3 Mosebog 11

1 Og Herren talede til Mose og Aron og sagde til dem:

And he spoke Yahweh to Moses and to Aaron saying to them.

2 Taler til Israels Børn og siger: Disse ere de Dyr, som I maa æde iblandt alle Dyr, som ere paa Jorden:

Speak to [the] people of Israel saying this [is] the living creature which you will eat from every animal which [is] on the earth.

3 Alt det, som har Klove, og som har Klovene kløvede helt igennem, det, som tygger Drøv iblandt Dyrene, maa I æde.

Any - [one which] divides in two a hoof and [which] cleaves a cleft of hooves [which] brings up cud among the animal[s] it you will eat.

4 Dog dette maa I ikke æde af dem, som tygge Drøv, og af dem, som have Klove: Kamelen; thi den tygger Drøv, og den har ikke Klove, den er eder uren;

Nevertheless this not you must eat from [those which] bring up the cud and from [those which] divide in two the hoof the camel that [is] bringing up cud it and a hoof not it [is] dividing in two [is] unclean it to you.

5 og Kaninen; thi den tygger Drøv, men har ikke Klove, den er eder uren;

And the rock badger that [is] bringing up cud it and a hoof not it divides in two [is] unclean it to you.

6 og Haren; thi den tygger Drøv, men den har ikke Klove, den er eder uren;

And the hare that [is] bringing up cud it and a hoof not it divides in two [is] unclean it to you.

7 og Svinet; thi det har Klove og har Klovene kløvede helt igennem, men tygger ikke Drøv, det er eder urent.

And the pig that [is] dividing in two a hoof it and [is] cleaving a cleft of a hoof and it cud not it ruminates [is] unclean it to you.

8 I skulle ikke æde af deres Kød og ej røre ved deres Aadsel, de ere eder urene.

Any of meat their not you must eat and carcass their not you will touch [are] unclean they to you.

9 Dette maa I æde af alt det, som er i Vandet: Alt det, som har Finner og Skæl i Vandet, i Havet og i Bækkene, dem maa I æde.

This you will eat from all that [is] in the waters all that [belong] to it fin and scale in the waters in the seas and in the wadis them you will eat.

10 Men alt det, som ikke har Finner og Skæl, i Havet, og i Bækkene, blandt alt det, som vrimler i Vandene, og blandt alt det levende, som er i Vandene, det skal være eder en Vederstyggelighed.

And all that not [belong] to it fin and scale in the seas and in the wadis from every swarming thing of the waters and of every creature living which [is] in the waters [are] detestable thing[s] they to you.

11 Ja de skulle være eder en Vederstyggelighed; I skulle ikke æde af deres Kød, og I skulle have Vederstyggelighed til deres Aadsel.

And detestable thing[s] they will be to you any of meat their not you must eat and carcass their you will consider detestable.

12 Alt det, som ikke har Finner og Skæl i Vandene, det skal være eder en Vederstyggelighed.

All that not [belong] to it fin and scale in the waters [is] a detestable thing it to you.

13 Og disse skulle I have Vederstyggelighed til iblandt Fuglene, de skulle ikke ædes, de skulle være en Vederstyggelighed: Ørnen og Høgen og Strandørnen

And these you will consider detestable from the bird[s] not they will be eaten [are] detestable thing[s] they the eagle and the bearded vulture and the osprey.

14 og Glenten og Skaden med dens Arter,

And the black kite and the hawk to kind its.

15 alle Ravne med deres Arter,

Every raven to kind its.

16 og Strudsen og Natuglen og Maagen og Spurvehøgen med dens Arter,

And [the] daughter of the ostrich and the screech owl and the gull and the falcon to kind its.

17 og Uglen og Dykkeren og Hornuglen,

And the little owl and the cormorant and the great owl.

18 og Viben og Rørdrummen og Pelikanen,

And the barn owl and the desert owl and the Egyptian vulture.

19 og Storken, Hejren med dens Arter, og Urhanen og Aftenbakken.

And the stork the heron to kind its and the hoopoe and the bat.

20 Al flyvende Vrimmel, som gaar paa fire Fødder, det skal være eder en Vederstyggelighed.

Every swarming thing of wing which walks on four [legs] [is] a detestable thing it to you.

21 Dog af al flyvende Vrimmel, som gaar paa fire Fødder, maa I æde dette, nemlig dem, som have Springben over deres Fødder, til at hoppe paa Jorden med.

Nevertheless this you will eat from every swarming thing of wing which walks on four [legs] which ([belong] to it *Q(K)*) legs from above feet its to hop with them on the ground.

22 Af dem maa I æde disse: Græshoppen med dens Arter, og Solam med dens Arter, og Hargol med dens Arter, og Hagab med dens Arter.

These any of them you will eat the locust to kind its and the locust to kind its and the locust to kind its and the grasshopper to kind its.

23 Men al anden flyvende Vrimmel, som har fire Fødder, det skal være eder en Vederstyggelighed.

And every swarming thing of wing which [belong] to it four feet [is] a detestable thing it to you.

24 Og ved dem kunne I blive urene; hver, som rører ved deres Aadsel, skal være uren indtil Aftenen.

And to these you will make yourselves unclean every [one who] touches carcass their he will be unclean until the evening.

25 Og hver, som tager noget af deres Aadsel, skal to sine Klæder og være uren indtil Aftenen.

And every [one who] carries any of carcass their he will wash garments his and he will be unclean until the evening.

26 Hvert Dyr, som kløver Kloven, og som dog ikke har dem kløvede helt igennem og ej tygger Drøv, de skulle være eder urene; hver, som rører ved dem, bliver uren.

To every animal which it [is] dividing in two a hoof and a cleft - not it [is] cleaving and cud not it [is] bringing up [are] unclean they to you every [one who] touches them he will be unclean.

27 Og alt det, soni gaar paa sine Laller iblandt alle de Dyr, som gaa paa fire Fødder, skal være urent; hvo som rører ved deres Aadsel, skal være uren indtil Aftenen.

And any - [one which] walks on paws its among every living creature which walks on four [feet] [are] unclean they to you every [one who] touches carcass their he will be unclean until the evening.

28 Og hvo som tager deres Aadsel, skal to sine Klæder og være uren indtil Aftenen; de ere eder urene.

And who [-ever] carries carcass their he will wash garments his and he will be unclean until the evening [are] unclean they to you.

29 Og det skal være eder urent iblandt den Vrimmel, som vrimler paa Jorden: Væselen og Musen og Skildpadden med dens Arter,

And this to you [is] the unclean among the swarming thing[s] which swarms on the earth the weasel and the mouse and the great lizard to kind its.

30 og Pindsvinet og Krokodillen og Salamanderen og Sneglen og Muldvarpen.

And the gecko and the monitor lizard and the wall lizard and the skink and the chameleon.

31 Disse ere eder de urene iblandt al Vrimmel; hver, som rører ved dem, naar de ere døde, skal være uren indtil Aftenen.

These [are] the unclean to you among every swarming thing every [one who] touches them in death their he will be unclean until the evening.

32 Og alt det, som et af dem, naar de ere døde, falder paa, det bliver urent, hvad enten det er noget som helst Trækar eller Klæder eller Skind eller Sæk, hvilketsomhelst Redskab, som nogen Gerning gøres med, det skal lægges i Vand og være urent indtil Aftenen og er siden rent.

And all that it will fall on it any of them - in death their it will be unclean from every vessel of wood or a garment or a hide or sackcloth every vessel which it will be done a work in them in water it will be put and it will be unclean until the evening and it will be pure.

33 Og om noget af dem falder i et Lerkar, da bliver alt det urent, som er i det, og I skulle sønderbryde det.

And every vessel of earthenware which it will fall any of them into [the] middle of it all that [is] in [the] midst of it it will be unclean and it you will break.

34 Er der kommet Vand paa nogen Spise, som man æder, da bliver denne uren, eller hvad Drik, som man drikker af noget Kar, da bliver denne uren.

Any of all the food which it will be eaten which it will come on it water it will be unclean and any drink which it is drunk in every vessel it will be unclean.

35 Og alt det, som noget af deres Aadsel falder paa, bliver urent; er det en Ovn eller Lergryder med Hanke, da skulle de brydes i Stykker, de ere urene; de skulle være eder urene.

And all that it will fall any of carcass their - on it it will be unclean an oven and a stove it will be broken up [are] unclean they and unclean they will be to you.

36 Dog skal Kilde og Brønd, Vandsamlinger være rene; men hvo som rører ved deres Aadsel, bliver uren.

Nevertheless a spring and a cistern a reservoir of water it will be pure and [one who] touches carcass their he will be unclean.

37 Og naar noget af deres Aadsel falder paa nogen Saasæd, som skal saas, bliver denne dog ren.

And if it will fall any of carcass their on every seed of sowing which it will be sown [is] pure it.

38 Men naar der kommer Vand paa Sæden, og der siden falder noget af deres Aadsel derpaa, da bliver den eder uren.

And if it will be put water on seed and it will fall any of carcass their on it [is] unclean it to you.

39 Og naar noget dør af de Dyr, som ere givne eder til Spise, da skal den, som rører ved Aadslet deraf, være uren indtil Aftenen.

And if it will die any of the livestock which it [belongs] to you to food who [-ever] touches carcass its he will be unclean until the evening.

40 Og hvo som æder af deres Aadsel, skal to sine Klæder og være uren indtil Aftenen, og hvo der tager deres Aadsel op, skal to sine Klæder og være uren indtil Aftenen.

And [who [-ever] eats any of carcass its he will wash garments his and he will be unclean until the evening and who [-ever] carries carcass its he will wash garments his and he will be unclean until the evening.

41 Og al den Vrimmel, som vrimler paa Jorden, skal være en Vederstyggelighed, den skal ikke ædes;

And every swarming thing which swarms on the earth [is] a detestable thing it not it will be eaten.

42 nemlig alt det, som gaar paa Bugen, og alt det, som gaar paa fire Fødder, ja alt det, som har mange Fødder, iblandt al den Vrimmel, som vrimler paa Jorden, dem skulle I ikke æde; thi de ere en Vederstyggelighed.

Any [one which] walks on belly and any - [one which] walks on four [feet] to any [one which] multiplies feet to every swarming thing which swarms on the earth not you must eat them for [are] a detestable thing they.

43 Gører ikke eders Sjæle vederstyggelige ved al den Vrimmel, som vrimler, og gører eder ikke urene ved dem, saa at I blive urene ved dem.

May not you make detestable selves your by any swarming thing which swarms and not you must make yourselves unclean by them and you will make yourselves unclean by them.

44 Thi jeg Herren er eders Gud, og I skulle hellige eder og være hellige, thi jeg er hellig; og I skulle ikke gøre eders Sjæle urene ved nogen Vrimmel, som kryber paa Jorden.

For I [am] Yahweh God your and you will keep yourselves holy and you will be holy for [am] holy I and not you must make unclean selves your by any swarming thing which creeps on the earth.

45 Thi jeg er Herren, som førte eder op af Ægyptens Land for at være eders Gud; og I skulle være hellige, thi jeg er hellig.

For - I [am] Yahweh who brought up you from [the] land of Egypt to become for you God and you will be holy for [am] holy I.

46 Dette er Loven om Dyr og Fugle og hvert levende Væsen, som svømmer i Vandet, og om alt levende Væsen, som vrimler paa Jorden,

This [is] [the] legal [procedure] of the livestock and the bird[s] and every creature living which moves in the waters and to every creature which swarms on the earth.

47 at der kan gøres Forskel imellem det urene og det rene, og imellem det Dyr, som maa ædes, og det Dyr, som ikke maa ædes.

To separate between the unclean [thing] and between the pure [thing] and between the living creature which is eaten and between the living creature which not it will be eaten.
