ମାତିଉ 19
AND it was that when Jeshu had finished these words, he removed from Galila and came into the confines of Jehud beyond Jurdan.
And great multitudes came after him, and he healed them there.
3 ୩ କେତେଟା ପାରୁସିମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ବୁଲ୍ ଦାର୍ବାକେ ଚେସ୍ଟା କଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ତାର୍ ଲଗେ ଆସି ପାଚାର୍ଲାଇ, “ମସାର୍ ରିତିନିତି ଇସାବେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ କାଇଆଲେ ବୁଲର୍ ପାଇ ବଲି ତାର୍ ମାଇଜିକେ ଚାଡି ଦେଇ ପାରେ କି?”
And the Pharishee approached him, and, tempting him, propounded to him whether it was lawful for a man to send away his wife for every cause.
4 ୪ ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ସାସ୍ତରେ ପଡାସ୍ ନାଇ କି? ଆଦିପୁର୍ବେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ନର୍ ଲକ୍କେ ମୁନୁସ୍ ଆରି ମାଇଜି କରି ତିଆର୍ କଲା ।
But he answered and said to them, Have you not read that He who created from the beginning, male and female hath made them?
5 ୫ ସେଡେବେଲେ ମାପ୍ରୁ କଇରଇଲା, ଏଟାର୍ ପାଇ ବଲି ମୁନୁସ୍, ତାର୍ ଆୟା ବାବାର୍ତେଇ ଅନି ବିନେ ଅଇସି ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ଦୁଇ ଲକ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଅଇବାଇ ।
And he said, On this account a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
6 ୬ ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ଅଲ୍ଗା ନ ଅଅତ୍, ମିସି ରଇବାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ଦୁଇଲକ୍ ଇସାବେ ନ ରଅତ୍ । ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଜଡିଆଚେ, ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ବେଗ୍ଲାଇବାଟା ଟିକ୍ନାଇ ।”
Wherefore they were not two, but one body. That, therefore, which Aloha hath conjoined, man shall not separate.
7 ୭ ପାରୁସିମନ୍ ଆରି ପାଚାର୍ଲାଇ, “ସେନ୍ତାର୍ ଆଲେ ମାଇଜିକେ ରାଜିନାମା ପତର୍ ଲେକି ଚାଡି ଦେବାକେ ମସା କାଇକେ ନିୟମ୍ କଲାଆଚେ?”
They said to him, Why then did Musha direct that he should give a writing of dismissal and send her away?
8 ୮ ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ତମର୍ ମନ୍ବିତ୍ରର୍ ବୁଜ୍ବା ବପୁ ଦୁର୍ବଲ୍ ରଇଲାଟା ଦେକି ମସା ତମର୍ ମାଇଜିମନ୍କେ ଚାଡ୍ବାକେ ରାଜି ଅଇଲା । ମାତର୍ ଆଦିପୁର୍ବେ ତିଆର୍ ଅଇଲା ବେଲେ ଏନ୍ତାରି ନିୟମ୍ ନ ରଇଲା ।
He said to them, Musha, on account of the hardness of your heart, permitted you to send away your wives; but from the beginning it was not so.
9 ୯ ମାତର୍ ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ କଇଲିନି, କେ ମିସା ତାର୍ ମାଇଜିକେ ବେସିଆ କାମ୍ ଅପ୍ରାଦ୍କେ ଚାଡି, ବିନ୍ କାଇଆଲେ କାମର୍ ପାଇ ଚାଡାମେଲା କରି, ବିନ୍ ମାଇଜିକେ ସଙ୍ଗଇଲେ, ସେ ସେ ନିଜେ ଦାରିଆ ଅଇସି ।”
And I say to you that whosoever shall forsake his wife who is not adulterous, and take another, committeth adultery; and whosoever taketh the deserted one, committeth adultery.
His disciples say to him, If thus be the case between the man and the woman, it is not expedient to take a wife.
11 ୧୧ ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ଏ ସିକିଆ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ନ ମାନତ୍ । ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଟାନେଅନି ଜନ୍ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଏଟା ଦିଆଅଇଆଚେ ସେମନ୍ସେ ଏଟା ମାନ୍ବାଇ ।
But he said to them, Not every man is sufficient for this doctrine, but he to whom it is given.
12 ୧୨ ବିନ୍ ବିନ୍ କାମର୍ପାଇ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବିବା ନ ଅଇ ରଇଜିବାଇ । କେତେ ଲକ୍ ଜନମେ ଅନି ବେଜୁ ଅଇ ବିବାଅଇ ନାପାରତ୍ । କେତେ ଲକ୍କେ ମୁନୁସ୍ମନ୍ ସେନ୍ତାରି କରି ଆଚତ୍, ଆରି କେତେ ଲକ୍ ସରଗ୍ ରାଇଜର୍ ପାଇ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ବିବା ନ ଅଇକରି ଆଚତ୍ । ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଏ ସିକିଆର୍ ଅରତ୍ ବୁଜିପାର୍ଲାଇନି, ସେମନ୍ ସେଟା ମାନତ୍ ।”
For there are some eunuchs who from their mother's womb are born so; and there are some eunuchs who by men are made eunuchs; and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs on account of the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever is capable of receiving (this), let him receive (it).
13 ୧୩ କେତେ ଲକ୍ ପିଲାମନର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ଆତ୍ ସଙ୍ଗଇ ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ବାକେ, ସେମନ୍କେ ଜିସୁର୍ ଲଗେ ଆନ୍ଲାଇ । ମାତର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଦମ୍କାଇଲାଇ ।
Then they brought to him children, that he should put his hand upon them and pray. And his disciples forbad them.
14 ୧୪ ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ସାନ୍ ପିଲାମନ୍କେ ମର୍ ଲଗେ ଆଇବାକେ ବାଟ୍ ଦିଆସ୍ । ସେମନ୍କେ ମନା କରା ନାଇ । କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ଏମନ୍ ଆକା ସରଗ୍ ରାଇଜେ ରଇବା ଲକ୍ ।”
But Jeshu himself said, Suffer children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for of those who are as these, is the kingdom of heaven.
And he put his hand upon them, and went thence.
16 ୧୬ ଦିନେକ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ସାଉକାର୍ ପିଲା ଜିସୁର୍ ଲଗେ ଆସି ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “କାଇ ନିକ କାମ୍କଲେ, ନ ସାର୍ବା ଜିବନ୍ ମିଲ୍ସି?” (aiōnios g166)
AND one came and approached and said to him, Good teacher, what of good shall I do, that I may have the life of eternity? (aiōnios g166)
17 ୧୭ ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ନିକ କାମ୍ ବିସଇ ନେଇକରି ମକେ କାଇକେ ପାଚାର୍ଲୁସ୍ନି? ପର୍ମେସର୍ସେ ସତ୍ । ତାର୍ ଆଦେସ୍ ମାନ୍ଲେ, ନ ସାର୍ବା ଜିବନ୍ ମିଲାଇସୁ ।”
But he said to him, Why dost thou call me good? none is good but one, Aloha. But if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
18 ୧୮ ସେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “କାଇ କାଇ ଆଦେସ୍?” ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ନର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମରାଇବାର୍ ନାଇ, ବେସିଆ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାର୍ ନାଇ, ଚରାଇବାର୍ ନାଇ, କାର୍ ବିରୁଦେ ମିଚ୍ ସାକି ଦେବାର୍ ନାଇ ।
He said to him, Which? Jeshu answered him, Thou shalt not kill, neither commit adultery, nor steal, neither shalt thou witness false testimony;
and honour thy father and thy mother, and love thy neighbour as thyself.
The young man saith to him, These all have I kept from my childhood: how am I deficient?
21 ୨୧ ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ ଜଦି ସିଦ୍ ଅଇବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲୁସ୍ନି ବଇଲେ, ଜାଆ ତର୍ଟାନେ ରଇବା ସବୁଜାକ ବିକି ଦେଇ, ସେ ଡାବୁ ଗରିବ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦାନ୍ କରିଦେସ୍ । ଏଟା ସବୁ କରି ସାରାଇ ମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଉ । ସେନ୍ତାର୍ କଲେ ତକେ ସର୍ଗେ ଦନ୍ ମିଲ୍ସି ।”
Jeshu saith to him, If thou wilt become perfect, go, sell thy possession and give to the poor, and there shall be for thee a treasure in heaven: and come after me.
22 ୨୨ ଏଟା ସୁନି କରି ସେ ବେଣ୍ଡିଆ ମୁ ଉତ୍ରାଇଦେଇ ତେଇଅନି ଉଟିଗାଲା । କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ସେ ଲକ୍ ବେସି ସାଉକାର୍ ରଇଲା ।
But he, the young man, heard this word, and went away with sadness, for he had great property.
23 ୨୩ ଜିସୁ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ସତ୍ କଇଲିନି, ସାଉକାର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସରଗ୍ ରାଇଜେ ସଲ୍କେ କେଟ୍ବାଟା ବଡେ ଆବଡ୍ ।
But Jeshu said to his disciples, Amen I say unto you, that it is difficult for the rich to enter the kingdom of heaven.
24 ୨୪ ଆରି ତରେକ୍ କଇଲିନି, ଗଟେକ୍ ବଡ୍ଟା ପସୁ ଜେନ୍ତି ସୁଜି କାଣାବାଟେ ଚିଙ୍ଗ୍ଲି ଜିବାକେ ଆବଡ୍, ସାଉକାର୍ ଲକ୍ ସରଗ୍ ରାଇଜେ କେଟ୍ବାଟା ଅଦିକ୍ ଆବଡ୍ ।”
Again I say to you, that it is easier for a camel to enter through the aperture of a needle, than the rich to enter into the kingdom of Aloha.
But the disciples when they heard were greatly hurt, saying, Who then can be saved?
26 ୨୬ ଜିସୁ ସେମନର୍ ବାଟେ ଦିରେକରି ଦେକି କଇଲା, “ମୁନୁସ୍ମନର୍ଟାନେ ଏଟା ଅଇନାପାରେ, ମାତର୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଟାନେ ସବୁଟା ଅଇପାର୍ସି ।”
Jeshu, beholding them, said, With the sons of men it is not possible; but with Aloha every thing is possible.
27 ୨୭ ଏ କାତା ସୁନି ପିତର୍ କଇଲା, “ଦେକା, ଆମେ ସବୁଜାକ ଚାଡିକରି ତମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆସିଆଚୁ । ତେବେ ଆମ୍କେ କାଇଟା ମିଲ୍ସି?”
THEN answered Kipha and said to him, Behold, we have abandoned every thing, and have come after thee: what then shall there be for us?
28 ୨୮ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଏ କାତା ସତ୍ ବଲି ଜାନ୍ସା, ଜେଡେବେଲେ ନୁଆ ଜୁଗେ ନର୍ପିଲା ମୁଇ ମର୍ ଡାକ୍ପୁଟା ଅଇବା ବସ୍ବାଟାନେ ବସ୍ବି । ମର୍ ବାର୍ଟା ସିସ୍, ତମେ ମିସା, ବାର୍ଟା ବସ୍ବାଟାନେ ବସି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର୍ ବାର୍ଟା କୁଟୁମ୍କେ ସାସନ୍ କର୍ସା ।
Jeshu saith to them, Amen I say to you, that you who have come after me, in the new world, when the Son of man shall sit upon the throne of his glory, you also shall sit upon twelve seats, and shall judge the twelve tribes of Isroel.
29 ୨୯ ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମର୍ଲାଗି ନିଜର୍ ଗର୍, ବାଇ ବଇନି, ଆୟା ବାବା, ପିଲାଟକି ଆରି ଜମିବାଡି ଚାଡି ଆଚତ୍, ସେମନ୍ ତାର୍ ସଏ ଗୁନ୍ ଆସିର୍ବାଦ୍ ପାଇବାଇ, ଆରି ନ ସାର୍ବା ଜିବନ୍ ମିସା ପାଇବାଇ । (aiōnios g166)
And every man who hath relinquished houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, on account of my name, shall receive a hundred-fold, and shall inherit the life of eternity, (aiōnios g166)
30 ୩୦ ଏବେ ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଆଚତ୍, ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ବେସି ଲକ୍ ପଚେ ଅଇଜିବାଇ । ଆରି ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପଚେ ଆଚତ୍, ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଅନି ବେସି ଲକ୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଅଇଜିବାଇ ।”
Many however are first who shall be last, and the last first.
