1 Přednímu zpěváku z synů Chóre, žalm. Všickni národové plésejte rukama, trubte Bohu s hlasitým prozpěvováním.

For the choirmaster. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. Clap your hands, all you peoples; shout unto God with a voice of triumph.

2 Nebo Hospodin nejvyšší, hrozný, jest král veliký nade vší zemi.

How awesome is the LORD Most High, the great King over all the earth!

3 Uvozuje lidi v moc naši, a národy pod nohy naše.

He subdues nations beneath us, and peoples under our feet.

4 Oddělil nám za dědictví naše slávu Jákobovu, kteréhož miloval. (Sélah)

He chooses our inheritance for us, the pride of Jacob, whom He loves.

5 Vstoupil Bůh s troubením, Hospodin s zvukem trouby.

God has ascended amid shouts of joy, the LORD with the sound of the horn.

6 Žalmy zpívejte Bohu, zpívejte; zpívejte žalmy králi našemu, zpívejte.

Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises!

7 Nebo král vší země Bůh jest, zpívejte žalmy rozumně.

For God is King of all the earth; sing profound praises to Him.

8 Kralujeť Bůh nad národy, Bůh sedí na trůnu svém svatém.

God reigns over the nations; God is seated on His holy throne.

9 Knížata národů připojili se k lidu Boha Abrahamova; nebo pavézy země Boží jsou, pročež on náramně vyvýšen jest.

The nobles of the nations have assembled as the people of the God of Abraham; for the shields of the earth belong to God; He is highly exalted.
