works and acts of mercy which she did.
37 E kindeno tuo nogoye mi otho, kendo noluok ringre bangʼe okete e ot man malo ewi gorofa.
It happened in those days that she fell sick, and died. When they had washed her, they placed her in an upper chamber.
38 Lida ne chiegni gi Jopa, omiyo ka jopuonjre nowinjo ni Petro ni kuno, ne giorone ji ariyo, ka gikwaye niya, “Yie ibi irwa piyo ma ok odeko!”
As Lud was near Yupi, the disciples, hearing that Kipha was there, sent two men to him, imploring him not to delay in coming to us.

Kipha got up and went with them. When he had come, they brought him into the upper chamber. All the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas had made while she was with them.

Kipha put them all out, and kneeled down and prayed. Turning to the body, he said, "Tabitha, get up." She opened her eyes, and when she saw Kipha, she sat up.
41 Petro nomako bade mi okonye chungʼ gi tiende. Bangʼe noluongo jopuonjre kod mon ma chwogi otho mane ni oko mi omiyogi Tabitha kangima.
He gave her his hand, and raised her up. Calling the saints and widows, he presented her alive.

And it became known throughout all Yupi, and many believed in the Lord.
43 Petro nomedo dak Jopa e od janyongʼ piende moro miluongo ni Simon kuom kinde mogwarore.
It happened, that he stayed many days in Yupi with one Shimon, a tanner.
