Jeremias 24

1 Herren lod mig se et Syn, og se, to Kurve med Figener vare satte foran Herrens Tempel; efter at Nebukadnezar, Kongen af Babel, havde bortført Jekonias, Jojakims Søn, Judas Konge, og Judas Fyrster og Tømmermændene og Smedene fra Jerusalem og ført dem til Babel.

to see: see me LORD and behold two pot fig to appoint to/for face: before temple LORD after to reveal: remove Nebuchadnezzar king Babylon [obj] Jeconiah son: child Jehoiakim king Judah and [obj] ruler Judah and [obj] [the] artificer and [obj] [the] locksmith from Jerusalem and to come (in): bring them Babylon

2 I den ene Kurv vare meget gode Figener som tidligt modne Figener; og i den anden Kurv vare meget slette Figener, som ikke kunde ædes, fordi de vare saa slette.

[the] pot one fig pleasant much like/as fig [the] early fig and [the] pot one fig bad: harmful much which not to eat from evil

3 Og Herren sagde til mig: Hvad ser du, Jeremias? og jeg sagde: Figener! de gode Figener ere meget gode, og de slette ere meget slette, saa at de ikke kunne ædes, fordi de ere saa slette.

and to say LORD to(wards) me what? you(m. s.) to see: see Jeremiah and to say fig [the] fig [the] pleasant pleasant much and [the] bad: harmful bad: harmful much which not to eat from evil

4 Og Herrens Ord kom til mig saaledes:

and to be word LORD to(wards) me to/for to say

5 Saa siger Herren, Israels Gud: Ligesom det er med disse gode Figener, saaledes vil jeg kendes ved de bortførte fra Juda, hvilke jeg sendte fra dette Sted til Kaldæernes Land dem til Baade.

thus to say LORD God Israel like/as fig [the] pleasant [the] these so to recognize [obj] captivity Judah which to send: depart from [the] place [the] this land: country/planet Chaldea to/for welfare

6 Og jeg vil fæste mit Øje paa dem til det gode og føre dem tilbage til dette Land; og jeg vil opbygge og ikke nedbryde dem, og jeg vil plante og ikke oprykke dem.

and to set: make eye my upon them to/for welfare and to return: return them upon [the] land: country/planet [the] this and to build them and not to overthrow and to plant them and not to uproot

7 Og jeg vil give dem Hjerte til at kende mig, at jeg er Herren, og de skulle være mit Folk, og jeg vil være deres Gud; thi de skulle omvende sig til mig af deres ganske Hjerte.

8 Men ligesom det er med de slette Figener, som ikke kunne ædes, fordi de ere saa slette, — thi saa siger Herren —: Saaledes vil jeg gøre Zedekias, Judas Konge, og hans Fyrster og dem, som ere tilovers af Jerusalem, de overblevne i dette Land, og dem, som bo i Ægyptens Land,

and like/as fig [the] bad: harmful which not to eat from evil for thus to say LORD so to give: make [obj] Zedekiah king Judah and [obj] ruler his and [obj] remnant Jerusalem [the] to remain in/on/with land: country/planet [the] this and [the] to dwell in/on/with land: country/planet Egypt

9 ja, jegvil gøre dem til en Gru, dem til Ulykke, for alle Riger paa Jorden; til Forhaanelse og til et Ordsprog, til Spot og Forbandelse paa alle de Steder, hvorhen jeg vil fordrive dem.

and to give: make them (to/for horror *Q(K)*) to/for distress: evil to/for all kingdom [the] land: country/planet to/for reproach and to/for proverb to/for taunt and to/for curse in/on/with all [the] place which to banish them there

10 Og jeg vil sende Sværdet, Hungeren og Pesten over dem, indtil de forsvinde af Landet, som jeg gav dem og deres Fædre.
