1 Og du skal gøre et Røgelsealter til Røgelse, af Sithimtræ skal du gøre det;
And thou shalt make an altar, for burning incense, of acacia wood, shalt thou make it:
2 een Alen langt og een Alen bredt, det skal være firkantet og to Alen højt; dets Horn skulle være ud af eet med det.
a cubit, the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof four square, shall it be, —and two cubits, the height thereof, of the same, [shall be] the horns thereof,
3 Og du skal beslaa det med purt Guld, dets Overdel og dets Sider rundt omkring og dets Horn; du skal og gøre en Guldkrans til det trindt omkring.
And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof, -and thou shalt make to it a border of gold round about.
4 Og to Guldringe skal du gøre til det, under dets Krans, paa begge Sidestykkerne deraf, du skal gøre dem paa begge Sider derpaa; og man skal stikke Stænger deri for at bære det med dem.
And, two rings of gold, shalt thou make to it, under the border thereof upon the two corners thereof, shalt thou make them on the two sides thereof, —so shall they become receptacles for the staves, to lift it therewith.
5 Du skal og gøre Stængerne af Sithimtræ og beslaa dem med Guld.
And thou shalt make the staves of acacia wood, —and overlay them with gold.
6 Og det skal du sætte foran Forhænget, som er for Vidnesbyrdets Ark, foran Naadestolen, som er oven over Vidnesbyrdet, hvor jeg vil komme til dig.
And thou shalt place it before the veil, which is by the ark of the testimony, —before the propitiatory which is upon the testimony, where I will meet thee.
7 Og paa det skal Aron lade røge med Røgelse af kostelige Urter; hver Morgen, naar han tillaver Lamperne, skal han lade røge med den.
And Aaron shall burn thereon fragrant incense, —morning by morning, when he trimmeth the lamps, shall he burn it;
8 Og naar Aron tænder Lamperne imellem de tvende Aftener, skal han lade røge med den; det skal være en bestandig Røgelse for Herrens Ansigt hos eders Efterkommere.
and, when Aaron lighteth the lamps, between the evenings, shall he burn it, —a continual incense before Yahweh, to your generations.
9 I skulle ingen fremmed Røgelse antænde derpaa eller Brændoffer eller Madoffer; og Drikoffer skulle I ikke udgyde derpaa.
Ye shall not cause to ascend thereupon strange incense, nor an ascending-sacrifice, nor a meal-offering, —and a drink offering, shall ye not pour out thereupon.
10 Og Aron skal gøre en Forligelse for dets Horn, een Gang om Aaret; med Forligelsens Syndoffers Blod skal han gøre Forligelse een Gang om Aaret for det, hos eders Efterkommere; det er en højhellig Ting for Herren.
But Aaron shall put a propitiatory-covering upon the horns thereof, once in the year: of the blood of the sin-bearer for propitiatory-coverings, once in the year, shall he put a propitiatory-covering thereupon to your generations, most holy, it is to Yahweh.
11 Og Herren talede til Mose og sagde:
Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying—
12 Naar du optager Hovedsummen paa Israels Børn ved deres Tælling, da skal hver give Herren Løsepenge for sin Sjæl, naar man tæller dem, at ingen Plage skal komme paa dem, naar man tæller dem.
When thou takest the sum of the sons of Israel, by their numberings, then shall they give every man a propitiatory-covering for his soul to Yahweh, when they are numbered, —that there may be among them no plague when they are numbered.
13 Dette skulle de give, hver som gaar over til de talte: En halv Sekel, efter Helligdommens Sekel; en Sekel gælder tyve Gera, en halv Sekel skal være en Offergave for Herren.
This, shall they give—every one that passeth over to them that have been numbered—a half-shekel by the shekel of the sanctuary, —the shekel is twenty gerahs—the half-shekel, shall be a heave-offering to Yahweh.
14 Hver som gaar over til de talte, fra tyve Aar gammel og derover, skal give Herren en Offergave.
All who pass over to the numbered, from twenty years old and upwards, shall give the heave-offering of Yahweh.
15 Den rige skal ikke give mere og den fattige ikke give mindre end en halv Sekel, for at give Herren en Offergave, til at gøre Forligelse for eders Sjæle.
The rich, shall not give more, and the poor, shall not give less, than the half-shekel, —when they give the heave-offering of Yahweh, to put a propitiatory-covering over your souls.
16 Og du skal tage Forligelsens Penge af Israels Børn og give dem til Forsamlingens Pauluns Tjeneste; og det skal være Israels Børn til en Ihukommelse for Herrens Ansigt, til at gøre Forligelse for eders Sjæle.
So then thou shalt take the silver for the propitiatory-coverings from the sons of Israel, and shalt expend it upon the service of the tent of meeting, —thus shall it be for the sons of Israel as a memorial before Yahweh, to put a propitiatory-covering over your souls.
17 Og Herren talede til Mose og sagde:
Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying—
18 Du skal og gøre en Kedel af Kobber og dens Fod af Kobber, at man kan to sig; og du skal sætte den imellem Forsamlingens Paulun og imellem Alteret og komme Vand derudi.
And thou shalt make a laver of bronze, and its stand of bronze for bathing, —and thou shalt place it between the tent of meeting and the altar, and shalt put therein water.
19 Og Aron og hans Sønner skulle to deres Hænder og deres Fødder deraf.
So shall Aaron and his sons bathe thereat, —their hands, and their feet.
20 Naar de gaa ind i Forsamlingens Paulun, skulle de to sig med Vand, at de ikke skulle dø; eller naar de nærme sig til Alteret for at tjene og at antænde Ildoffer for Herren.
When they enter the tent of meeting, they shall bathe with water so shall they not die, —or when they approach unto the altar to minister, to burn as incense an altar-flame to Yahweh:
21 Og de skulle to deres Hænder og deres Fødder, at de ikke skulle dø; og det skal være dem en evig Skik, ham og hans Sæd, hos deres Efterkommere.
so then they shall bathe their hands and their feet and shall not die, —and it shall be to them an age-abiding statute, to him and to his seed to their generations.
22 Og Herren talede til Mose og sagde:
Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying—
23 Tag du dig ogsaa de bedste Urter, af den ædleste Myrra fem Hundrede Sekel, og halvt saa meget vellugtende Kanelbark, to Hundrede og halvtredsindstyve Sekel, og vellugtende Kalmus, to Hundrede og halvtredsindstyve Sekel,
Thou, therefore, take to thee—principal spices, —self-flowing myrrh, five hundred, and fragrant cinnamon, half as much, two hundred and fifty, and, fragrant cane, two hundred and fifty;
24 og Kasia fem Hundrede Sekel, efter Helligdommens Sekel, og een Hin Olivenolie.
and, cassia, five hundred, by the shekel of the sanctuary, —and, oil olive, a hin.
25 Og du skal lave det til en hellig Salveolie, en Salveblanding efter Salvekogerens Kunst; det skal være en hellig Salveolie.
And thou shalt make it an oil for holy anointing, a compounded perfume the work of a perfumer, —an oil for holy anointing, shall it be.
26 Og dermed skal du salve Forsamlingens Paulun og Vidnesbyrdets Ark
And thou shalt anoint therewith the tent of meeting, —and the ark of the testimony;
27 og Bordet med alt dets Redskab og Lysestagen med dens Redskab og Røgelsealteret
and the table and all its utensils, and the lampstand, and its utensils, —and the incense altar,
28 og Brændofferets Alter med alt dets Redskab og Kedelen med dens Fod.
and the altar for the ascending-sacrifice, and all its utensils, -and the laver, and its stand.
29 Og du skal hellige dem, at de blive højhellige; hver den som rører ved dem, skal være hellig.
So shalt thou hallow them, and they shall be most holy, —whosoever toucheth them, shall be holy.
30 Du skal og salve Aron og hans Sønner og hellige dem til at gøre Præstetjeneste for mig.
Aaron also, and his sons, shalt thou anoint, —so shalt thou hallow them to minister as priests unto me.
31 Og du skal tale til Israels Børn og sige: Denne skal være mig den hellige Salvelsesolie hos eders Efterkommere.
And unto the sons of Israel, shalt thou speak, saying, An oil for holy anointing, shall this be to me, to your generations.
32 Den skal ikke udgydes paa andre Menneskers Legeme, og I skulle ikke berede nogen anden efter dens Maade; den er hellig, den skal være eder hellig.
Upon the flesh of a common man, shall it not be poured, and according to the proportions thereof, shall ye not make any like it, —holy, it is, holy, shall it be to you.
33 Hvo som laver en Salveblanding som den, eller som lader komme deraf paa en uvedkommende, han skal udryddes af sit Folk.
Whosoever compoundeth any like it, and whosoever bestoweth thereof upon a stranger, shall be cut off from among his people.
34 Og Herren sagde til Mose: Tag dig vellugtende Urter, Stakten og Onyks og Galbane, disse vellugtende Urter og ren Virak; der skal være lige meget af hvert.
Then said Yahweh unto Moses—Take to thee aromatic spices stacte and onycha, and galbanum, —aromatic spices, and pure frankincense, —weight for weight, shall it be.
35 Og du skal lave en Røgelse deraf, en Blanding efter Kunstens Regler; den skal være saltet, ren og hellig.
And thou shalt make of it an incense, a perfume the work of a perfumer, —salted, pure, holy.
36 Og du skal støde noget deraf smaat og lægge deraf foran Vidnesbyrdet i Forsamlingens Paulun, hvor jeg vil tale med dig; det skal være eder højhelligt.
And thou shalt beat some of it to powder, and place thereof before the testimony, in the tent of meeting, where I am to meet with thee, —most holy, shall it be to you.
37 Og I skulle ikke gøre eder Røgelse, som du kunde gøre efter dennes Maade; det skal være dig helligt for Herren.
And the incense which thou shalt make, according to the proportions thereof, ye shall not make for yourselves, —holy, shall it be to thee, to Yahweh.
38 Hvo som gør en lignende for at røge dermed, han skal udryddes af sit Folk.
Whosoever shall make like it, to smell of it shall be cut off from among his people.
