ପେରିତ୍ 5
But a certain man named Ananias, with Sappirah, his wife, sold a possession,
2 ୨ ମାତର୍ ମାଇଜିମୁନୁସ୍ ରାଜିଅଇକରି ବିକିକରି ପାଇଲା କେତେକ୍ ଡାବୁ ଅନନିୟ ନିଜର୍ ପାଇ ସଙ୍ଗଇଲା । ଅଗଲ୍ଲାଟା ସେ ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦେଲା ।
and kept back part of the price, his wife also being aware of it, and brought a certain part, and put it at the apostles' feet.
3 ୩ ପିତର୍ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ଅନନିୟ ତୁଇ କେନ୍ତି ସଇତାନର୍ ପାନ୍ଦେପଡି ଜମି ବିକି ଆନିରଇବା ଡାବୁ କେତେକ୍ ନିଜର୍ ପାଇ ସଙ୍ଗଇକରି ସୁକଲ୍ ଆତ୍ମାର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ମିଚ୍ କଇଲୁସ୍?
But Peter said, "Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
4 ୪ ବିକ୍ବା ଆଗ୍ତୁ ସେ ଜମି ତମର୍ ରଇଲା । ବିକ୍ଲା ପଚେ ମିସା ସେ ଡାବୁ ତମର୍ଟାସେ । ଏନ୍ତି କାମ୍ କର୍ବାକେ କାଇକେ ମନ୍ କଲୁସ୍? ତୁଇ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ନାଡାଉସ୍ ନାଇ ମାତର୍ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ନାଡାଇଆଚୁସ୍ ।”
While you kept it, did not it remain your own? After it was sold, was not it in your power? How is it that you have conceived this thing in your heart? You have not lied to people, but to God."
5 ୫ ଅନନିୟ ଏ କାତା ସୁନ୍ଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ ତଲେ ଆପ୍ଟି ଅଇ ଅଦ୍ରି ମରିଗାଲା । ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଏ କାତା ସୁନ୍ଲାଇ ସେମନ୍ ସବୁଲକ୍ ବେସି ଡରିଗାଲାଇ ।
Ananias, hearing these words, fell down and died. Great fear came on all who heard it.
The young men arose and wrapped him up, and they carried him out and buried him.
About three hours later, his wife, not knowing what had happened, came in.
8 ୮ ପିତର୍ ତାକେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା “ମକେ କ ପନି, ତୁଇ ଆରି ତର୍ ମୁନୁସ୍ ଜେତ୍କି ଜମି ବିକ୍ଲାସ୍, ଏଟା କାଇ ତାର୍ ପୁରାଦାମ୍ କି?” ସେ କଇଲା, “ଉଁ ଏତ୍କିସେ ।”
Peter answered her, "Tell me whether you sold the land for so much." She said, "Yes, for so much."
9 ୯ ପିତର୍ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ଆତ୍ମାକେ ପରିକା କର୍ବାକେ ତୁଇ ଆରି ତର୍ ମୁନୁସ୍ କାଇକେ ରାଜିଅଇଲାସ୍? ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତର୍ ମୁନୁସ୍କେ ସମାଦି ଦେଲାଇ ଆଚତ୍, ବାଟ୍ ଡିଆଗଡି କେଟ୍ଲାଇବେ, ସେମନ୍ ତକେ ମିସା ବଇ ଦାରିଜିବାଇବେ ।”
But Peter asked her, "How is it that you have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? Look, the feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out."
10 ୧୦ ସେ ଦାପ୍ରେ ସେ ମିସା ପିତରର୍ ପାଦ୍ତଲେ ଅଦ୍ରି ମରିଗାଲା । ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାମନ୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଆସି ତାର୍ ମଲା ଗାଗଡ୍ ବଇନେଲାଇ ଆରି ତାର୍ ମୁନୁସର୍ ଲଗେ ତାକେ ମିସା ସମାଦି ଦେଲାଇ ।
She fell down immediately at his feet, and died. The young men came in and found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her by her husband.
Great fear came on the whole church, and on all who heard these things.
12 ୧୨ ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ଟାନେଅନି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ବେସି କାବା ଅଇଜିବା କାମ୍ମନ୍ ଆରି ଚିନ୍ମନ୍ ସାଦନ୍ ଅଇତେ ରଇଲା । ସବୁ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ସଲ୍ମନର୍ ମଣ୍ଡପେ ରୁଣ୍ଡ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
By the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. They were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.
13 ୧୩ ସେମନର୍ ବିସଇ ବିନ୍ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ନିମାନ୍ କାତା କଇତେ ରଇଲାଇ । ମାତର୍ ଦଲ୍ ବାଇରେ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କେ ମିସା ଦଲେ ମିସ୍ବାକେ ସାଆସ୍ ନ କର୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
None of the rest dared to join them, however the people honored them.
14 ୧୪ ଏଲେ ମିସା ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରି ଅଦିକ୍ ଅଦିକ୍ ମାଇଜିଟକି ଆରି ମୁନୁସ୍ ପିଲାମନ୍ ଏ ଦଲେ ମିସ୍ଲାଇ । ଆରି ସେ ଦଲ୍ ଦିନ୍କେ ଦିନ୍ ଅଦିକ୍ ଅଦିକ୍ ବଡ୍ତେ ଗାଲା ।
More believers were added to the Lord, crowds of both men and women.
15 ୧୫ ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ କାମ୍ ଅଦିକ୍ ବଡି ବଡି ଗାଲା । ଏନ୍ତିକି ପିତର୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଗାଲାବେଲେ ତାର୍ ଚାଇଆଲେ ଅଲପ୍ ପଡବଲି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ରଗିମନ୍କେ ବଇଆନି ବାଟ୍ପାଲି କଟେ ଆରି ଟାଟିମନ୍ ଅଚାଇକରି ସୁଆଇ ଦେଇତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
They even carried out the sick into the streets, and put them on cots and mats, so that as Peter came by at the least his shadow would fall on some of them.
16 ୧୬ ଜିରୁସାଲମର୍ ଚାରିବେଟ୍ତି ରଇବା ଗଡର୍ ରଗି ଆରି ଡୁମାଦାର୍ଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ପେରିତ୍ମନର୍ ଲଗେ ଆନ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ । ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ନିମାନ୍ ଅଇତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
Crowds also came together from the cities around Jerusalem, bringing sick people, and those who were tormented by unclean spirits: and they were all healed.
17 ୧୭ ତାର୍ ପଚେ ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରି, ତାର୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ରଇବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଆରି ସାଦୁକି ଦଲର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍, ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ଇଁସା ଅଇଗାଲାଇ । ଆରି ସେମନର୍ ବିରୁଦେ କାଇଟାଆଲେ କରୁ ବଲି ଜଜ୍ନା କଲାଇ ।
But the high priest rose up, and all those who were with him (which is the sect of the Sadducees), and they were filled with jealousy,
and laid hands on the apostles, and put them in public custody.
19 ୧୯ ମାତର୍ ସେ ରାତି ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଦୁତ୍ ବନ୍ଦିଗରର୍ କାପାଟ୍ ଉଗାଡିଦେଲା ଆରି ସେମନ୍କେ ମୁକ୍ଲାଇ ଆନି କଇଲା,
But an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors by night, and brought them out, and said,
"Go stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life."
21 ୨୧ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ସେ ଦୁତର୍ କାତା ମାନି ସାକାଲ୍ ସାକାଲ୍ ମନ୍ଦିରେ ପୁରି ସିକିଆ ଦେବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲାଇ । ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରି, ତାକର୍ ସଙ୍ଗାରିମନ୍ ଆରି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର୍ ପାର୍ଚିନ୍ମନ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ପୁରା ସବା ପାଇ ଡାକାଇ ପାଟାଇଲାଇ । ତାର୍ ପଚେ ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ବନ୍ଦିଗରେ ଅନି ସବାଇ ଆନ୍ବାକେ ବନ୍ଦିଗରର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନର୍ ମୁକିଆମନ୍କେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲାଇ ।
When they heard this, they entered into the temple about daybreak, and taught. But the high priest came, and those who were with him, and called the council together, and all the elders of the children of Israel, and sent to the prison to have them brought.
22 ୨୨ ମାତର୍ ସେ ମୁକିଆମନ୍ ବନ୍ଦିଗରେ କେଟ୍ଲାକେ ପେରିତ୍ମନ୍କେ ତେଇ ଦେକତ୍ନାଇ । ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ସେମନ୍ ବଡ୍ସବାଇ ବାଉଡି ଆଇଲାଇ । ଆରି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇଲାଇ,
But the officers who came did not find them in the prison. They returned and reported,
23 ୨୩ “ଆମେ ବନ୍ଦି ଗରେ କେଟି ଦେକ୍ଲୁ ଜେ ଦୁଆର୍ ନିକସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଡାବି ଅଇରଇଲା । ଆରି ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନ୍ ମିସା ଜାଗିରଇଲାଇ । ମାତର୍ କାପାଟ୍ ଉଗାଡ୍ଲା ପଚେ ଆମେ ବିତ୍ରେ କାକେ ମିସା ଦେକୁ ନାଇ ।”
"We found the prison shut and locked, and the guards standing before the doors, but when we opened them, we found no one inside."
24 ୨୪ ଏ କାତା ସୁନି ମୁକିଅ ପୁଜାରିମନ୍ ଆରି ମନ୍ଦିର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନର୍ ଦାଇତେ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କାବାଅଇଗାଲାଇ । ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ କାଇଟା ଅଇଲାଆଚେ ବଲି ସେମନ୍ ବୁଜି ନାପାର୍ଲାଇ ।
Now when the captain of the temple, and the chief priests heard these words, they were very perplexed about them and what might become of this.
25 ୨୫ ସେଡ୍କିବେଲେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଆସି କଇଲା “ସୁନା! ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ବନ୍ଦି ଗରେ ରକିରଇଲାସ୍, ସେମନ୍ ଏବେ ମନ୍ଦିରେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ସିକିଆ ଦେଲାଇନି ।”
One came and told them, "Look, the men whom you put in prison are in the temple, standing and teaching the people."
26 ୨୬ ମନ୍ଦିରର୍ କାମ୍କରୁମନ୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜାଇ ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ସୁତ୍ରାଇକରି ଆରିତରେକ୍ ଡାକିଆନ୍ଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ଡରାବିଡ୍ରା କରତ୍ ନାଇ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେମନ୍କେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପାକ୍ନାପୁକ୍ନି ମାର୍ବାଇ ବଲି ଡରିଜାଇତେରଇଲାଇ ।
Then the captain went with the officers, and brought them without violence, for they were afraid that the people might stone them.
27 ୨୭ ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ବିତ୍ରେ ଡାକିଆନି ବଡ୍ସବାର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଟିଆ କରାଇଲାଇ, ଆରି ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରି ସେମନ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା ।
When they had brought them, they set them before the council. The high priest questioned them,
28 ୨୮ “ଏ ଜିସୁର୍ ନାଉଁ ଦାରି କାଇମିସା ସିକିଆ ନ ଦେବାକେ ତମ୍କେ ଡାଟ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଇରଇଲୁ, ମାତର୍ ଦେକା, ତମେ କାଇଟା କରିଆଚାସ୍! ତମେ ଦେଇରଇବା ଏ ସିକିଆ ଜିରୁସାଲମେ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ଟାନେ କେଟ୍ଲା ଆଚେ । ଆରି ତାର୍ ମରନ୍ ପାଇ ଆମ୍କେ ଦାଇ କର୍ବାକେ ଚେସ୍ଟା କଲାସ୍ନି!”
saying, "Did we not strictly command you not to teach in this name? And look, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and intend to bring this man's blood on us."
29 ୨୯ ପିତର୍ ଆରି ବିନ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “ଆମେ ତମର୍ ଆଦେସ୍ ମାନ୍ବା ବାଦୁଲେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଆଦେସ୍ ମାନ୍ବୁ ।
But Peter and the apostles answered, "We must obey God rather than people.
The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you killed, hanging him on a tree.
31 ୩୧ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାକର୍ ପାପେଅନି ବାଅଡତ୍ ଆରି ପାପ୍ କେମା ଅଅତ୍ ବଲି ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତାକେ ତାର୍ ଉଜା ବାଟେ ବସାଇଆଚେ । ଜେନ୍ତିକି ସେ ଆମର୍ ସାସନ୍କାରିଆ ଆରି ରକିଆକର୍ବା ଲକ୍ ଅଇସି ।
God exalted him with his right hand to be a Leader and a Savior, to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
32 ୩୨ ଆମେ ଏ ସବୁ ବିସଇର୍ ସାକି ଆଚୁ । ଆରି ଜନ୍ ସୁକଲ୍ ଆତ୍ମାକେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତାକର୍ ଆଗିଆଁକାରିମନ୍କେ ଦାନ୍କଲାଆଚେ, ସେ ମିସା ଏଟାର୍ ସାକି ।”
We are witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him."
But they, when they heard this, were furious, and wanted to kill them.
34 ୩୪ ମାତର୍ ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ଗମଲିଏଲ୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ପାରୁସି ଲକ୍ ରଇଲା । ସେ ନିୟମ୍ ସିକାଇତେ ରଇଲା । ତାକେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମାନିଅ କର୍ତେରଇଲାଇ । ସେ ବଡ୍ ସବାଇ ଟିଆଅଇ ପେରିତ୍ମନ୍କେ ଚନେକର୍ ପାଇ ବାଇରେ ନେବାକେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲା ।
But one stood up in the council, a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the Law, honored by all the people, and commanded to put the men out for a little while.
35 ୩୫ ଆରି ବଡ୍ ସବାର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଏ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲିୟ ବାଇମନ୍, ଏ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଜାଇଟା କର୍ବାକେ ଗାଲାସ୍ନି ଅଲପ୍ ବାବିଚିନ୍ତି କରି କରା ।
He said to them, "You men of Israel, be careful concerning these men, what you are about to do.
36 ୩୬ ତମର୍ ମନେରଇସି, ଅଲପ୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ତିଉଦା ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ରମିୟମନର୍ ବିରୁଦେ ଉଟ୍ଲା । ସେ ନିଜେ ବଡ୍ଲକ୍ ବଲି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇଲାକେ ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଚାରିସଅ ଲକ୍ ମିସି ରଇଲାଇ । ମାତର୍ ତାକେ ମରାଇଲାଇ, ତାର୍ପଚେ ତାର୍ସଙ୍ଗର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଚିନ୍ବିନ୍ ଅଇଗାଲାଇ ଆରି ତାର୍ ଦଲ୍ ବୁଡିଗାଲା ।
For before these days Todah rose up, making himself out to be somebody; to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves: who was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were dispersed, and came to nothing.
37 ୩୭ ତାର୍ପଚେ ଗାଲିଲି ଅନି ଜିଉଦା ନାଉଁର୍ ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ରମିୟମନର୍ ବିରୁଦେ ଉଟ୍ଲା । ରମିୟ ସର୍କାର ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ନାଉଁ ଲେକାଇବା ବେଲେ ଏଟା ଅଇଲା । ବେସି ଲକ୍କେ ତାର୍ ଦଲେ ମିସାଇବାକେ ସୁତ୍ରାଇଲା । ମାତର୍ ତାକେ ମିସା ମରାଇଲାଇ । ଆରି ତାର୍ ସବୁ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଚିନ୍ବିନ୍ ଅଇଗାଲାଇ ।
After this man, Judas of Galilee rose up in the days of the enrollment, and drew away some people after him. He also perished, and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered abroad.
38 ୩୮ ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଜିସୁର୍ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ବିସଇ ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ କଇଲିନି, ସେମନ୍ କର୍ବା କାମ୍ ତେବାଆ ନାଇ, ଚାଡିଦିଆସ୍ । ସେମନ୍ କର୍ବା କାମ୍ ଆରି ଜଜନା ଜଦି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଆସିରଇସି, ତେବେ ସେମନ୍ ମିସା ଆରିଜିବାଇ ।
Now I tell you, withdraw from these men, and leave them alone. For if this counsel or this work is of human origin, it will be overthrown.
39 ୩୯ ମାତର୍ ସେଟା ଜଦି ପର୍ମେସରର୍ଟାନେ ଆସିରଇସି ବଇଲେ, ତାକେ ତମେ ଦବାଇନାପାରାସ୍ । ସେତ୍କିଅନି ଡିସ୍ସି ଜେ ତମେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ବିରଦେ ଜୁଜ୍ଲାସ୍ନି ।” ବଡ୍ସବାର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଗମଲିଏଲ୍ କଇଲା କାତା ମାନ୍ଲାଇ ।
But if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them, and you would be found even to be fighting against God."
40 ୪୦ ସେମନ୍ ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ବଡ୍ସବାର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଆନ୍ବାକେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲାଇ । ଡାକିଆନିକରି ସେମନ୍କେ କର୍ଡା ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମାରାଇଲାଇ । ଆରି ଜିସୁର୍ ନାଉଁଦାରି କାଇମିସା କାତା ନ କଇବାକେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଇ ଚାଡିଦେଲାଇ ।
They agreed with him. Summoning the apostles, they beat them and commanded them not to speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.
41 ୪୧ ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ସାର୍ଦାସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବଡ୍ସବାଇଅନି ବାରଇଲାଇ, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଦେକ୍ବା ଇସାବେ ଜିସୁର୍ ସିସ୍ ଅଇକରି ଅପ୍ମାନ୍ ପାଇବାକେ ଅଦିକାର୍ ପାଇରଇଲାଇ ।
They therefore departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer dishonor for the Name.
42 ୪୨ ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ସବୁ ଦିନ୍ ମନ୍ଦିରେ ଆରି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଗରେ ଗରେ ମସିଅ ଜିସୁର୍ ବିସଇର୍ ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ଜାନାଇଲାଇ ଆରି ସିକିଆ ଦେବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲାଇ ।
Every day, in the temple and at home, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming that Jesus is the Messiah.
