Salme 6
1 Til Sangmesteren; med Strengeleg; til Skeminith; en Psalme af David. O Herre! straf mig ikke i din Vrede og tugt mig ikke i din Harme!
To the choirmaster with stringed instruments on the sheminith a psalm of David. O Yahweh may not in anger your you rebuke me and may not in wrath your you discipline me.
2 Herre! vær mig naadig, thi jeg er skrøbelig; læg mig, Herre! thi mine Ben skælve.
Show favor to me O Yahweh for [am] frail I heal me O Yahweh for they are disturbed bones my.
3 Og min Sjæl skælver saare: Men du, Herre! — hvor længe?
And self my it is disturbed exceedingly (and you *Q(K)*) O Yahweh until when?
4 Vend om, Herre! fri min Sjæl, frels mig for din Miskundheds Skyld!
Return! O Yahweh rescue! life my save me on account of covenant loyalty your.
For there not in death [is] remembrance of you in Sheol who? will he give thanks to you. (Sheol h7585)
6 Jeg er træt af mit Suk, jeg væder min Seng den ganske Nat; jeg gennembløder mit Leje med min Graad.
I have become weary - by groaning my I make swim in every night bed my with tear[s] my couch my I melt.
7 Mit Øje er hentæret af Sorg; det er blevet gammelt for alle mine Fjenders Skyld.
It has wasted away from grief eye my it has grown weak with all opposers my.
8 Viger fra mig, alle I, som gøre Uret! thi Herren har hørt min Graads Røst.
Turn away from me O all [those who] do wickedness for he has heard Yahweh [the] sound of weeping my.
9 Herren har hørt min ydmyge Begæring, Herren vil antage min Bøn.
He has heard Yahweh supplication my Yahweh prayer my he will accept.
10 Alle mine Fjender skulle blive til Skamme og skælve saare; de skulle vige tilbage, de skulle blive til Skamme i et Øjeblik.
May they be ashamed - and they may be disturbed exceedingly all enemies my they will turn back they will be ashamed a moment.
