3 Mosebog 19

1 Og Herren talede til Mose og sagde:

The Lord spak to Moises, and seide,

2 Tal til al Israels Børns Menighed, og du skal sige til dem: I skulle være hellige; thi jeg Herren eders Gud er hellig.

Speke thou to al the cumpenye of the sones of Israel, and thou schalt seie to hem, Be ye hooli, for Y am hooli, youre Lord God.

3 I skulle hver frygte sin Moder og sin Fader, og I skulle holde mine Sabbater; jeg er Herren eders Gud.

Ech man drede his fadir and his modir. Kepe ye my sabatis; Y am youre Lord God.

4 I skulle ikke vende eders Ansigt til Afguderne og ikke gøre eder støbte Guder; jeg er Herren eders Gud.

Nyle ye be turned to ydols, nether ye schulen make to you yotun goddis; Y am youre Lord God.

5 Og naar I ville slagte Takoffer for Herren, da skulle I ofre det til en Behagelighed for eder.

If ye offren a sacrifice of pesible thingis to the Lord, that it be quemeful,

6 Det skal ædes paa den Dag, I slagte det, og den næste Dag; men hvad som levnes til den tredje Dag, skal opbrændes med Ild.

ye schulen ete it in that day, in which it is offrid, and in the tother dai; sotheli what euer thing is residue in to the thridde dai, ye schulen brenne in fier.

7 Men om noget deraf dog ædes paa den tredje Dag, da er det en Vederstyggelighed, det bliver ikke behageligt.

If ony man etith therof aftir twei daes, he schal be vnhooli, and gilti of vnfeithfulnes `ether wickidnesse; and he schal bere his wickidnesse,

8 Og hvo som æder det, skal bære sin Misgerning; thi han har vanhelliget, hvad der var Herren helliget; og den Sjæl skal udryddes fra sit Folk.

for he defoulide the hooli thing of the Lord, and his soule schal perische fro his puple.

9 Og naar I høste eders Lands Høst, da skal du ikke høste det yderste aldeles af paa din Ager, ikke heller skal du sanke nøje i din Høst.

Whanne thou schalt repe the fruytis of thi lond, thou schalt not kitte `til to the ground the corn of the lond, nether thou schalt gadere the eeris of corn that ben left;

10 Du skal ikke heller sanke efter i din Vingaard, og ikke sanke de Bær, som ere nedfaldne i din Vingaard; du skal lade dem blive til den fattige og til den fremmede; jeg er Herren eders Gud.

nethir in thi vyner thou schalt gadere reysyns and greynes fallynge doun, but thou schalt leeue to be gaderid of pore men and pilgryms; Y am youre Lord God.

11 I skulle ikke stjæle, og I skulle ikke lyve, ej heller skal nogen af eder handle falskeligen mod sin Næste.

Ye schulen not do thefte. Ye schulen not lye, and no man disseyue his neiybour.

12 Og I skulle ikke falskeligen sværge ved mit Navn, saa du vanhelliger din Guds Navn; jeg er Herren.

Thou schalt not forswere in my name, nethir thou schalt defoule the name of thi God; Y am the Lord.

13 Du skal ikke gøre din Næste Vold og ej røve, du skal ikke lade Daglønnerens Arbejdsløn blive hos dig Natten over indtil om Morgenen.

Thou schalt not make fals chalenge to thi neiybore, nethir thou schalt oppresse hym bi violence. The werk of thin hirid man schal not dwelle at thee til the morewtid.

14 Du skal ikke bande den døve, og ikke lægge Stød for den blinde; men du skal frygte din Gud; jeg er Herren.

Thou schalt not curse a deef man, nether thou schalt sette an hurtyng bifor a blynd man; but thou schalt drede thi Lord God, for Y am the Lord.

15 I skulle ikke gøre Uret i Dommen, du skal ikke anse den ringes Person og heller ikke gøre Ære af den vældiges Person; men du skal dømme din Næste i Retfærdighed.

Thou schalt not do that, that is wickid, nether thou schalt deme vniustli; biholde thou not the persoone of a pore man, nethir onoure thou the face of a myyti man; deme thou iustli to thi neiybore.

16 Du skal ikke gaa om som en Bagvasker iblandt dit Folk, du skal ikke staa efter din Næstes Blod; jeg er Herren.

Thou schalt not be a sclaunderere, nether a priuey bacbitere in the puplis; thou schalt not stonde ayens the blood of thi neiybore; Y am the Lord.

17 Du skal ikke hade din Broder i dit Hjerte; men du skal irettesætte din Næste, at du ikke skal bære Synd for hans Skyld.

Thou schalt not hate thi brothir in thin herte, but repreue hym opynly, lest thou haue synne on hym.

18 Du skal ikke hævne dig selv, ej heller beholde Vrede imod dit Folks Børn, og du skal elske din Næste som dig selv; jeg er Herren.

Thou schalt not seke veniaunce, nether thou schalt be myndeful of the wrong of thi cyteseyns; thou schalt loue thi freend as thi silf; Y am the Lord.

19 I skulle holde mine Skikke; du skal ikke lade dit Kvæg parre sig med et af et andet Slags; du skal ikke besaa din Ager med to Slags Sæd; og Klæder af to Slags, vævet til sammen, skal ej komme paa dig.

Kepe ye my lawis. Thou schalt not make thi beestis to gendre with the lyuynge beestis of another kynde. Thou schalt not sowe the feeld with dyuerse sede. Thou schalt not be clothid in a cloth, which is wouun of twei thingis.

20 Og naar en Mand ligger hos en Kvinde og har Omgang med hende, og hun er en Tjenestepige, som er trolovet med en Mand, og hun ikke er løskøbt, eller ikke har faaet sin Frihed, da skal der ske en Hudstrygelse, men de skulle ikke dødes; thi hun var ikke frigiven.

If a man slepith with a womman by fleischly knowyng of seed, which womman is an `hand maide, ye, a noble womman of kyn, and netheles is not ayenbouyt bi prijs, nethir rewardid with fredom, bothe schulen be betun, and thei schulen not die, for sche was not fre.

21 Men han skal føre sit Skyldoffer frem for Herren til Forsamlingens Pauluns Dør, en Væder til Skyldoffer.

Sotheli the man for his trespas schal offre a ram to the Lord, at the dore of the tabernacle of witnessyng;

22 Og Præsten skal gøre Forligelse for ham med Skyldofrets Væder, for Herrens Ansigt, for hans Synd, som han syndede; saa skal han faa Forladelse for sin Synd, som han syndede.

and the preest schal preye for hym, and for his trespas, bifor the Lord; and the Lord schal be merciful to hym, and the synne schal be foryouun.

23 Og naar I komme ind i Landet og plante alle Haande Frugttræer, da skulle I agte deres Frugt, som om det var Forhud paa dem; i tre Aar skulle de agtes af eder som uomskaarne, der skal ikke ædes deraf.

Whanne ye han entrid in to the lond of biheest, and han plauntid therynne appil trees, ye schulen do awei the firste flouris; the applis whiche tho trees bryngen forth, schulen be vncleene to you, nethir ye schulen ete of tho.

24 Og i det fjerde Aar skal al deres Frugt være helliget til Lovprisning for Herren.

Forsothe in the fourthe yeer al the fruyt of tho trees schal be `halewid preiseful to the Lord;

25 Men i det femte Aar maa I æde Frugten deraf, saa at I samle eder Grøden deraf; jeg er Herren eders Gud.

forsothe in the fifthe yeer ye schulen ete fruytis, and schulen gadere applis, whiche tho trees bryngen forth; Y am youre Lord God.

26 I skulle ikke æde noget med Blodet; I skulle ikke spaa, ej heller være Dagvælgere.

Ye schulen not ete fleisch with blood. Ye schulen not make veyn diuynyng, nether ye schulen kepe dremes;

27 I skulle ikke rundskære det yderste af eders Hovedhaar, ej heller skal du fordærve Kanten af dit Skæg.

nether ye schulen clippe the heer in round, nether ye schulen schaue the beerd;

28 Og I skulle intet Indsnit gøre i eders Kød for en døds Skyld, ej heller sætte indbrændt Skrifttegn paa eder; jeg er Herren.

and on deed men ye schulen not kitte youre fleischis, nether ye schulen make to you ony fyguris, ether markis in youre fleisch; Y am the Lord.

29 Du skal ikke vanhellige din Datter ved at lade hende bedrive Horeri, og Landet skal ikke bedrive Horeri, saa at Landet bliver fuldt af Skændsel.

Sette thou not thi douytir to do leccherie for hire, and the lond be defoulid, and be fillid with synne.

30 I skulle holde mine Sabbater, og I skulle frygte for min Helligdom; jeg er Herren.

Kepe ye my sabatis, and drede ye my seyntuarie; Y `am the Lord.

31 I skulle ikke vende eder til Spaakvinder og ikke søge hen til Tegnsudlæggere, til at blive urene ved dem; jeg er Herren eders Gud.

Bowe ye not to astronomyers, nether axe ye ony thing of fals dyuynours, that ye be defoulid bi hem; Y am youre Lord God.

32 Du skal staa op for den graahærdede og hædre den gamle, og du skal frygte din Gud; jeg er Herren.

Rise thou bifor an hoor heed, and onoure thou the persoone of an eld man, and drede thou thi Lord God; Y am the Lord.

33 Og naar en fremmed opholder sig hos dig i eders Land, da skulle I ikke forfordele ham.

If a comelyng enhabitith in youre lond, and dwellith among you, dispise ye not hym,

34 Den fremmede, som opholder sig hos eder, skal være eder som en indfødt af eder, og du skal elske ham som dig selv; thi I have været fremmede i Ægyptens Land; jeg er Herren eders Gud.

but be he among you as a man borun in the lond; and ye schulen loue hym as you silf, for also ye weren comelyngis in the lond of Egipt; Y am youre Lord God.

35 I skulle ikke gøre Uret i Dommen, i Længdemaalet, i Vægten og i Hulmaalet.

Nyle ye do ony wickid thing in doom, in reule, in weiyte, and in mesure; the balance be iust,

36 Rette Vægtskaaler, rette Vægtstene, ret Efa og ret Hin skulle I have. Jeg er Herren eders Gud, som udførte eder af Ægyptens Land.

and the weiytis be euene, the buschel be iust, and the sextarie be euene; Y am youre Lord God, that ladde you out of the lond of Egipt.

37 Og I skulle holde alle mine Skikke og alle mine Bud og gøre dem; jeg er Herren.

Kepe ye alle myn heestis, and alle domes, and do ye tho; Y am the Lord.
