ରମିୟ 10
1 ୧ ଏ ବାଇବଇନିମନ୍, ମର୍ ନିଜର୍ ଲକ୍ ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଅତ୍ ବଲି ମୁଇ ବେସି ମନ୍ କଲିନି । ଆରି ଏଟାର୍ପାଇ ମୁଇ ସବୁବେଲେ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ପାର୍ତନା କଲିନି ।
Brethren! the delight of my own heart and my supplication God-ward in their behalf, are for salvation;
2 ୨ ସେମନ୍ ପରମେସର୍କେ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାଇନି । ମାତର୍ ତାକେ କେନ୍ତାରି ସାର୍ଦା କରାଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ, ସେଟା ନାଜାନତ୍ ।
For I bear them witness that they have, a zeal for God, —but not according to correct knowledge;
3 ୩ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ନିଜର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଦରମ୍ ବଲାଇ ଅଇବାକେ, ପରମେସର୍ ଜନ୍ ଜଜ୍ନା କଲା, ସେଟା ସେମନ୍ ନିଚ୍ଲାଇ । ମାତର୍ ନିଜେ ଜଜ୍ନା ତିଆର୍ କରି, ନିୟମର୍ ବାଟେ ଇଣ୍ଡ୍ଲାଇ ।
For, not knowing God’s righteousness and, their own, seeking to establish, unto the righteousness of God, have they not submitted;
4 ୪ କିରିସ୍ଟ ଆଇଲାତେଇଅନି ନିୟମ୍ ମାନ୍ବାଟା କାଇ ମୁଲିଅ ନାଇ । ଜେନ୍ତାରି କି ତାକେସେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲେ, ମୁନୁସ୍ ପରମେସରର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ଏଜାଇ ଅଇସି ।
For Christ is an end of law, for righteousness, unto every one that believeth.
5 ୫ ନିୟମ୍ ମାନ୍ବାତେଇଅନି ଦରମ୍ଲକ୍ ଅଇବା ବିସଇ ମସା ଲେକ୍ଲା ଆଚେ । ଜଦି ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ନିୟମର୍ ସବୁଜାକ ଆଦେସ୍ ମାନ୍ବାଇ, ସେମନ୍ ବଁଚ୍ବାଇ ।
For, Moses, writeth that—as touching the righteousness that is by law, The man that hath done [it], shall live thereby;
6 ୬ ମାତର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍କରି ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଦରମ୍ ବଲାଇଅଇବାଇ, ସେ ବିସଇ ସାସ୍ତରେ ଏନ୍ତି ଲେକାଆଚେ, କେ ସର୍ଗେ ଜାଇକରି କିରିସ୍ଟକେ ଉତ୍ରାଇ ଆନ୍ସି? ବଲି ମନେ ମନେ କଇ ଉଆନାଇ ।
Whereas, the righteousness by faith, thus speaketh—Do not say in thy heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? That is, to bring, Christ, down,
Or, Who shall descend into the abyss? That is, to bring up, Christ, from among the dead; (Abyssos g12)
8 ୮ କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସାସ୍ତରେ ଏନ୍ତାରି ମିସା ଲେକାଅଇଆଚେ, “ପରମେସରର୍ କବର୍ ତମର୍ ଲଗେ, ତମର୍ ଟଣ୍ଡେ ଆରି ମନେ ଆଚେ ।” ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ବିସଇର୍ ଏ କବର୍ସେ ଆମେ ଜାନାଇଲୁନି ।
But what saith it? Near thee, is the declaration, In thy mouth and in thy heart, —that is, the declaration of the faith, which we proclaim: —
9 ୯ ଜଦି ଉଁ, କିରିସ୍ଟସେ ମାପ୍ରୁ ବଲି କଇଲାସ୍ନି ଆରି ଉଁ, ପରମେସର୍ ତାକେ ମଲାତେଇଅନି ଉଟାଇଲା ଆଚେ ବଲି ମନେ ମନେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାସ୍ନି, ସେନ୍ତାର୍ ଆଲେ ତମେ ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଇସା ।
That, if thou shalt confess the declaration with thy mouth—That Jesus is, Lord, and shalt believe with thy hear—That, God, raised him from among the dead, thou shalt be saved; —
10 ୧୦ ଆମର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସର୍ ଲାଗି ପରମେସର୍ ଆମ୍କେ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ଏଜ୍ଲାନି । ଆରି ଟଣ୍ଡେ ଉଁ ବଲି ମାନିଆଇଲୁନିଜେ ଆମେ ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଆଚୁ ।
For, in heart, it is to be believed unto righteousness, and, by mouth, it is to be confessed unto salvation.
For the scripture saith—No one that resteth faith thereupon, shall be put to shame?
12 ୧୨ କାଇଟାବଇଲେ, ଜିଉଦି ଆରି ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କାଇ ସାନ୍ ବଡ୍ ନାଇ । ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ସବୁ ଲକର୍ ତା ଗଟେକ୍ ମାପ୍ରୁ, ଆରି ଜେତ୍କି ଲକ୍ ତାକେ ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ବାଇ ସେ ସବୁ ଲକ୍କେ ମଙ୍ଗଲ୍ କର୍ସି ।
For there is no distinction—of Jew or Greek, —for, the same [Lord], is Lord of all, being rich unto all who call upon him;
For, Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved: —
14 ୧୪ ମାତର୍ ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ନ କଲେ, କେନ୍ତି ତାର୍ ନାଉଁ ଦାରି ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ବାଇ? ଆରି ତାର୍ ବିସଇର୍ ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ନ ସୁନିରଇଲେ କେନ୍ତି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବାଇ? ଆରି ସେମନ୍କେ କବର୍ ନ ସୁନାଇଲେ, କେନ୍ତି ସୁନ୍ବାଇ?
How, then, shall men call upon one in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in one of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear, without one to proclaim?
15 ୧୫ ଆରି କବର୍ ନେଉକେ ନ ପାଟାଇଲେ କେନ୍ତି ଜାନାଇସି? ଏ ବିସଇ ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକା ଆଚେ “ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ଜାନାଉମନ୍ ଆଇବାଟା, କେଡେ ସାର୍ଦାର୍ କାତା!”
And how shall they proclaim, except they be sent? Even as it is written—How beautiful the feet of them that bring glad tidings of good things!
16 ୧୬ ମାତର୍ ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ଜାନାଇବାଟାନେ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ମାନତ୍ ନାଇ । ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଜିସାଇୟ ଲେକ୍ଲା ଆଚେ, “ଏ ମାପ୍ରୁ, ଆମେ କଇଲା କାତା ସୁନିକରି କେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରତ୍ନାଇ ।”
But, not all, have become obedient unto the glad tidings; —for, Isaiah, saith—Lord! who believed what we have heard?
17 ୧୭ ତେବର୍ପାଇ ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ସୁନ୍ବାଟାନେଅନି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ଅଇସି । ଆରି କିରିସ୍ଟକେ ଜାନାଇବାଟା ସେ ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ।
Hence, our faith, cometh by something heard, and, that which is heard, through a declaration of Christ.
18 ୧୮ ମାତର୍ ମୁଇ ପାଚାର୍ଲିନି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କାଇ, ସେ କବର୍ ସୁନତ୍ ନାଇ କି? ବାଇଦରେ ସୁନିଆଚତ୍, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଲେକାଆଚେ, “ଜାନାଉମନର୍ ସବଦ୍ ଗୁଲାଇ ଜଗତ୍ ଡାବିଅଇଗାଲା ଆଚେ, ସେମନର୍ କାତା ରାଇଜ୍ ଚିଡ୍ଲା ଜାକ କେଟ୍ଲା ଆଚେ ।”
But I say: Have they not heard? Yea indeed, —into all the earth, hath gone forth their sound, and, unto the ends of the inhabited world, their declarations.
19 ୧୯ ଆରି ତରେକ୍ ମୁଇ ପାଚାର୍ଲିନି, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସେଟା ନିକସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବୁଜତ୍ ନାଇ କି? ଉଁ ବୁଜିଆଚତ୍ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ବେସି ବରସ୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ମସା ଉତର୍ଦେଇ ଲେକ୍ଲା ଆଚେ, ଗଟେକ୍ ନାଜାନ୍ଲା ଜାତିକେ ସାଇଜ କରି ମର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଇଁସା କରାଇବି । ସେନ୍ତି ଗଟେକ୍ ବକୁଆ ଜାତିର୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଦୟାକରି ମୁଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ରିସା କରାଇବି ।
But I say: Hath, Israel, not come to know? First, Moses, saith—I, will provoke you to jealousy on account of a no-nation, on account of an undiscerning nation, will I make you very angry.
20 ୨୦ ଜିସାଇଅ ଆରି ମିସା ଡାଟ୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କଇଲା ଆଚେ, “ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମକେ ନ କଜ୍ତେରଇଲାଇ, ସେମନ୍ ମକେ ବେଟ୍ ପାଇଲାଇ, ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମର୍ ବିସଇ ନ ପାଚାର୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ, ମୁଇ ନିଜେ ସେମନ୍କେ ଦେକାଇଅଇଲି ।”
Isaiah, however, waxeth daring, and saith, —I have been found by them who after me were not seeking, manifest have I become unto them who for me were not enquiring;
21 ୨୧ ମାତର୍ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର୍ ବିସଇ କଇଲାନି, “ଗୁଲାଇଦିନ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଡାକି ନେବାକେ ଆତ୍ ଲାମାଇଲି, ମାତର୍ ସେମନ୍ ମକେ ନ ମାନିକରି ବିରଦ୍ କଲାଇ ।”
Whereas, regarding Israel, he saith—All day long, have I stretched forth my hands unto a people unyielding and contradicting.
