< Salme 67 >

1 Til Sangmesteren; med Strengeleg; en Psalme, en Sang.
[For the Chief Musician. With stringed instruments. A Psalm. A song.] May God be merciful to us, bless us, and cause his face to shine on us. (Selah)
2 Gud være os naadig og velsigne os; han lade sit Ansigt lyse for os (Sela)
That your way may be known on earth, and your salvation among all nations,
3 at man maa kende din Vej paa Jorden, din Frelse iblandt alle Hedninger!
let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.
4 Dig skulle Folkestammerne prise, o Gud! dig skulle Folkestammerne prise alle tilsammen.
Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you will judge the world in righteousness. You will judge the peoples with equity, and guide the nations on earth.
5 Folkeslag skulle glæde sig og synge med Fryd; thi du dømmer Folkestammer med Ret, og Folkeslag paa Jorden dem fører du. (Sela)
Let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.
6 Dig skulle Folkestammerne prise, o Gud! dig skulle Folkestammerne prise alle tilsammen.
The land has yielded its produce. May God, our God, bless us.
7 Landet har givet sin Grøde; Gud, vor Gud, vil velsigne os. Gud vil velsigne os, og alle Jordens Grænser skulle frygte ham.
May God bless us. Every part of the earth shall fear him.
