There were now (some *k*) in Antioch in what is [the] church prophets and teachers, both Barnabas and Simeon who is being called Niger and Lucius the Cyrenian, Manaen also — with Herod the tetrarch brought up — and Saul.
2 Kane oyudo gilamo Ruoth Nyasaye kendo gitweyo chiemo, Roho Maler nowachonegi niya, “Walnauru Barnaba gi Saulo mondo gitina tich mane aluongogi mondo giti.”
As were ministering now they to the Lord and fasting said the Spirit Holy; do set apart then to Me (both *k*) Barnabas and (*k*) Saul for the work to which I have called them.
3 Omiyo kane gimedo lemo kendo gitweyo chiemo, ne gigwedhogi mi giweyogi gidhi.
Then having fasted and having prayed and having laid the hands on them they sent [them] off.
4 Ji ariyogo nowuok modhi ka Roho Maler otelonegi. Ne gilor nyaka Seleukia, bangʼe gikwangʼ ka gia kanyo nyaka Saipras.
(They themselves *N(k)O*) indeed therefore having been sent forth by of the Holy (the *k*) Spirit went down to (*k*) Seleucia, From there (then *NK(o)*) they sailed to (*k*) Cyprus.
5 Kane gichopo Salamis, ne giyalo Wach Nyasaye e sinagoke mag jo-Yahudi. Johana ne ni kodgi kaka jakonygi.
And having come into Salamis they were proclaiming the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews; They had now also John [as] a helper.

Having passed through now (all *NO*) the island as far as Paphos they found (a man — *NO*) a certain magician a false prophet Jewish — whose name (of Bar-Jesus, *N(k)O*)
7 Ajuogani ne otwere but ruodh chulano miluongo ni Sergio Paulo, mane en ngʼat mariek, kendo kaka nodwaro winjo Wach Nyasaye, nooro wach mondo oluongne Barnaba gi Saulo.
who was with the proconsul Sergius Paulus, man an intelligent. He having called to [him] Barnabas and Saul desired to hear the word of God.
8 To ajuogano mane iluongo ni Elima (nikech mano e tiend nyinge) notamogi, kotemo gengʼo ruoth mondo kik olokre oyie kuom Yesu.
Was opposing however to them Elymas the magician — thus for means the name of him — seeking to turn away the proconsul from the faith.
9 Eka Saulo, ma bende niluongo ni Paulo, nopongʼ gi Roho Maler, mi nongʼiyo wangʼ Elima tir, bangʼe owachone niya,
Saul then also [called] Paul having been filled [the] Spirit Holy (and *k*) having looked intently upon him
10 “In nyathi Satan, kendo ikedo gi gik mabeyo duto! Ipongʼ gi kit wuondruok duto gi yore mag wito ji. Iniwe timni mar loko adiera Ruoth Nyasaye doko miriambo karangʼo?
said; O full of all deceit and all craft, son of [the] devil, enemy of all righteousness, not will you cease perverting the ways (of the *no*) Lord upright?
11 To winji, lwet Ruoth Nyasaye koro kedo kodi. Ibiro bedo muofu, kendo kuom kinde moromo ok ibi neno ler mar chiengʼ gi wangʼi.” Gikanyono mudho mandiwa nobiro moimo wangʼe, mi nochako tangni komulo gik moko gi lwete ka gi kacha, mondo oyudie ngʼato mane nyalo mako bade kataye.
And now behold [the] hand (*k*) of the Lord [is] upon you, and you will be blind not seeing the sun during a season. Immediately (then descended *N(k)O*) upon him mist and darkness, and going about he was seeking one to lead by hand.
12 Kane ruodhno oneno gima notimoreno, noyie kuom Yesu, kendo nohum nono kuom gik mane owinjo kuom Ruoth Yesu.
Then having seen the proconsul that having happened he believed being astonished at the teaching of the Lord.
13 Paulo kod joma ne en-go ne oa Pafo mi okwangʼ nyaka Perga, e piny Pamfilia, kendo kanyo ema Johana noweyogie modok Jerusalem.
Having sailed then from Paphos [with] those around [him] (*k*) Paul came to Perga of Pamphylia. John however having departed from them he returned to Jerusalem.
14 Kane gia Perga, to negimedo dhi nyaka negichopo Antiokia manie piny Pisidia. Chiengʼ Sabato negidonjo e sinagogi mi gibet piny.
They themselves now having passed through from Perga came to Antioch (Pisidia, *N(k)O*) and (having gone *NK(o)*) into the synagogue on the day of the Sabbaths they sat down.
15 To bangʼ kane osesom Ndiko moko mowuok e Chike Musa gi Jonabi, jotend sinagogi nooro wach ni Paulo gi joma ne en-go kagiwacho niya, “Owetewa, ka un gi wach ma udwaro jiwogo ji, to un thuolo mar timo mano.”
After then the reading of the law and of the Prophets sent the rulers of the synagogue to them saying; Men brothers, if any there is among you a word of exhortation toward the people, do speak.
16 Kuom mano, Paulo nochungʼ motingʼo bade, kowacho niya, “Un jo-Israel kod joma ok jo-Yahudi moluoro Nyasaye, winjauru!
Having risen up then Paul and having made a sign with the hand he said; Men Israelites and you who [are] fearing God, do listen.
17 Nyasach jo-Israel noyiero kwerewa kendo nomiyo ginyaa e thuolo mane gidak Misri. Nyasaye notelonigi kagologi Misri kuno gi tekone maduongʼ;
The God of the people this of Israel chose the fathers of us and the people exalted in the sojourn in [the] land (of Egypt *N(k)O*) and with arm uplifted brought them out of it;
18 kendo nonano kodgi e thim kuom higni piero angʼwen, kata obedo ni timbegi ne richo kamano.
and of about forty years for a period He endured the ways of them in the wilderness,
19 Nokedo gi pinje abiriyo mag jo-Kanaan moloyogi, mi opogo lopgi ni joge kaka girkeni.
and having destroyed nations seven in [the] land of Canaan He gave as an inheritance (to them *k*) the land of them —
20 Magi duto nokawo higni madirom mia angʼwen gi piero abich. “Bangʼ mano, Nyasaye nomiyogi jongʼad bura mane oritogi nyaka kinde mag Samuel janabi.
during years four hundred and fifty; And after these things He gave [them] judges until Samuel the prophet;
21 To achien jo-Israel nokwayo mondo omigi ruoth, mi Nyasaye nomiyogi Saulo wuod Kish, ma ja-dhood Benjamin. Saulo nobedo ruodh pinyno kuom higni piero angʼwen.
Then Then they asked for a king, and gave to them God Saul son of Kish, a man of [the] tribe of Benjamin, years forty;
22 Bangʼ kane osegolo Saulo e ruoth, noketo Daudi obedo ruodhgi, kendo kuom Daudi ema ne Nyasaye owuoyoe kowacho ni, ‘Aseyudo Daudi wuod Jesse, ngʼat ma chunye chal gi mara, obiro timo gik moko duto ma adwaro mondo otim.’
And having removed him He raised up David to them as king, to whom also He said having carried witness: I have found David the [son of] Jesse a man according to the heart of Mine, who will do all the will of Mine.
23 “Nyasaye osekelo ni jo-Israel Jawar ma en Yesu, koa e koth Daudi, mana kaka nosingore ni notim.
Of this [man] the God of the seed according to promise (has brought *N(K)O*) to Israel ([the] Savior *NK(O)*) Jesus —
24 Kapok ne Yesu obiro, Johana noyalo Injili ne jo-Israel duto mondo gilokre giwe richogi kendo giduto giyud batiso.
When was proclaiming John before [the] face of the coming of Him a baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.
25 Kane oyudo Johana koro tieko tije, nowacho ni, ‘Uparo ni an ngʼa? Ok an Jal mane ugeno ni biro biro; to winjuru Jal moro biro bangʼa, kendo ok awinjora gonyo tond wuochene.’
While then was fulfilling (*k*) John the course he was saying; (whom *N(k)O*) me myself do you suppose to be? Not am [he] I myself; but behold He comes after me myself of whom not I am worthy the sandal of the feet to untie.
26 “Owetena, ma nyikwa Ibrahim, kod un joma ok jo-Yahudi moluoro Nyasaye, wan ema oseornwa wach warruokni.
Men brothers, sons of [the] family of Abraham and you who [are] among you fearing God, (to us *N(K)O*) the message of the salvation this (was sent out. *N(k)O*)
27 Jo-Jerusalem gi jotendgi ne ok ongʼeyo ni Yesu e Jawar, to kata kamano, kane gingʼadone buch tho, to negichopo mana weche jonabi misomo pile chiengʼ Sabato.
Those for dwelling in Jerusalem and the rulers of them Him not having known and the voices of the prophets that on every Sabbath are being read, having condemned [Him] they fulfilled [them];
28 Kata obedo ni ne ok giyudo ketho moro kuome ma dine mi nege, ne gikwayo Pilato mondo ochiwe mondo onege.
And no cause of death having found they begged Pilate to execute him.
29 Kane gisechopo weche duto mondiki kuome, ne gigole ewi yath mi gikete e liel.
When then they had finished (all *N(k)O*) the [things] about Him written, having taken [Him] down from the tree they put [Him] in a tomb.
30 To Nyasaye nochiere oa kuom joma otho,
But God raised Him out from [the] dead,
31 kendo kuom ndalo mangʼeny, joma ne wuotho kode koa Galili nyaka Jerusalem nonene. Jogo ema koro odoko joneno mag wechegi ni jowa.
who appeared for days many to those having come up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who (now *NO*) are witnesses of Him to the people.
32 “Injili ma wanyisou ema: Gima Nyasaye nosingo ne kwerewa
And we ourselves to you evangelise the to the fathers promise having been made,
33 osechoponwa, wan nyithindgi, kuom chiero Yesu. Mana kaka ondiki e Zaburi mar ariyo niya, “‘In Wuoda; kawuono asedoko Wuonu.’
that this God has fulfilled to the children of them (to us *NK(O)*) having raised up Jesus, as also in the psalm it has been written in the (second *NK(O)*) Son of Mine are You yourself, I myself today have begotten you.’
34 To kuom chier mane Nyasaye ochierego oa kuom joma otho, mondo kik otow, to ondikie kama: “‘Anamiu gweth maler kendo madier, mane asingone Daudi.’
for then He raised Him out from [the] dead no more being about to return to decay, thus He has spoken that I will give to you the holy [blessings] of David the sure [blessings].’
35 Kamoro machielo bende ondikie kama: “‘Ok niyie Ngʼati Maler tow.’
(therefore *N(k)O*) also in another He says: Not You will allow the Holy One of you to see decay.’
36 “Nimar kane Daudi osetimo dwaro Nyasaye e ndalone, to notho moike kama noyike kwerene, mi ringre notowo,
David indeed for in his own generation having served the of God purpose he fell asleep and he was added to the fathers of him and saw decay;
37 to Jal ma Nyasaye nochiero oa kuom joma otho to ringre ne ok otowo.
The [One] however God raised up not did see decay.
38 “Emomiyo, adwaro mondo ungʼe malongʼo, owetena, ni kuom Yesu ema iyalonue yor weyo richo.
Known therefore it should be to you, men brothers, that through this One to you forgiveness of sins is proclaimed;
39 Kuome ema ngʼato angʼata moyie iketo kare mi gony kuom gimoro amora ma Chik Musa ne ok nyal gonyoe ngʼato.
And from all things from which not you were able in (the *k*) law of Moses to be justified, in Him everyone who is believing is justified.
40 Omiyo tangʼuru, mondo gik mane jonabi okoro kik timrenu. Ne gikoro niya:
do take heed therefore lest may come about (upon you *K*) that said in the prophets:
41 “‘Neuru, un joma obwono ji-gi, beduru morwenyo nyaka thou, nimar abiro timo gimoro e ndalou ma ok ubi yiego, kata ka ngʼato oleronu tiende.’”
Behold! you scoffers, and do wonder and do perish for a work am working I myself in the days of you, a work (that *N(k)O*) certainly not you may believe even if one shall declare it to you.’
42 Kane oyudo Paulo gi Barnaba wuok e sinagogi, ji nokwayogi mondo gimed loso kuom wechegi chiengʼ Sabato moluwo mano.
When are departing then (they *no*) (from the *k*) (synagogue *K*) (of the *k*) (Jews *K*) were begging (the gentiles *K*) on the next Sabbath to be spoken to them declarations these.
43 To ka nosegony chokruok mondo odhiyo, jo-Yahudi mangʼeny gi ji ma nolokore oluwo din jo-Yahudi noluwo Paulo gi Barnaba, kendo negimedo wuoyo kodgi ka gijiwogi mondo gimed dhi nyime e ngʼwono mar Nyasaye.
When was releasing then the synagogue followed many of the Jews and of the worshipping converts after Paul and after Barnabas, who speaking to them were persuading them (to continue *N(k)O*) in the grace of God.
44 Chiengʼ Sabato moluwo mano, chiegni ji duto modak Antiokia nochokore mondo owinj wach Ruoth.
On the (now *NK(o)*) coming Sabbath almost all the city was gathered together to hear the word (of the Lord. *N(K)O*)
45 To ka jo-Yahudi noneno ogandano, nyiego nomakogi mi gichako wuoyo marach kuom gik mane Paulo wacho.
Having seen however the Jews the crowds they were filled with jealousy and were contradicting the [things] by (*k*) Paul (spoken *N(k)O*) (denying and *K*) denigrating [him].
46 Eka Paulo gi Barnaba nomedo wuoyo gi chir kagiwacho niya, “Ne bernwa mondo un ema wayalnu Wach Nyasaye mokwongo. To nikech udage kendo nikech ok ukwanoru ka joma owinjore yudo ngima mochwere, koro waweyou mondo wayal wachni ni joma ok jo-Yahudi. (aiōnios )
Having spoken boldly (also *N(k)O*) Paul and Barnabas said; To you it was necessary first to be spoken the word of God; but since (now *ko*) you thrust away it and not worthy you judge yourselves of eternal life, behold we are turning to the Gentiles. (aiōnios )
47 Ruoth Nyasaye osemiyowa chik niya, “‘Asemiyo udoko ler ne Ogendini, mondo uland warruok e tunge piny duto.’”
Thus for has commanded us the Lord: I have set you for a light of [the] Gentiles to be you for salvation until [the] uttermost part of the earth.’
48 Kane joma ok jo-Yahudi owinjo wachno, negimor kendo negirwako wach Ruoth Nyasaye, kendo joma nochan-negi yudo ngima mochwere noyie kuom Yesu. (aiōnios )
Hearing [it] then the Gentiles (were rejoicing *NK(o)*) and they were glorifying the word of the (Lord *NK(O)*) and they believed as many as were appointed to life eternal. (aiōnios )
49 Wach Ruoth Nyasaye nolandore e gwengʼno duto.
Was carried then the word of the Lord through all the region.
50 To jo-Yahudi nokelo mirima e chuny mon moluoro Nyasaye man-gi nying kod joma chwo midewo mane odak e dalano. Jogi nothuwo ji mondo osand Paulo gi Barnaba, kendo negiriembogi e gwengʼno.
The but Jews incited the worshipping women (and *k*) [those] prominent and the principals of the city and they stirred up a persecution against Paul and (*k*) Barnabas and expelled them from the district of them.
51 Kuom mano ne gitengʼo buch tiendgi ka gikwedo timgi eka negidhi Ikonio.
But having shaken off the dust of the feet (of them *k*) against them they went to Iconium.
52 Jopuonjre mane ni Antiokia nodongʼ kopongʼ gi mor kod Roho Maler.
(and *N(k)O*) the disciples were filled with joy and [the] Spirit Holy.
