ରମିୟ 13
1 ୧ ସାସନ୍କାରିଆମନର୍ କାତା ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ମାନ୍ବାକେ ବାଦିଅ, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ପରମେସର୍ ଆଦେସ୍ ନ ଦେଲେ କେ ମିସା ସାସନ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ଅଦିକାର୍ ନ ପାଏ । ଗାଦିଟାନେ ରଇଲା ସାସନ୍କାରିଆମନ୍କେ ପରମେସର୍ ବସାଇଲା ଆଚେ ।
Let every soul to the higher authorities be subject, for there is no authority except from God, and the authorities existing are appointed by God,
2 ୨ ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଜେ ଗାଦିତେଇ ବସ୍ଲା ସାସନ୍କାରିଆମନ୍କେ ବିରଦ୍ କର୍ସି, ସେ ପରମେସର୍ ତିଆର୍କଲା ଗାଦିର ବିରଦ୍ କଲାନି । ଜେ ଏଟା କର୍ସି ସେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ବିଚାର୍ନା ଜାଗାଇ ଟିଆଅଇସି ।
so that he who is setting himself against the authority, against God's ordinance hath resisted; and those resisting, to themselves shall receive judgment.
3 ୩ ଆମର୍ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି ସତ୍ ରଇଲେ ସାସନ୍କାରିଆକେ ଡର୍ବାର୍ ଦର୍କାର୍ ନାଇ । କାରାପ୍ ରଇଲେ ଡର୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ । ସାସନ୍କାରିଆମନ୍କେ ତମେ ଡର୍ବାକେ ମନ୍ କରାସ୍ ନାଇ, ସେନ୍ତାର୍ଆଲେ ନିକ କାମ୍ କରା ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ତମ୍କେ ନାମ୍ବାଇ ।
For those ruling are not a terror to the good works, but to the evil; and dost thou wish not to be afraid of the authority? that which is good be doing, and thou shalt have praise from it,
4 ୪ ସେମନ୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାମନ୍ ଆରି ତମର୍ ନିକପାଇସେ କାମ୍ କଲାଇନି । ତମେ ଜଦି କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ କର୍ତେରଇସା, ତେବେ ସେମନ୍କେ ଡର୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ତମ୍କେ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ଦେବାକେ ତାକର୍ ଅଦିକାର୍ ଆଚେ । ସେମନ୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ଆରି ଜେତ୍କି ଲକ୍ କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ କର୍ତେରଇବାଇ, ସେମନ୍କେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ଦେବାଇ ।
for of God it is a ministrant to thee for good; and if that which is evil thou mayest do, be fearing, for not in vain doth it bear the sword; for of God it is a ministrant, an avenger for wrath to him who is doing that which is evil.
5 ୫ ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ତମେ ସାସନ୍କାରିଆମନର୍ କାତା ମାନ୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ । ଉଜେ ପରମେସରର୍ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ଡରିକରି ନାଇ, ମାତର୍ ନିଜର୍ ବୁଦିସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଏଟା ଟିକ୍ କାମ୍ ବଲି ଜାନିକରି ମିସା ଏଟା କର୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ ।
Wherefore it is necessary to be subject, not only because of the wrath, but also because of the conscience,
6 ୬ ଏଟାର୍ପାଇ ତମେ ସିସ୍ତୁ ମିସା ଦେଲାସ୍ନି, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସାସନ୍କାରିଆମନ୍ ଟିକ୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କାମ୍ କଲାବେଲେ ପରମେସରର୍ ସେବା କର୍ତେ ରଇବାଇ ।
for because of this also pay ye tribute; for servants of God they are, on this very thing attending continually;
7 ୭ ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ସେମନ୍ ଜେତ୍କି ପାଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ ସେଟା ସେମନ୍କେ ଦେଇଦିଆସ୍ । ତମେ ସିସ୍ତୁ କି ଅଡି ଜାଇଟା ଦେବାର୍ ଆଚେ, ସେଟା ବାନ୍ଦିଦିଆସ୍ ଆରି ସେମନ୍କେ ନାମିକରି ସନ୍ମାନ୍ କରା ।
render, therefore, to all [their] dues; to whom tribute, the tribute; to whom custom, the custom; to whom fear, the fear; to whom honour, the honour.
8 ୮ ନିଜର୍ ନିଜର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କରାକରି ଅଇବାଟା ଚାଡି ଆରି କାଇ ବିସଇ କାର୍ ଲଗେ ମିସା ଉଦାର୍ ଉଆ ନାଇ । ଜେ ଏଟା ବିନ୍ ଲକର୍ପାଇ କର୍ସି, ସେ ନିୟମ୍ ମାନ୍ସି ।
To no one owe anything, except to love one another; for he who is loving the other — law he hath fulfilled,
9 ୯ ନିୟମ୍ତେଇ ଲେକାଅଇଲା ଆଚେ, “ବେସିଆ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାର୍ ନାଇ, ନର୍ ମାର୍ବାର୍ ନାଇ, ଚରାଇବାର୍ ନାଇ, ବିନ୍ ଲକର୍ ଦିନ୍ସୁ ଲବାଇବାର୍ ନାଇ ।” ନିଜ୍କେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କଲାପାରା ବିନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କରା । ଏ ଗଟେକ୍ ଆଦେସ୍ ଜଦି ତମେ ମାନ୍ସା, ନିୟମେ ରଇବା ସବୁ ଆଦେସ୍ ମାନ୍ଲାପାରା ଅଇସି ।
for, 'Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false testimony, Thou shalt not covet;' and if there is any other command, in this word it is summed up, in this: 'Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself;'
10 ୧୦ କାଇକେବଇଲେ ତମେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କର୍ତେ ରଇଲେ, କେବେ ମିସା ତାକେ ଅନିଆଇ ନ କରାସ୍ । ଆରି ତମେ ଜଦି ସେମନ୍କେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କର୍ସାବଇଲେ, ସବୁ ନିୟମ୍ ମାନିକରିଆଚାସ୍ ।
the love to the neighbour doth work no ill; the love, therefore, [is] the fulness of law.
11 ୧୧ ଏବେ ତମେ ଏଟା କର୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ବେଲା କେଟ୍ଲାଆଚେ । ଆମେ ସଇରଇବା ଲକର୍ପାରା ନ ଅଇକରି ଚେତା ଅଇ ଜାଗ୍ରତ୍ ଅଇରଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ । ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବା ବେଲା ଆଗ୍ତୁ ରଇଲେ ମିସା ଆମର୍ ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଇବା ଦିନ୍ ଲଗେ ଅଇଆଚେ ।
And this, knowing the time, that for us, the hour already [is] to be aroused out of sleep, for now nearer [is] our salvation than when we did believe;
12 ୧୨ ରାତି ଦାପ୍ରେ ସାରିଜାଇସିବେ, ସାକାଲ୍ ଅଇବାକେ ଗାଲାନି । ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଆସା, ରାତିଆ କରିରଇବା କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ ସବୁ ଚାଡିକରି, ଉଜ୍ଲେ ଜୁଇଦ୍ କର୍ବା ଆତ୍ଆତିଆର୍ ଦାରୁ ।
the night did advance, and the day came nigh; let us lay aside, therefore, the works of the darkness, and let us put on the armour of the light;
13 ୧୩ ବେସିଆମନର୍ ଦଲେ ମିସ୍ବାର୍ ନାଇ, ମାତୁଆଲ୍ମନର୍ ଦଲେ ଜିବାର୍ ନାଇ, ବିନ୍ ମାଇଜିମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମିସିରଇବାର୍ ନାଇ, ଲାଗାଜଡା ଅଇବାର୍ ନାଇ ଆରି ଇଁସା ଅଇବାର୍ ନାଇ । ଆମେ ଜେତ୍କି ଲକ୍ ଉଜ୍ଲେ ରଇଆଚୁ, ଟିକ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କରୁ ।
as in day-time, let us walk becomingly; not in revellings and drunkennesses, not in chamberings and lasciviousnesses, not in strife and emulation;
14 ୧୪ ମାପ୍ରୁ ଜିସୁକିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ଆତ୍ଆତିଆର୍ ଦାରି ରଉଁ । ଆରି ଆମର୍ ପାପର୍ ଗୁନ୍ଚଲନ୍ ନ ମାନିକରି ଆମେ ମନ୍ କର୍ବାଟା ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ନ କରୁ ।
but put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and for the flesh take no forethought — for desires.
