1 Samuel 3
1 Og Drengen Samuel tjente Herren for Elis Ansigt; og Herrens Ord var dyrt i de samme Dage; der udbrød intet Syn.
And the lad Samuel [was] serving Yahweh before Eli and [the] word of Yahweh it was rare in the days those not vision [was] spread out.
2 Og det skete paa den samme Dag, der Eli laa paa sit Sted, og hans Øjne begyndte at blive dunkle, at han ikke kunde se;
And it was on the day that and Eli [was] lying in place his (and eyes his *Q(K)*) they began dim not he was able to see.
3 og Samuel havde lagt sig, førend Guds Lampe sluktes i Herrens Tempel, hvor Guds Ark var:
And [the] lamp of God not yet it was extinguished and Samuel [was] lying in [the] temple of Yahweh where [was] there [the] ark of God.
4 Da kaldte Herren ad Samuel, og han sagde: Se, her er jeg.
And he called Yahweh to Samuel and he said here [am] I.
5 Og han løb til Eli og sagde: Se, her er jeg, thi du kaldte ad mig; men han sagde: Jeg kaldte ikke, gak tilbage, læg dig; og han gik hen og lagde sig.
And he ran to Eli and he said here [am] I for you summoned me and he said not I summoned return lie down and he went and he lay down.
6 Da blev Herren ved at kalde ydermere ad Samuel, og Samuel stod op og gik til Eli og sagde: Se, her er jeg, thi du kaldte ad mig; og han sagde: Jeg kaldte ikke, min Søn, gak tilbage, læg dig!
And he repeated Yahweh to call again Samuel and he rose Samuel and he went to Eli and he said here [am] I for you summoned me and he said not I summoned O son my return lie down.
7 Men Samuel kendte endnu ikke Herren, og Herrens Ord var endnu ikke aabenbaret for ham.
And Samuel not yet he knew Yahweh and not yet it was revealed to him [the] word of Yahweh.
8 Da blev Herren ved at kalde ad Samuel tredje Gang, og han stod op og gik til Eli og sagde: Se, her er jeg, thi du kaldte ad mig; da forstod Eli, at Herren kaldte ad Drengen.
And he repeated Yahweh to call Samuel at the third [time] and he rose and he went to Eli and he said here [am] I for you summoned me and he understood Eli that Yahweh [was] summoning the lad.
9 Og Eli sagde til Samuel: Gak, læg dig, og det skal ske, dersom han kalder ad dig, da skal du sige: Tal, Herre, thi din Tjener hører; og Samuel gik hen og lagde sig paa sit Sted.
And he said Eli to Samuel go lie down and it will be that [if] he will call to you and you will say speak O Yahweh for [is] listening servant your and he went Samuel and he lay down in place his.
10 Da kom Herren og stillede sig frem og kaldte som de forrige Gange: Samuel! Samuel! og Samuel sagde: Tal, thi din Tjener hører.
And he came Yahweh and he stood and he called as time on time O Samuel - O Samuel and he said Samuel speak for [is] listening servant your.
11 Og Herren sagde til Samuel: Se, jeg gør en Ting i Israel, at hvo den hører, for ham skulle begge hans Øren klinge.
And he said Yahweh to Samuel here! I [am] about to do a thing in Israel which every [one who] hears it they will tingle [the] two ears his.
12 Paa den samme Dag vil jeg stadfæste over Eli alt det, som jeg har talet imod hans Hus; jeg vil begynde og fuldende det.
On the day that I will carry out against Eli all that I have spoken against house his beginning and ending.
13 Thi jeg har givet ham det til Kende, at jeg vil være Dommer over hans Hus til evig Tid for den Misgernings Skyld, at han vidste, at hans Sønner droge Forbandelse over sig, og han saa ikke mørkt til dem.
And I tell to him that [am] about to judge I house his until perpetuity for [the] iniquity which he knew that [were] bringing a curse to themselves sons his and not he rebuked them.
14 Derfor har jeg svoret Elis Hus, at Elis Huses Misgerning ikke skal blive forsonet med Slagtoffer eller med Madoffer til evig Tid.
And therefore I swear to [the] house of Eli if it will be atoned for [the] iniquity of [the] house of Eli by sacrifice and by an offering until perpetuity.
15 Og Samuel laa indtil om Morgenen, og han lod Døren op for Herrens Hus; men Samuel frygtede for at give Eli det Syn til Kende.
And he lay Samuel until the morning and he opened [the] doors of [the] house of Yahweh and Samuel he was afraid from telling the vision to Eli.
16 Da kaldte Eli ad Samuel og sagde: Samuel, min Søn! og han sagde: Se, her er jeg.
And he called Eli Samuel and he said O Samuel son my and he said here [am] I.
17 Og han sagde: Hvad er det for et Ord, som han sagde til dig? Kære, dølg intet for mig; Gud gøre nu og fremdeles saa og saa imod dig, dersom du dølger for mig et Ord af alle de Ord, som han talede til dig.
And he said what? [was] the word which he spoke to you may not please you hide [it] from me thus may he do to you God and thus may he add if you will hide from me a word from all the word which he spoke to you.
18 Da forkyndte Samuel ham alle de Ord og dulgte dem ikke for ham; og han sagde: Han er Herren, han gøre, hvad som er godt for hans Øjne.
And he told to him Samuel all the words and not he hid [them] from him and he said [is] Yahweh he the good (in eyes his *Q(K)*) let him do.
19 Og Samuel blev stor, og Herren var med ham og lod ikke noget af alle sine Ord falde til Jorden.
And he grew up Samuel and Yahweh he was with him and not he made fall any of all words his [the] ground towards.
20 Og al Israel fra Dan og indtil Beersaba kendte, at Samuel var betroet til at være en Profet for Herren.
And it knew all Israel from Dan and to Beer Sheba that [was being] established Samuel to a prophet of Yahweh.
21 Og Herren blev ved at lade sig se i Silo; thi Herren havde aabenbaret sig for Samuel i Silo ved Herrens Ord.
And he repeated Yahweh to appear at Shiloh for he revealed himself Yahweh to Samuel at Shiloh by [the] word of Yahweh.
