Salme 100

1 En Salme. Til Takofferet. Raab af Fryd for HERREN, al Jorden,

A Psalm of praise. Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.

2 tjener HERREN med Glæde, kom for hans Aasyn med Jubel!

Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

3 Kend, at HERREN er Gud! Han skabte os, vi er hans, hans Folk og den Hjord, han vogter.

Know ye that the LORD he [is] God: [it is] he [that] hath made us, and not we ourselves; [we are] his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

4 Gaa ind i hans Porte med Takkesang, med Lovsange ind i hans Forgaarde, tak ham og lov hans Navn!

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, [and] into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, [and] bless his name.

5 Thi god er HERREN, hans Miskundhed varer evindelig, fra Slægt til Slægt hans Trofasthed!

For the LORD [is] good; his mercy [is] everlasting; and his truth [endureth] to all generations.
