1 Mosebog 5

1 Denne er Menneskens Slægters Bog. Paa den Dag Gud skabte Mennesket, gjorde han det i Guds Lignelse.

This [is] [the] record of [the] descendants of Adam on [the] day created God humankind in [the] likeness of God he made him.

2 Han skabte dem Mand og Kvinde og velsignede dem og kaldte deres Navn Menneske, paa den Dag de bleve skabte.

Male and female he created them and he blessed them and he called name their humankind on [the] day were created they.

3 Og Adam levede hundrede og tredive Aar og avlede en Søn i sin Lignelse, efter sit Billede og kaldte hans Navn Seth.

And he lived Adam thirty and one hundred year[s] and he became a father in own likeness his according to image his and he called name his Seth.

4 Og Adam levede, efter at han havde avlet Seth, otte Hundrede Aar og avlede Sønner og Døtre.

And they were [the] days of Adam after fathered he Seth eight hundred year[s] and he fathered sons and daughters.

5 Og Adams ganske Alder, som han levede, blev ni Hundrede Aar og tredive Aar; og han døde.

And they were all [the] days of Adam which he lived nine hundred year[s] and thirty year[s] and he died.

6 Og Seth var hundrede Aar og fem Aar gammel og avlede Enos.

And he lived Seth five years and one hundred year[s] and he fathered Enosh.

7 Og Seth levede, efter at han havde avlet Enos, otte Hundrede Aar og syv Aar og avlede Sønner og Døtre.

And he lived Seth after fathered he Enosh seven years and eight hundred year[s] and he fathered sons and daughters.

8 Og Seths ganske Alder blev ni Hundrede Aar og tolv Aar; og han døde.

And they were all [the] days of Seth two [plus] ten year[s] and nine hundred year[s] and he died.

9 Og Enos var halvfemsindstyve Aar gammel og avlede Kenan.

And he lived Enosh ninety year[s] and he fathered Kenan.

10 Og Enos levede, efter at han havde avlet Kenan, otte Hundrede Aar og femten Aar og avlede Sønner og Døtre.

And he lived Enosh after fathered he Kenan fif-teen year[s] and eight hundred year[s] and he fathered sons and daughters.

11 Og Enos' ganske Alder blev ni Hundrede Aar og fem Aar; og han døde.

And they were all [the] days of Enosh five years and nine hundred year[s] and he died.

12 Og Kenan var halvfjerdsindstyve Aar gammel og avlede Mahalaleel.

And he lived Kenan seventy year[s] and he fathered Mahalalel.

13 Og Kenan levede, efter at han havde avlet Mahalaleel, otte Hundrede Aar og fyrretyve Aar og avlede Sønner og Døtre.

And he lived Kenan after fathered he Mahalalel forty year[s] and eight hundred year[s] and he fathered sons and daughters.

14 Og Kenans ganske Alder blev ni Hundrede Aar og ti Aar; og han døde.

And they were all [the] days of Kenan ten years and nine hundred year[s] and he died.

15 Og Mahalaleel var fem Aar og tresindstyve Aar gammel og avlede Jared.

And he lived Mahalalel five years and sixty year[s] and he fathered Jared.

16 Og Mahalaleel levede, efter at han havde avlet Jared, otte Hundrede Aar og tredive Aar og avlede Sønner og Døtre.

And he lived Mahalalel after fathered he Jared thirty year[s] and eight hundred year[s] and he fathered sons and daughters.

17 Og Mahalaleels ganske Alder var otte Hundrede Aar og fem og halvfemsindstyve Aar; og han døde.

And they were all [the] days of Mahalalel five and ninety year[s] and eight hundred year[s] and he died.

18 Og Jared var hundrede Aar og to og tresindstyve Aar gammel og avlede Enok.

And he lived Jared two and sixty year[s] and one hundred year[s] and he fathered Enoch.

19 Og Jared levede, efter at han havde avlet Enok, otte Hundrede Aar og avlede Sønner og Døtre.

And he lived Jared after fathered he Enoch eight hundred year[s] and he fathered sons and daughters.

20 Og Jareds ganske Alder blev ni Hundrede Aar og to og tresindstyve Aar; og han døde.

And they were all [the] days of Jared two and sixty year[s] and nine hundred year[s] and he died.

21 Og Enok var fem og tresindstyve Aar gammel og avlede Methusela.

And he lived Enoch five and sixty year[s] and he fathered Methuselah.

22 Og Enok vandrede med Gud, efter at han havde avlet Methusela, tre Hundrede Aar og avlede Sønner og Døtre.

And he walked about Enoch with God after fathered he Methuselah three hundred year[s] and he fathered sons and daughters.

23 Og Enoks ganske Alder blev tre Hundrede Aar og fem og tresindstyve Aar.

And it was all [the] days of Enoch five and sixty year[s] and three hundred year[s].

24 Og Enok vandrede med Gud, og han var ikke mere; thi Gud tog ham.

And he walked about Enoch with God and not [was] he for he took him God.

25 Og Methusela var hundrede Aar og syv og firsindstyve Aar gammel og avlede Lamek.

And he lived Methuselah seven and eighty year[s] and one hundred year[s] and he fathered Lamech.

26 Og Methusela levede, efter at han havde avlet Lamek, syv Hundrede Aar og to og firsindstyve Aar og avlede Sønner og Døtre.

And he lived Methuselah after fathered he Lamech two and eighty year[s] and seven hundred year[s] and he fathered sons and daughters.

27 Og Methuselas ganske Alder blev ni Hundrede Aar og ni og tresindstyve Aar; og han døde.

And they were all [the] days of Methuselah nine and sixty year[s] and nine hundred year[s] and he died.

28 Og Lamek var hundrede Aar og to og firsindstyve Aar gammel og avlede en Søn;

And he lived Lamech two and eighty year[s] and one hundred year[s] and he fathered a son.

29 og han kaldte hans Navn Noa og sagde: Denne skal trøste os i vor Kummer og vore Hænders Arbejde paa Jorden, hvilken Herren har forbandet.

And he called name his Noah saying this [one] he will comfort us from work our and from [the] pain of hands our from the ground which he has cursed it Yahweh.

30 Og Lamek levede, efter at han havde avlet Noa, fem Hundrede Aar og fem og halvfemsindstyve Aar og avlede Sønner og Døtre.

And he lived Lamech after fathered he Noah five and ninety year[s] and five hundred year[s] and he fathered sons and daughters.

31 Og Lameks ganske Alder blev syv Hundrede Aar og syv og halvfjerdsindstyve Aar; og han døde.

And it was all [the] days of Lamech seven and seventy year[s] and seven hundred year[s] and he died.

32 Og Noa var fem Hundrede Aar gammel, og Noa avlede Sem, Kam og Jafet.

And he was Noah a son of five hundred year[s] and he fathered Noah Shem Ham and Japheth.
