Matouš 23
1 Tedy Ježíš mluvil zástupům a učedlníkům svým,
Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to the disciples of Him
2 Řka: Na stolici Mojžíšově posadili se zákoníci a farizeové.
saying; On Moses’ seat sat down the scribes and the Pharisees;
3 Protož všecko, což by koli rozkázali vám zachovávati, zachovávejte a čiňte, ale podle skutků jejich nečiňte; neboť praví, a nečiní.
All things therefore as much as (if *N(k)O*) they shall tell you (to keep *K*) (do perform *N(k)O*) and do observe. After however the works of them not do perform; They speak for and not act.
4 Svazujíť zajisté břemena těžká a nesnesitelná, a vzkládají na ramena lidská, ale prstem svým nechtí jimi ani pohnouti.
They tie up (now *N(k)O*) burdens heavy and hard to bear and lay [them] on the shoulders of men; themselves however with the finger of them not are they willing to move them.
5 A všeckyť ty své skutky činí, aby byli vidíni od lidí. Rozšiřují zajisté nápisy své a veliké dělají podolky pláštů svých,
All now the deeds of them they do in order to be seen by men; They broaden (for *N(k)O*) the phylacteries of them and enlarge tassels (the *k*) (of garments of them. *K*)
6 A milují přední místa na večeřích, a první stolice v školách,
They love (now *N(k)O*) the chief place at the banquets and the first seats in the synagogues
7 A pozdravování na trhu, a aby byli nazýváni od lidí: Mistři, mistři.
and the greetings in the marketplaces and to be called by men Rabbi (Rabbi. *K*)
8 Ale vy nebývejte nazýváni mistři; nebo jeden jest Mistr váš, totiž Kristus, vy pak všickni bratří jste.
you yourselves however not may be called Rabbi; One for is of you the (Teacher *N(k)O*) (Christ *K*) all now you yourselves brothers are.
9 A otce nenazývejte sobě na zemi; nebo jeden jest Otec váš, kterýž jest v nebesích.
And father no [one] may call of you on the earth; One for is of you the Father who [is] (in heaven. *N(k)O*)
10 Ani se nazývejte vůdcové; nebo jeden jest vůdce váš Kristus.
Neither may be called instructors, (since *N(k)O*) (the *k*) instructor of you is One the Christ.
11 Ale kdo z vás větší jest, budeť služebníkem vaším.
And the greatest among you will be your servant.
12 Nebo kdož by se sám povyšoval, bude ponížen; a kdož by se ponížil, bude povýšen.
He who then will exalt himself will be humbled, and whoever will humble himself will be exalted.
13 Ale běda vám, zákoníci a farizeové pokrytci, že zavíráte království nebeské před lidmi; nebo sami tam nevcházíte, ani těm, jenž by vjíti chtěli, vcházeti dopouštíte.
Woe (however *no*) to you, scribes and Pharisees hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of the heavens before men; You yourselves for neither enter nor even those entering do you allow to go in.
14 Běda vám, zákoníci a farizeové pokrytci, že zžíráte domy vdovské, za příčinou dlouhého modlení; protož těžší soud ponesete.
(woe to you scribes and Pharisees hypocrites for you devour houses widows and as a pretext long praying; through this you will receive more excessive judgment. *K*)
15 Běda vám, zákoníci a farizeové pokrytci, že obcházíte moře i zemi, abyste učinili jednoho novověrce, a když bude učiněn, učiníte jej syna zatracení, dvakrát více, nežli jste sami. (Geenna g1067)
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees hypocrites! For you traverse the sea and the dry [land] to make one convert, and when he may become [so], you make him a son of hell twofold more than yourselves. (Geenna g1067)
16 Běda vám, vůdcové slepí, kteříž říkáte: Přisáhl-li by kdo skrze chrám, to nic není; ale kdo by přisáhl skrze zlato chrámové, povinenť jest přísaze dosti činiti.
Woe to you, guides blind you who [are] saying; Who[ever] maybe may swear by the temple, no [thing] it is; who[ever] however maybe may swear by the gold of the temple is bound.
17 Blázni a slepci; nebo co jest většího, zlato-li, čili chrám, kterýž posvěcuje zlata?
Foolish and blind! Which for greater is, the gold or the temple which (is sanctifying *N(k)O*) the gold?
18 A přisáhl-li by kdo skrze oltář, nic není; ale kdo by přisáhl skrze ten dar, kterýž jest na něm, povinen jest.
And [you say] Who[ever] (maybe *N(k)O*) shall swear by the altar, no [thing] it is; who[ever] however maybe shall swear by the gift that [is] upon it, is bound.
19 Blázni a slepci, i co jest většího, dar-li, čili oltář, kterýž posvěcuje daru?
(foolish and *K*) You blind men! Which for [is] greater, the gift or the altar which is sanctifying the gift?
20 A protož kdokoli přisahá skrze oltář, přisahá skrze něj, i skrze to všecko, což na něm jest.
The [one] therefore having sworn by the altar swears by it and by all things that [are] upon it,
21 A kdož přisahá skrze chrám, přisahá skrze něj, i skrze toho, kterýž přebývá v něm.
And the [one] having sworn by the temple swears by it and by the [One] (dwelling *NK(o)*) in it,
22 A kdož přisahá skrze nebe, přisahá skrze trůn Boží, i skrze toho, kterýž na něm sedí.
And the [one] having sworn by heaven swears by the throne of God and by the [One] sitting upon it.
23 Běda vám, zákoníci a farizeové pokrytci, že dáváte desátky z máty a z kopru a z kmínu, a opouštíte to, což těžšího jest v Zákoně, totiž soud a milosrdenství a věrnost. Tyto věci měli jste činiti a oněch neopouštěti.
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees hypocrites! For you pay tithes of mint and dill and cumin and you have neglected the weightier [matters] of the law, justice and (mercy *N(k)O*) and faithfulness; These (now *no*) it was necessary to do those those not (to be leaving aside. *NK(o)*)
24 Vůdcové slepí, kteříž cedíte komára, velblouda pak požíráte.
Guides blind! you who [are] straining out the gnat, the however camel swallowing!
25 Běda vám, zákoníci a farizeové pokrytci, že čistíte po vrchu konvice a mísy, a vnitř plno jest loupeže a nestředmosti.
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and of the dish, inwardly however they are full of greed and (self-indulgence. *NK(O)*)
26 Farizee slepče, vyčisť prve to, což vnitř jest v konvi a v míse, aby i to, což jest zevnitř, bylo čisto.
Pharisee blind! do cleanse first the inside of the cup (and *KO*) (of the *ko*) (dish *KO*) that may become also the outside (of it *N(K)O*) clean.
27 Běda vám, zákoníci a farizeové pokrytci, nebo jste se připodobnili hrobům zbíleným, kteříž ač se zdadí zevnitř krásní, ale vnitř jsou plní kostí umrlčích i vší nečistoty.
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees hypocrites! For (you resemble *NK(o)*) tombs whitewashed which outside indeed appear beautiful, Inside however they are full of bones of [the] dead and of all impurity.
28 Tak i vy zevnitř zajisté zdáte se lidem spravedliví, ale vnitř plní jste pokrytství a nepravosti.
Thus also you yourselves outside indeed appear to men righteous, inwardly however you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.
29 Běda vám, zákoníci a farizeové pokrytci, neboť vzděláváte hroby proroků a ozdobujete hroby spravedlivých,
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees hypocrites! For you build the tombs of the prophets and adorn the monuments of the righteous
30 A říkáte: Kdybychom byli za dnů otců našich, nebyli bychom účastníci jejich ve krvi proroků.
and you say; If (we were *N(k)O*) in the days of the fathers of us, not then would (we were ourselves being *N(k)O*) with them partakers in the blood of the prophets,
31 Protož osvědčujete sami proti sobě, že jste synové těch, kteříž proroky zmordovali.
Thus you bear witness to yourselves that sons you are of those having murdered the prophets;
32 I vy také naplňte míru otců svých.
And you yourselves do fill up the measure of the fathers of you.
Serpents Offspring of vipers! How shall you escape from the sentence of hell? (Geenna g1067)
34 Protož aj, já posílám k vám proroky a moudré a učitele, a vy z těch některé zmordujete a ukřižujete, a některé z nich bičovati budete v školách vašich, a budete je honiti z města do města,
Because of this behold I myself send to you prophets and wise [men] and scribes; (and *k*) Some of them you will kill and will crucify and [some] of them you will flog in the synagogues of you and will persecute from town to town;
35 Aby přišla na vás všeliká krev spravedlivá, vylitá na zemi, od krve Abele spravedlivého, až do krve Zachariáše syna Barachiášova, kteréhož jste zabili mezi chrámem a oltářem.
so that may come upon you all [the] blood righteous being poured out upon the earth, from the blood of Abel the righteous until the blood of Zechariah son of Berekiah whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.
36 Amen pravím vám: Přijdou tyto všecky věci na pokolení toto.
Amen I say to you; (that *o*) will come these things all upon generation this.
37 Jeruzaléme, Jeruzaléme, mordéři proroků, a kterýž kamenuješ ty, jenž byli k tobě posíláni, kolikrát jsem chtěl shromážditi dítky tvé, tak jako slepice shromažďuje kuřátka svá pod křídla, a nechtěli jste.
Jerusalem Jerusalem you who [are] (killing *NK(o)*) the prophets and stoning those sent to her! How often I wanted to gathered together the children of you, in which way a hen gathers together the chicks (of her *N(k)O*) under the wings, and not you were willing?
38 Aj, zanecháváť se vám dům váš pustý.
Behold is left to you the house of you desolate!
39 Neboť pravím vám, že mne již více nikoli neuzříte od této chvíle, až i díte: Požehnaný, jenž se béře ve jménu Páně.
I say for to you; certainly not Me shall you see from now until when you may say; Blessed [is] the [One] coming in [the] name of [the] Lord.’
