ମାତିଉ 8
NOW when he descended from the mount, great multitudes followed him.
2 ୨ ସେବେଲେ ଗଟେକ୍ ବଡ୍ ରଗି ଜିସୁର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଆସି ମାଣ୍ଡିକୁଟା ଦେଇ କଇଲା, “ଏ ମାପ୍ରୁ, ତମେ ଜଦି ମନ୍ କଲାସ୍ନି ବଇଲେ ମକେ ସୁକଲ୍ କରି ପାରାସ୍ ।”
And lo! a leper came and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
3 ୩ ତେଇ ଜିସୁ ଆତ୍ ଲାମାଇ ତାକେ ଚିଇ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ମନ୍ କଲିନି, ସୁକଲ୍ ଅ ।” ଜିସୁ ଏତ୍କି କଇଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ ସେ ଲକ୍ ବଡ୍ ରଗେଅନି ନିକ ଅଇଲା ।
And stretching out his hand, Jesus touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And instantly the leprosy was cleansed.
4 ୪ ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ସୁନ୍, ତୁଇ କେନ୍ତିଅଇ ନିକ ଅଇଲୁସ୍, ଏ କାତା କାକେ ମିସା କ ନାଇ, ମାତର୍ ସିଦା ପୁଜାରିର୍ ଲଗେ ଜାଇକରି ନିଜ୍କେ ଦେକାଇ ଅ, ଆରି ତୁଇ ନିକ ଅଇ ଆଚୁସ୍ ବଲି ସବୁ ଲକର୍ ଟାନେ ଜାନାଇଅଇବାକେ ମସାର୍ ନିୟମ୍ ଇସାବେ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ସର୍ପିଦେସ୍ ।”
And Jesus said to him, See thou tell no man; but go, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift which Moses commanded for a testimony unto them.
5 ୫ ଜିସୁ କପର୍ନାଉମ୍ ସଅରେ କେଟ୍ଲା । ସେଦାପ୍ରେ ଗଟେକ୍ ରମିୟ ସନିଅମନର୍ ମୁକିଅ ତାକେ ବେଟ୍ ଅଇକରି ବାବୁଜିଆ କରି କଇଲା ।
Then as Jesus was entering into Capernaum, there met him a centurion, intreating him,
and saying, My servant is lying in the house paralytic, terribly tormented with pain.
And Jesus said unto him, I will come and heal him.
8 ୮ ମାତର୍ ମୁକିଅ କଇଲା, “ନାଇ ମାପ୍ରୁ ତମେ ଜେ ମର୍ଗରେ ପାଦ୍ ପାକାଇସା, ଏଟାର୍ପାଇ ମର୍ ଅଦିକାର୍ ନଇ । ତମେ ପଦେକ୍ କଇଦିଆ, ମର୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ନିକ ଅଇଜାଇସି ।
And the centurion said, I am not a fit person, that thou shouldest come under my roof: but only speak a word, and my servant be cured.
9 ୯ କାଇକେବଇଲେ ମୁଇ ମର୍ ଉପ୍ରର୍ ଅଦିକାରିର୍ ତଲେ କାମ୍ କଲିନି, ଅଇଲେ ମିସା ମର୍ ତଲେ କେତେ କେତେ ସନିଅମନ୍ ଆଚତ୍ । ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ଜଦି ମୁଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଜାଆ ବଲି ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲେ, ସେ ଜାଇସି । ବିନ୍ଟାକେ ଆଉ ବଲି କଇଲେ ସେ ଆଇସି । ସେନ୍ତିସେ ମର୍ ଗତି ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାକେ ଏଟା କର୍ ବଲି କଇଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ ସେ ସେଟା କର୍ସି ।”
For I also am a man under authority, having under my command soldiers and I say to this soldier, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
10 ୧୦ ଜିସୁ ଏଟା ସୁନି କାବା ଅଇଗାଲା, ଆରି ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଇବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ସତ୍ କଇଲିନି, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କନ୍ ଲକର୍ଟାନେ ମିସା ଏ ଲକର୍ ପାରା ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ମୁଇ ଦେକିନାଇ ।
And Jesus hearing him, marvelled, and said to those who were following, Verily I say unto you, not even in Israel have I found so great faith.
11 ୧୧ ଏ କାତା ତମର୍ ମନେ ର, ପୁରୁବ୍ ଆରି ପସ୍ଚିମ୍ ବାଟର୍ ଦେସେଅନି କେତେ କେତେ ଲକ୍ ସରଗ୍ ରାଇଜେ ଆସି ଅବ୍ରାଆମ୍ ଇସାକ୍ ଆରି ଜାକୁବର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବଜିତେଇ ଗଟେକ୍ଟାନେ କାଇବାକେ ବସ୍ବାଇ ।
And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and from the west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
12 ୧୨ ମାତର୍ ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସରଗ୍ ରାଇଜେ ପୁର୍ବାର୍ ରଇଲାଇ, ସେମନ୍କେ ବାଇରର୍ ଆନ୍ଦାରେ ପିଙ୍ଗା ଅଇସି । ତେଇ ସେମନ୍ ଦାଁତ୍ ମୁଣ୍ଡ୍ କାତ୍ରି ମାରିଚପିଅଇ କାନ୍ଦ୍ବାଇ ।”
But the children of the kingdom shall be cast into the outer darkness: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
13 ୧୩ ଜିସୁ ସନିଅମନର୍ ମୁକିଅକେ କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ ଏବେ ଗରେ ଜା । ତୁଇ ଜେନ୍ତି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲୁସ୍ନି ସେନ୍ତାରିସେ ଅଇସି ।” ସମାନ୍ ସେ ବେଲାଇସେ ତାର୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ନିକ ଅଇଗାଲା ।
And Jesus said to the centurion, Go; and as thou hast believed, be it to thee. And his servant was cured at that very hour.
And when Jesus was come into the house of Peter, he saw his mother-in-law laid on a bed, and in a fever.
15 ୧୫ ସେ ପିତରର୍ ସାତ୍ରିର୍ ଆତେ ଚିଇଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ ତାର୍ ଜର୍ ଚାଡିଗାଲା । ଆରି ସେ ଉଟିକରି ଜିସୁର୍ ସେବା କର୍ବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା ।
And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and waited upon them.
16 ୧୬ ସଞ୍ଜ୍ ଅଇଲାକେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍, କେତେକ୍ କେତେକ୍ ଡୁମା ଦାରିରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଜିସୁର୍ ଲଗେ ଆନ୍ଲାଇ । ତାର୍ ପଦେକ୍ କାତା କଇଲା ଦାପ୍ରେସେ ଡୁମା ଆତ୍ମାମନ୍କେ ବାର୍କରାଇଦେଲା ଆରି ରଗି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ନିକ କଲା ।
And when evening was come, they brought him many possessed by devils: and he cast out the spirits by a word, and all who had illnesses he cured:
17 ୧୭ ଏଟା କଲାର୍ ଲାଗି ଜିସୁ ଜିସାଇୟ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତା ଜାନାଇ ରଇଲାଟା ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ସିଦ୍କଲା । ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତା କଇରଇଲା “ଆମର୍ ଦୁକାସୁକା ସବୁ ନିଜେ ନେଲା ଆରି ଆମର୍ ଜର୍ଦୁକା ବଇଲା ।”
that it might be fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet, “Himself he took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.”
18 ୧୮ ଜିସୁ ତାର୍ ଚାରିବେଟ୍ତି ରଇଲା ବେସି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦେକିକରି ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ଗାଡ୍ ସେପାଟ୍ ଜିବାକେ କଇଲା ।
Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave orders to pass to the other side.
19 ୧୯ ତେଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ସାସ୍ତର୍ ସିକାଉ ତାର୍ ଲଗେ ଆସି କଇଲା, “ଏ ଗୁରୁ ତମେ ଜନ୍ ଜାଗାଇ ଗାଲେ ମିସା ମୁଇ ତମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଇବି ।”
And a certain scribe came, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.
20 ୨୦ ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “କଲିଆ ରଇବାକେ ପାଆର୍ ଆଚେ, ଆରି ଉଡିବୁଲ୍ବା ଚଡଇମନ୍ ରଇବାକେ ଗୁଡା ଆଚେ, ମାତର୍ ନର୍ପିଲା ମୁଇ, ମକେ ରଇବାକେ ଜାଗା ନାଇ ।”
And Jesus said unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where he can lay his head.
21 ୨୧ ଆରି ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ଗଟେକ୍ ସିସ୍ କଇଲା, “ଏ ମାପ୍ରୁ, ମକେ ପର୍ତୁମ୍ ମର୍ ବାବାକେ ଜାଇ ତପି ଆଇବାକେ ମେଲାନି ଦିଆ ।”
And another of his disciples said unto him, Permit me first to go and bury my father.
And Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their own dead.
And going on board a vessel, his disciples followed him.
24 ୨୪ ସେ ବେଲା ଅଟାତ୍ ସମ୍ଦୁରେ ଏନ୍ତି ବାଉପବନ୍ ଆଇଲା ଆରି ଉଲ୍କାର୍ ଲାଗି ଡଙ୍ଗା ପାନିତେଇ ବୁଡିଜିବା ପାରା ଅଇଲା । ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ ଡଙ୍ଗାଇ ସଇଦେଇ ରଇଲା ।
And, behold, there was a great tempest in the sea, so that the vessel was hid by the waves; but he was asleep.
25 ୨୫ ଆରି ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଜିସୁର୍ ଲଗେ ଜାଇକରି ତାକେ ଉଟାଇ କଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ମାପ୍ରୁ ଆମ୍କେ ରକିଆ କର୍ । ନଇଲେ ଆମେ ବୁଡି ମରିଜିବୁବେ ।”
And his disciples coming, awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we are perishing!
26 ୨୬ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଏ ବିସ୍ବାସେ ଡାଟ୍ ନ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍, ତମେ କାଇକେ ଏତେକ୍ ଡରିଗାଲାସ୍ନି?” ଜିସୁ ବାଉପବନ୍କେ ଆରି ଲଅଡିକେ ଦମ୍କାଇଲା । ତେବର୍ପାଇ ବାଉପବନ୍ ଆରି ଲଅଡି ତବିର୍ ଅଇଗାଲା ।
And he said unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then arising, he issued his mandate to the winds, and to the sea; and there was a great calm.
27 ୨୭ ଏଟା ଦେକି ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ବେସି କାବାଅଇଜାଇ ତାକର୍ ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କୁଆବଲା ଅଇଲାଇ, “ଏ କେନ୍ତାର୍ ଲକ୍ ଜେ ବାଉପବନ୍ ଆରି ଲଅଡି ମିସା ଆର୍ କାତା ମାନ୍ଲାଇନି ।”
And the men marvelled, saying, What a wondrous man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!
28 ୨୮ ଜିସୁ ଆରି ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଗାଡ୍ ସେପାଟର୍ ଗଦ୍ରିୟ ନାଉଁର୍ ଜାଗାଇ କେଟ୍ଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ, ଦୁଇଟା ଡୁମା ଡସ୍ଲା ଲକ୍ ତାକେ ବେଟ୍ ଅଇଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ମସନ୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ରଇତେରଇଲାଇ । ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ଏନ୍ତି ରଇଲାଇ ଜେ, ସେ ବାଟେ କେ ମିସା ଆସ୍ ଜା ନ ଅଇତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
And when he came to the other side, into the region of the Girgasenes, there met him two demoniacs, coming from the sepulchres; exceeding fierce, so that no person was able to pass by that road.
29 ୨୯ ସେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବେସି କିର୍କିରି କରି କଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ପିଲା ଆମର୍ ଟାନେ ତର୍ କାଇ କାମ୍ ଆଚେ? ବେଲ୍ କାଲ୍ ନ କେଟ୍ତେ ତୁଇ କାଇ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ଦେବାକେ ଇତି ଆଇଲୁସ୍ କି?”
And lo! they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither before the time to torment us?
And at a considerable distance, there was a great herd of swine feeding.
31 ୩୧ କାରାପ୍ ଆତ୍ମାମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଗୁଆରି କରି କଇଲାଇ, “ତୁଇ ଜଦି ଆମ୍କେ ଏ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ତେଇ ଅନି ବାର୍କରାଇ ଦେଇସୁ ବଇଲେ ସେ ଗୁସ୍ରି ମାନ୍ଦା ବିତ୍ରେ ଜିବାକେ, ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେ ।”
Then the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, permit us to go into the herd of swine.
32 ୩୨ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ଜା! ବଲି କଇଲାକେ କାରାପ୍ ଆତ୍ମାମନ୍ ସେ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ତେଇଅନି ବାରଇକରି ଗୁସ୍ରିମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ପୁର୍ଲାଇ । ତେବର୍ ପାଇ, ଗୁସ୍ରିମନ୍ ଟିପେଅନି ଗସ୍ରି ସମ୍ଦୁରେ ବୁଡି ମଲାଇ ।
And he said to them, Go. Then they going forth out of him, entered into the herd of swine: and lo! the whole herd of the swine rushed down a precipice into the sea, and perished in the waters.
33 ୩୩ ଆରି ତେଇ ଗୁସ୍ରି ଚାରାଇତେ ରଇବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପାଲାଇ କରି ଡୁମା ଡସି ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ କାଇକାଇଟା ଅଇଲା ସେଟା ସବୁ କଇଦେଲାଇ ।
But they who fed them fled, and going away into the city, reported all things, and what had happened to the demoniacs.
34 ୩୪ ଆରି ସେ ଗଡର୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଦେକ୍ବାକେ ଆଇଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ ଦେକିକରି ସେ ଜାଗା ଚାଡି ଜା ବଲି ଗୁଆରି କଇଲାଇ ।
And, behold, all the city came out to meet him: and when they saw him, they besought him to depart from their territories.
