1 Mojžišova 21
1 Navštívil pak Hospodin Sáru, tak jakž byl řekl; a učinil Hospodin Sáře, jakož byl mluvil.
Forsothe God visitide Sare, as he bihiyte, and fillide tho thingis, that he spak.
2 Nebo počala a porodila Sára Abrahamovi syna v starosti jeho, v ten čas, kterýž předpověděl Bůh.
And sche conseyuede, and childide a sone in hir eeld, in the tyme wherynne God biforseide to hir.
3 A nazval Abraham jméno syna svého, kterýž se mu narodil, jehož porodila Sára, Izák.
And Abraham clepide the name of his sone, whom Sare childide to him, Ysaac.
4 A obřezal Abraham syna svého Izáka, když byl v osmi dnech, tak jakž mu byl přikázal Bůh.
And Abraham circumcidide hym in the eiyte dai, as God comaundide to him,
5 Byl pak Abraham ve stu letech, když se mu narodil Izák syn jeho.
whanne he was of an hundrid yeer; for Ysaac was borun in this age of the fadir.
6 I řekla Sára: Radost mi učinil Bůh; kdokoli uslyší, radovati se bude spolu se mnou.
And Sare seide, The Lord made leiyynge to me, and who euer schal here schal leiye with me.
7 A přidala: Kdo by byl řekl Abrahamovi, že bude Sára děti kojiti? A však jsem porodila syna v starosti jeho.
And eft sche seide, Who schulde here, and bileue to Abraham, that Sare schulde yyue soukyng to a sone, whom sche childide to him now an eld man?
8 I rostlo dítě a ostaveno jest. Tedy učinil Abraham veliké hody v ten den, v němž ostaven byl Izák.
Therfor the child encreesside, and was wenyd; and Abraham made a greet feeste in the dai of his wenyng.
9 Viděla pak Sára, že syn Agar Egyptské, kteréhož porodila Abrahamovi, jest posměvač.
And whanne Sare seiy the sone of Agar Egipcian pleiynge with Ysaac hir sone, sche seide to Abraham,
10 I řekla Abrahamovi: Vyvrz děvku tuto i syna jejího; neboť nebude dědicem syn děvky té s synem mým Izákem.
Cast thou out the handmayde and hir sone; for the sone of the handmayde schal not be eir with my sone Ysaac.
11 Ale Abraham velmi těžce nesl tu řeč, pro syna svého.
Abraham took this heuyli for his sone;
12 I řekl Bůh Abrahamovi: Nestěžuj sobě o dítěti a o děvce své; cožkoli řekla tobě Sára, povol řeči její, nebo v Izákovi nazváno bude tobě símě.
and God seide to hym, Be it not seyn scharp to thee on the child, and on thin handmayde; alle thingis whiche Sare seith to thee, here thou hir vois, for in Isaac seed schal be clepid to thee;
13 A však i syna děvky učiním v národ; nebo tvé símě jest.
but also I schal make the sone of the handmaid in to a greet folk, for he is thi seed.
14 Vstal tedy Abraham velmi ráno, a vzav chléb a láhvici vody, dal Agar a vložil na rameno její, a pustil ji od sebe i s dítětem. Kterážto odešla a chodila po poušti Bersabé.
And so Abraham roos eerli, and took breed, and a botel of watir, and puttide on hir schuldre, and bitook the child, and lefte hir; and whanne sche hadde go, sche yede out of the weie in the wildirnesse of Bersabee.
15 A když nebylo vody v láhvici, povrhla dítě pod jedním stromem.
And whanne the watir in the botel was endid, sche castide awei the child vndur a tre that was there;
16 A odšedši, sedla naproti tak daleko, jako by mohl z lučiště dostřeliti; nebo pravila: Nebudu se dívati na smrt dítěte. Seděla tedy naproti, a pozdvihši hlasu svého, plakala.
and sche yede awei, and sche sat euene ayens as fer as a bowe may caste; for sche seide, Y schal not se the child diynge; and sche sat ayens, and reiside hir vois, and wepte.
17 I uslyšel Bůh hlas dítěte; a anděl Boží s nebe zavolal na Agar, a řekl jí: Coť jest, Agar? Neboj se; nebo Bůh uslyšel hlas dítěte z místa, na kterémž jest.
Forsothe the Lord herde the vois of the child, and the aungel of the Lord clepide Agar fro heuene, and seide, What doist thou, Agar? nyle thou drede, for God hath herd the vois of the child fro the place where ynne he is.
18 Vstaň, vezmi dítě, a ujmi je rukou svou; nebo v národ veliký učiním je.
Rise thou, and take the child, and holde his hoond; for Y schal make hym in to a greet folc.
19 A otevřel Bůh oči její, aby uzřela studnici vody. I šla a naplnila láhvici vodou, a napojila dítě.
And God openyde hir iyen, and sche seiy a pit of watir, and sche yede, and fillide the botel, and sche yaf drynk to the child;
20 A Bůh byl s dítětem, kteréžto zrostlo a bydlilo na poušti, a byl z něho střelec.
and was with him, and he encresside, and dwellide in wildernesse, and he was maad a yong man an archer,
21 Bydlil pak na poušti Fáran; i vzala mu matka jeho ženu z země Egyptské.
and dwellide in the deseert of Faran; and his modir took to him a wijf of the lond of Egipt.
22 Stalo se pak toho času, že mluvil Abimelech a Fikol, kníže vojska jeho, k Abrahamovi těmito slovy: Bůh s tebou jest ve všech věcech, kteréž ty činíš.
In the same tyme Abymelech, and Ficol, prince of his oost, seide to Abraham, God is with thee in alle thingis whiche thou doist;
23 Protož nyní, přisáhni mi teď skrze Boha: Toto ať se stane, jestliže mi sklamáš, neb synu mému, aneb vnuku mému; vedlé milosrdenství, kteréž jsem já učinil s tebou, i ty že učiníš se mnou a s zemí, v níž jsi byl pohostinu.
therfore swere thou bi God that thou noye not me, and myn eiris, and my kynrede; but bi the mersi whych Y dide to thee, do thou to me, and to the lond in which thou lyuedist a comelyng.
24 I řekl Abraham: A já přisáhnu.
And Abraham seide, Y schal swere.
25 (A přitom domlouval se Abraham na Abimelecha o studnici vody, kterouž mu mocí odjali služebníci Abimelechovi.
And he blamyde Abymelech for the pit of watir, which hise seruauntis token awey bi violence.
26 I řekl Abimelech: Nevím, kdo by učinil takovou věc; a aniž jsi ty mi oznámil, aniž jsem já také co slyšel, až dnes.)
And Abymelech answerde, I wiste not who dide this thing, but also thou schewidist not to me, and Y herde not outakun to dai.
27 Vzav tedy Abraham ovce i voly dal Abimelechovi; a vešli oba dva v smlouvu.
And so Abraham took scheep and oxun, and yaf to Abymalech, and bothe smyten a boond of pees.
28 A postavil Abraham sedm jehnic stáda obzvlášť.
And Abraham settide seuene ewe lambren of the flok asidis half.
29 I řekl Abimelech Abrahamovi: K čemu jest těchto sedm jehnic, kteréž jsi postavil obzvlášť?
And Abymelech seide to hym, What wolen these seuene ewe lambren to hem silf, whiche thou madist stonde asidis half?
30 Odpověděl: Že sedm těch jehnic vezmeš z ruky mé, aby mi to bylo na svědectví, že jsem kopal studnici tuto.
And he seide, Thou schalt take of myn hond seuene ewe lambren, that tho be in to witnessyng to me, for Y diggide this pit.
31 Pročež nazváno jest to místo Bersabé, že tu oba dva přisáhli.
Therfor thilke place was clepid Bersabee, for euere eithir swore there;
32 A tak učinili smlouvu v Bersabé. Vstav pak Abimelech a Fikol, kníže vojska jeho, navrátili se do země Filistinské.
and thei maden boond of pees for the pit of an ooth.
33 I nasázel stromoví v Bersabé, a vzýval tam jméno Hospodina, Boha silného, věčného.
Forsothe Abymelech roos, and Ficol, prince of his chyualrie, and thei turneden ayen in to the lond of Palestyns. Sotheli Abraham plauntide a wode in Bersabee, and inwardli clepide there the name of euerlastinge God;
34 A bydlil Abraham v zemi Filistinské za mnoho dní.
and he was an erthetiliere ether a comelynge of the lond of Palestynes in many dayes.
