Zakarias 7
1 I Kong Darius's fjerde Regeringsaar kom HERRENS Ord til Zakarias paa den fjerde Dag i den niende Maaned, Kislev.
And it was in year four of Darius the king it came [the] word of Yahweh to Zechariah on [day] four of the month ninth in Kislev.
2 Da sendte Betel-Sar'ezer og Regem-Melek og hans Mænd Bud for at bede HERREN om Naade
And it had sent Beth-el Shar-ezer and Regem-Melech and men his to entreat [the] face of Yahweh.
3 og spørge Præsterne ved Hærskarers HERRES Hus og Profeterne: »Skal jeg græde og spæge mig i den femte Maaned, som jeg nu har gjort i saa mange Aar?«
To say to the priests who [belonged] to [the] house of Yahweh of hosts and to the prophets saying ¿ will I weep in the month fifth will I consecrate myself? just as I have done this how many? years.
4 Da kom Hærskarers HERRES Ord til mig saaledes:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh of hosts to me saying.
5 Sig til alt Folket i Landet og til Præsterne: Naar I har fastet og klaget i den femte og syvende Maaned i halvfjerdsindstyve Aar, var det da mig, I fastede for?
Say to all [the] people of the land and to the priests saying that you fasted and you mourned in the fifth [month] and in the seventh [month] and this seventy year[s] ¿ really did you fast for me me.
6 Og naar I spiser og drikker, er det da ikke eder, som spiser og drikker?
And if you eat and if you drink ¿ not [are] you the [ones who] eat and [are] you? the [ones who] drink.
7 Kender I ikke de Ord, HERREN forkyndte ved de tidligere Profeter, dengang Jerusalem og dets Byer trindt om var beboet og havde Fred, og Sydlandet og Lavlandet var beboet?
¿ Not [are] the words which he proclaimed Yahweh by [the] hand of the prophets former when was Jerusalem remaining and at ease and cities its around it and the Negev and the Shephelah [was] remaining.
8 Og HERRENS Ord kom til Zakarias saaledes:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Zechariah saying.
9 Saa siger Hærskarers HERRE: Fæld redelig Dom, vis Miskundhed og Barmhjertighed mod hverandre,
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts saying justice of faithfulness judge and loyalty and compassion do each with brother his.
10 undertryk ikke Enker og faderløse, fremmede og nødlidende og tænk ikke i eders Hjerter ondt mod hverandre!
And [the] widow and [the] fatherless [the] sojourner and [the] poor may not you oppress and [the] harm of each brother his may not you plan in heart your.
11 Men de vilde ikke høre; de var stivnakkede og gjorde deres Ører døve
And they refused to pay attention and they gave a shoulder stubborn and ears their they made heavy from hearing.
12 og deres Hjerter haarde som Diamant for ikke at høre Loven og de Ord, Hærskarers HERRE sendte gennem sin Aand ved de tidligere Profeter. Derfor kom der stor Vrede fra Hærskarers HERRE.
And heart their they made flint from hearing the law and the words which he had sent Yahweh of hosts by spirit his by [the] hand of the prophets former and it was wrath great from with Yahweh of hosts.
13 Ligesom de ikke hørte, naar han kaldte, saaledes vil jeg, sagde Hærskarers HERRE, ikke høre, naar de kalder;
And it was just as he called and not they listened so they called and not I listened he says Yahweh of hosts.
14 og jeg blæste dem bort blandt alle de Folk, de ikke kendte, og Landet blev øde efter dem, saa ingen drog ud eller hjem; og de gjorde det yndige Land til en Ørk.
And I will storm away them to all the nations which not they have known them and the land it was desolate behind them from [one who] passes by and from [one who] returns and they made a land of desire into a waste.
