ପେରିତ୍ 15
1 ୧ ଜିଉଦାଇଅନି କେତେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଆନ୍ଟିଅକ୍ ନଅରେ ଆଇଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ଆନ୍ଟିଅକର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସି ବାଇମନ୍କେ ଏନ୍ତି କଇକରି ସିକାଇଲାଇ, “ମସାର୍ ନିୟମ୍ ଇସାବେ ଜଦି ତମେ ସୁନତ୍ ନ ଉଆସ୍, ତମର୍ ପାପର୍ ଡଣ୍ଡେଅନି ମୁକ୍ତି ନ ପାଆସ୍ ।”
And, certain persons, coming down from Judea, began to teach the brethren—Except ye be circumcised according to the custom of Moses, ye cannot be saved.
2 ୨ ଏ ବିସଇ, ସେମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ବର୍ନବା ବେସି ଦଦାପେଲା ଅଇଲାଇ । ତେବର୍ପାଇ ଆନ୍ଟିଅକର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ରାଜି ଅଇଲାଇଜେ, ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ବର୍ନବା ଆରି ଆନ୍ଟିଅକ୍ ମଣ୍ଡଲିଅନି କେତେ ଲକ୍ ଜିରୁସାଲାମେ ଜାଅତ୍ ଆରି ତେଇର୍ ପାର୍ଚିନ୍ ଆରି ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଏ ବିସଇ କାତା ଅଅତ୍ ।
And, when Paul and Barnabas had had no little dissension and discussion with them, it was arranged that Paul and Barnabas and certain others from among them should go up unto the Apostles and Elders in Jerusalem concerning this question,
3 ୩ ଆନ୍ଟିଅକର୍ ମଣ୍ଡଲି ସେମନ୍ ଜିବାଟା ସୁବିଦା କରିଦେଇ ପାଟାଇଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ପିନିସିଆ ଆରି ସମିରଣ୍ ବାଟ୍ ଦେଇ ଜିବାବେଲେ, ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କେନ୍ତି ମନ୍ ବାଦ୍ଲାଇକରି ପରମେସର୍କେ ନାମ୍ଲାଇ, ସେ ବିସଇ ଜାନାଇଲାଇ । ଏ କାତା ସୁନି ବିସ୍ବାସି ବାଇମନ୍ ବେସି ସାର୍ଦା ଅଇଲାଇ ।
They, therefore, being set forward by the Assembly, began passing through Phoenicia and Samaria, fully relating the conversion of them of the nations, and were causing great joy unto all the brethren.
4 ୪ ସେମନ୍ ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍ କେଟ୍ଲା ପଚେ ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ଲକ୍, ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଆରି ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ପାର୍ଚିନ୍ମନ୍କେ ବେଟ୍ଅଇଲାଇ । ଆରି ପରମେସର୍ ତାକର୍ଲଗେ କରିରଇବା କାମ୍ ବିସଇ ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ବର୍ନବାକେ ଜାନାଇଲାଇ ।
And, having arrived in Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the Assembly and the Apostles and the Elders; and they recounted all things God had done with them.
5 ୫ ମାତର୍ ପାରୁସି ଦଲର୍ କେତେଟା ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ଟିଆଅଇ କଇଲାଇ, “ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସୁନତ୍ ଅଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ ଆକା ଆରି ମସାର୍ ବିନ୍ ନିୟମ୍ମନ୍ ମାନ୍ବାକେ ମିସା ସେମନ୍କେ ସିକାଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ ।”
But there [had] stood forth some of those who, from the sect of Pharisees, had believed, saying—It is needful to be circumcising them, also to charge them to be keeping the law of Moses.
And the Apostles and Elders were gathered together to see about this matter.
7 ୭ ବେସି ପର୍ ଦଦାପେଲା ଅଇଲା ପଚେ ପିତର୍ ଟିଆଅଇ କଇଲା, “ମର୍ ବାଇବଇନିମନ୍ ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍, ସୁନିକରି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ସେମନର୍ଟାନେ ସୁବ୍କବର ଜାନାଇବାକେ, ଆଗେଅନି ମକେସେ ବାଚ୍ଲାଆଚେ । ଏଟା ତମେ ଜାନାସ୍ ।
And, when much discussion had arisen, Peter standing up, said unto them—Brethren! Ye yourselves, well know that, in days long past, amongst you, God chose that, through my mouth, the nations should hear the word of the glad tidings, and believe.
8 ୮ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ କାତା ଜାନ୍ବା ପରମେସର୍ ଆମ୍କେ ଜେନ୍ତି ସୁକଲ୍ ଆତ୍ମା ଦାନ୍ କଲା ଆଚେ, ସମାନ୍ ସେନ୍ତି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବା ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମିସା ଦାନ୍ଦେଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ବାଚ୍ଲା ଆଚେ ।
And, the heart-observing God, bare witness, —unto them, giving the Holy Spirit, just as, even unto us;
9 ୯ ସେମନର୍ ଆରି ଆମର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ, ସେ କାଇମିସା ବଡ୍ସାନ୍ ଦେକେ ନାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାର୍ପାଇ, ସେ ସେମନ୍କେ ସୁକଲ୍ କଲାଆଚେ ।
and made no distinction at all betwixt us and them, by their faith, purifying their hearts.
10 ୧୦ ସେନ୍ତି ଆଲେ ଗଟେକ୍ ବଡ୍ ବଜ୍ ପିଟିତେଇ ଲାଦିଦେଲାପାରା, ଆମର୍ ସବୁ ନିୟମ୍ ମାନ୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ ବଲି କଇକରି ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ କାଇକେ ପରିକା କଲାସ୍ନି? ଆଜି ଜନ୍ ବଜ୍ ବଇବାକେ, ଆମର୍ ଆନିଦାଦିମନ୍ କି ଆମେ ମିସା ବଇ ନାପାର୍ତେ ରଇଲୁ।
Now, therefore, why are ye proving God, that ye should put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which, neither our fathers, nor we, have been able to bear.
11 ୧୧ ନାଇ, ମନେ ଏତାଇଦେକା, ଆମେ ଜେନ୍ତି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରି ମାପ୍ରୁ ଜିସୁ ଜିବନ୍ଦୁକାଇଲାକେ ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଆଚୁ, ସେମନ୍ ମିସା ସେନ୍ତାରିସେ ।”
But, through the favour of the Lord Jesus, we believe we shall be saved, in like manner as, even they.
12 ୧୨ ତାର୍ପଚେ ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ବର୍ନବାଟାନେଅନି ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ତେଇ ପରମେସର୍ ଜନ୍ ସବୁ କାବା ଅଇଜିବା କାମ୍ମନ୍ ଆରି ଚକିତ୍ ବିସଇ କରି ରଇଲା, ସେ ସବୁ କାତା ସୁନି ଦଲର୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ଚିମ୍ରାଅଇ ରଇଲାଇ ।
And all the throng held their peace, and began to hearken unto Barnabas and Paul relating how many signs and wonders God had done among the nations, through them.
And, after they held their peace, James answered, saying—Brethren! hearken unto me.
14 ୧୪ ପରମେସର୍ ପର୍ତମେ ଜିଉଦି ନଅଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କରି, ତାର୍ ନିଜର୍ ଲକ୍ ଅଅତ୍ ବଲି, ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଅନି, ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ବାଚ୍ଲାଇ । ଏ କାତା ସିମନ୍ ବୁଜାଇ ଦେଇଆଚେ ।
Symeon, hath fully told how God, first visited, to take out of the nations, a people for his name.
And, with this, agree the words of the prophets, according as it is written—
16 ୧୬ ମାପ୍ରୁ କଇଲା, “ତାର୍ ପଚେ ମୁଇ ନିଜେ ଦିନେକ୍ ବାଉଡି ଆଇବି, ଆରି ଦାଉଦର୍ ବାଙ୍ଗିଜାଇରଇବା ରାଇଜ୍ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ତିଆର୍ କର୍ବି । ଜେନ୍ତିକି ସେଟା ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ଡାଟ୍ ରଇସି ।
After these things, will I return, and will rebuild the tent of David that hath fallen, and, the ruins thereof, will I rebuild, and will set it up again:
17 ୧୭ ତେଇଅନି ସବୁଜାକ ମନସ୍ ଜାତି ମର୍ ଲଗେ ଆଇବାଇ, ଜନ୍ ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମାପ୍ରୁ ନିଜର୍ କର୍ବାକେ ଡାକ୍ଲାଆଚେ ସେମନ୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ମକେ ନାମ୍ବାଇ ।
That the residues of men may seek out the Lord, and all the nations upon whom my name hath been called, saith the Lord that doeth these things,
Known from age-past times. (aiōn g165)
19 ୧୯ ଏବେ ଜାକୁବ୍ କଇବାକେ ଆରାମ୍କଲା । ସେ କଇଲା, “ମର୍ ବିଚାର୍ ଇସାବେ, ଜନ୍ ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପରମେସରର୍ ବାଟେ ବାଅଡ୍ଲାଇ ଆଚତ୍, ଆମେ ଆରି ସେମନ୍କେ ଅଇରାନ୍ ନ କରୁ ।
Wherefore, I, judge, not to be troubling them who, from the nations, are turning unto God;
20 ୨୦ ଏଲେ ସେମନ୍ ଆରି ଜେନ୍ତିକି ପୁତ୍ଲା ଦେବ୍ତାମନ୍କେ ସର୍ପିଦେଲା କାଇମିସା ଅସୁକଲ୍ କାଦି ନ କାଆ, ବିନ୍ ଲକର୍ ମାଇଜି କି ମୁନୁସର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମିସ୍ବାଟାନେଅନି ଦୁରିକେ ରଅତ୍, ଟଟ୍ରି ପିଚ୍କି ମରାଇରଇବା ପସୁର୍ ମାଉଁସ୍ କି ବନି, ନ କାଅତ୍ ଏ ସବୁ ବିସଇଟାନେ ସେମନ୍କେ ଉପ୍ଦେସ୍ ଦେଇ, ସେମନର୍ ଲଗେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଚିଟି ଲେକୁ ।
but to write unto them, to abstain from the pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from what is strangled, and from blood.
21 ୨୧ କାଇକେବଇଲେ ବେସି ଦିନେଅନି ସବୁ ବିସ୍ରାମ୍ବାରେ ଆମର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଗର୍ମନ୍କେ ମସାର୍ ନିୟମ୍ ପଡ୍ଲାଇନି, ଆରି ସବୁ ଗଡେ ସେ ନିୟମ୍ମନ୍ ଜାନାଇଲାଇନି ।”
For, Moses, out of ancient generation, hath, in every city, them who proclaim him; seeing, that in the synagogues, every sabbath, he is read.
22 ୨୨ ପଚେ ପେରିତ୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍, ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ପାର୍ଚିନ୍ମନ୍, ଆରି ସବୁ ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ବାଇମନ୍ ରୁଣ୍ଡ୍ଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ରାଜିଅଇରଇବା କାତା ଆନ୍ଟିଅକର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍କେ ଜାନାଇବାକେ ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ବର୍ନବା ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜିବାକେ କେତେଲକ୍କେ ବାଚ୍ଲାଇ । ବର୍ସବା ନାଉଁର୍ ଜିଉଦା ଆରି ସିଲାକେ ବାଚ୍ଲାଇ । ଏ ଦୁଇଲକ୍କେ ସବୁ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ସନ୍ମାନ୍ ଦେଇତେରଇଲାଇ ।
Then, seemed it good unto the Apostles and the Elders with the whole Assembly to send chosen men from among them unto Antioch, with Paul and Barnabas, —even Judas who is called Barsabbas, and Silas, men taking a lead among the brethren:
23 ୨୩ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ଏ ତଲେ ଲେକାଅଇଲା ଚିଟି, ସେ ଦୁଇ ଲକର୍ ଆତେ ପାଟାଇଲାଇ । “ଆନ୍ଟିଅକ, ସିରିଆ ଆରି ସିଲିସିଆ ରଇବା ଜିଉଦିନଇଲା ଆମର୍ ବାଇମନ୍, ଜୁଆର୍! ଜିରୁସାଲମର୍ ପେରିତ୍ମନ୍, ପାର୍ଚିନ୍ମନ୍ ଆରି ତମର୍ ବାଇମନ୍, ଏ ଚିଟି ପାଟାଇଲୁନି ।
writing through their hand—The Apostles and the Elder Brethren, unto the brethren throughout Antioch and Syria and Cilicia, who are from among the nations, wish joy!
24 ୨୪ ଆମେ ସୁନ୍ଲୁନି ଜେ, ଆମର୍ ଦଲେଅନି କେତେ ଲକ୍ ତମର୍ଟାନେ ଆସି, ଜାଇଜାଇଟା ସିକାଇଆଚତ୍, ତେଇଅନି ସେମନ୍ ତମ୍କେ କଚପଚ ଆରି ତେରେପେତେ କଲାଇଆଚତ୍ । ମାତର୍ ଆମେ ସେମନ୍କେ ସେନ୍ତାରି କର୍ବାକେ, କାଇମିସା ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଉନାଇ ।
Inasmuch as we had heard that, certain from among us, had troubled you with words, dismantling your souls, —unto whom we had given no instructions,
25 ୨୫ ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଆମେ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଅଇକରି କେତେଟା କବର୍ କଉମନ୍କେ ବାଚି, ତମର୍ ଲଗେ ପାଟାଇବାକେ ଟିକ୍ କଲୁ । ସେମନ୍ ଆମର୍ ଆଲାଦର୍ ମଇତର୍ମନ୍, ବର୍ନବା ଆରି ପାଉଲର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜିବାଇ ।
It seemed good unto us, coming to be of one accord, that we should choose men and send them unto you, with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, —
men who have given up their lives in behalf of the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
27 ୨୭ ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଜିଉଦା ଆରି ସିଲାକେ ତମର୍ ଲଗେ ପାଟାଇଲୁନି । ଆମେ ଜାଇଟା ଲେକିଆଚୁ, ସେଟା ତମ୍କେ ସେମନ୍ ନିଜେ ବାତାଇଦେବାଇ ।
We have sent, therefore, Judas and Silas, who also, themselves, by word of mouth, can tell you the same things.
28 ୨୮ କେତେଟା ଦର୍କାର୍ ରଇଲା ନିୟମ୍ ଚାଡି, ତମର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ଆରି କାଇମିସା ବଜ୍ ନ ଲାଦ୍ବାକେ ଆମେ ସୁକଲ୍ଆତ୍ମାଇ ଅନି ଚାଲ୍ନା ପାଇଲୁଆଚୁ ।
For it hath seemed good unto the Holy Spirit and unto us, no greater burden, to be laying upon you, than these necessary things: —
29 ୨୯ ସେ କେତେଟା ନିୟମ୍ ଅଇଲାନି ପୁତ୍ଲା ଦେବ୍ତାମନ୍କେ ପୁଜା କରିରଇବା କାଇମିସା କାଦି କାଇବାର୍ ନାଇ । ଟଟ୍ରି ପିଚ୍କି ମରାଇଲା କନ୍ ମିସା ପସୁର୍ ବନି କି ମାଉଁସ୍ କାଇବାର୍ ନାଇ । ଆରି ବିନ୍ ମାଇଜି କି ମୁନୁସର୍ ମିଲାମିସା ଟାନେଅନି ଦୁରିକେ ରଇବାର୍ । ଏ ସବୁ କାମ୍ ନ କର୍ବାକେ ତମେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ୍ ରଇଲେ, ଅଇଜାଇସି । ଏତ୍କିକେ ରଇଲୁନି ।”
To be abstaining from idol sacrifices, and from blood, and from what is strangled, and from fornication, —From which, if ye keep yourselves, ye shall prosper. Fare ye well.
30 ୩୦ ଜନ୍ କବର୍ କଉମନ୍କେ ପାଟାଇ ରଇଲାଇ, ସେମନ୍ ଆନ୍ଟିଅକ୍ତେଇ ଜାଇ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନର୍ ସବୁ ଦଲ୍କେ ରୁଣ୍ଡାଇକରି ସେ ଚିଟି ଦେଲାଇ ।
They, therefore, being let go, came down unto Antioch; and, having gathered together the throng, delivered the letter,
and, when they read it, they rejoiced for the consolation.
32 ୩୨ ଜିଉଦା ଆରି ସିଲା ନିଜେ ଦୁଇ ଲକ୍ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତା ରଇଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ଆନ୍ଟିଅକର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସି ବାଇମନ୍କେ ବେସିଦିନ୍ ରଇକରି, କବର୍ ଜାନାଇ, ସେମନର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ଡାଟ୍ କଲାଇ ।
And, both Judas and Silas, being themselves also prophets, with much discourse, consoled and confirmed the brethren.
33 ୩୩ ତେଇ କେତେ ଦିନ୍ ରଇଲା ପଚେ, ଜନ୍ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ପାଟାଇରଇଲାଇ, ସେମନର୍ ଲଗେ ବାଉଡି ଜିବାକେ, ବିସ୍ବାସି ବାଇମନ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ସାନ୍ତି ସଙ୍ଗ୍, ପାଟାଇ ଦେଲାଇ ।
And, when they had spent a time, they were let go, in peace, from the brethren, unto them who had sent them.
35 ୩୫ ପାଉଲ୍ ଆରି ବର୍ନବା ଆନ୍ଟିଅକ୍ତେଇ କେତେ ଦିନ୍ ରଇକରି ବେସି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍, ମିସିବିଡି ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ବାକିଅ ଜାନାଇଲାଇ ଆରି ସିକିଆ ଦେଲାଇ ।
But, Paul and Barnabas, tarried in Antioch, teaching and telling the joyful tidings, —along with many others also, —of the word of the Lord.
36 ୩୬ କେତେ ଦିନ୍ ପଚେ ପାଉଲ୍ ବର୍ନବାକେ କଇଲା, “ଜୁ, ଆମେ ବାଉଡି ଜୁ, ସବୁ ଗଡ୍ମନ୍କେ, ଆମର୍ ଜନ୍ ବାଇମନ୍କେ ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ବାକିଅ ଜାନାଇ ରଇଲୁ, ସେମନ୍କେ ବେଟ୍ ଅଉଁ ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସେ କେନ୍ତି ଆଚତ୍ ବୁଜି ଦେକୁ ।”
And, after certain days, Paul, said unto Barnabas—Let us now return, and visit the brethren in every city in which we have declared the word of the Lord, and see how they are.
And, Barnabas, was minded to take with them John also, called Mark;
38 ୩୮ ମାତର୍ ପାଉଲ୍ କଇଲା “ନିଚୁ, କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ, ପପୁଲିଆଇ ଜନ୍ ଦିନେ ଆମର୍ କାମ୍ ସାରି ନ ରଇଲା, ସେ ଆମ୍କେ ଚାଡି ବାଉଡି ଉଟିଆଇଲା ।”
but Paul deemed it right, as to him who had withdrawn from them, back from Pamphylia, and had not gone with them unto the work, not to be taking with them, this, man.
39 ୩୯ ଏ ବିସଇ, ବେସି କୁଆବଲା ଅଇଲାଇ ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ବିନେ ଅଇଲାଇ । ବର୍ନବା ଜଅନ୍ମାରକକେ ନେଇ ସାଇପରସେ ଜିବା ପାନିଜାଜେ ଚଗ୍ଲାଇ ।
And there arose an angry feeling, so that they separated one from the other: and, Barnabas, taking Mark, sailed away unto Cyprus, —
40 ୪୦ ମାତର୍ ପାଉଲ୍ ତାର୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜିବାକେ ସିଲାକେ ବାଚ୍ଲା । ଆରି ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ଜିବନ୍ଦୁକାନି ତେଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ସର୍ପିଦେଇ, ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ପାଟାଇ ଦେଲାଇ ।
whereas, Paul, choosing Silas, went forth, committed unto the favour of the Lord by the brethren,
and proceeded to pass through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the assemblies.
