2 Královská 16
1 Sedmnáctého léta Pekacha syna Romeliova kraloval Achas syn Jotama, krále Judského.
In year seven-teen year of Pekah [the] son of Remaliah he became king Ahaz [the] son of Jotham [the] king of Judah.
2 Ve dvadcíti letech byl Achas, když kralovati počal, a šestnácte let kraloval v Jeruzalémě, ale nečinil toho, což pravého jest, před Hospodinem Bohem svým, jako David otec jeho.
[was] a son of Twenty year[s] Ahaz when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and not he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh God his like David ancestor his.
3 Nýbrž chodil po cestě králů Izraelských; nadto i syna svého dal provésti skrze oheň vedlé ohavností pohanských, kteréž byl Hospodin vyplénil před oblíčejem synů Izraelských.
And he walked in [the] way of [the] kings of Israel and also son his he made pass in the fire according to [the] abominations of the nations which he had dispossessed Yahweh them from before [the] people of Israel.
4 Obětoval také a kadil na výsostech a na pahrbcích, i pod každým stromem zeleným.
And he sacrificed and he made smoke at the high places and on the hills and under every tree luxuriant.
5 Tedy vytáhl Rezin král Syrský a Pekach syn Romeliášův, král Izraelský, proti Jeruzalému k boji, a oblehli Achasa. Ale nemohli ho dobyti.
Then he came up Rezin [the] king of Aram and Pekah [the] son of Remaliah [the] king of Israel Jerusalem for battle and they laid siege on Ahaz and not they were able to do battle.
6 (Toho času Rezin král Syrský odtrhl zase město Elat k Syrii, a vyplénil Židy z Elot; Syrští pak přišedše do Elat, bydlili tam až do dnešního dne.)
At the time that he restored Rezin [the] king of Aram Elath to Aram and he cleared out the Jews from Elath (and Edomites *Q(K)*) they came Elath and they have dwelt there until the day this.
7 I poslal Achas posly k Tiglatfalazarovi králi Assyrskému, řka: Služebník tvůj a syn tvůj jsem, přitáhni a vysvoboď mne z ruky krále Syrského, a z ruky krále Izraelského, kteříž povstali proti mně.
And he sent Ahaz messengers to Tiglath-pileser [the] king of Assyria saying [am] servant your and son your I come up and deliver me from [the] hand of [the] king of Aram and from [the] hand of [the] king of Israel who are rising up on me.
8 A pobrav Achas stříbro a zlato, kteréž se nalézti mohlo v domě Hospodinově a v pokladích domu královského, poslal králi Assyrskému dar.
And he took Ahaz the silver and the gold which was found [the] house of Yahweh and in [the] treasuries of [the] house of the king and he sent [it] to [the] king of Assyria a gift.
9 Tedy povolil jemu král Assyrský, a přitáhl k Damašku a dobyl ho, a přenesl obyvatele jeho do Kir, Rezina pak zabil.
And he listened to him [the] king of Assyria and he came up [the] king of Assyria to Damascus and he seized it and he took into exile it Kir towards and Rezin he put to death.
10 I vypravil se král Achas vstříc Tiglatfalazarovi králi Assyrskému do Damašku. A uzřev král Achas oltář v Damašku, poslal k Uriášovi knězi podobenství toho oltáře, a formu jeho vedlé všelikého díla jeho.
And he went the king Ahaz to meet Tiglath-pileser [the] king of Assyria Damascus and he saw the altar which [was] in Damascus and he sent the king Ahaz to Uriah the priest [the] likeness of the altar and pattern its for all work its.
11 I vzdělal Uriáš kněz oltář vedlé všeho toho, což byl poslal král Achas z Damašku. Tak učinil kněz Uriáš, prvé než se vrátil král Achas z Damašku.
And he built Uriah the priest the altar according to all that he had sent the king Ahaz from Damascus so he did Uriah the priest until came the king Ahaz from Damascus.
12 Když se pak navrátil král z Damašku, uzřev ten oltář přistoupil k němu a obětoval na něm.
And he came the king from Damascus and he saw the king the altar and he drew near the king to the altar and he offered up on it.
13 A tak zapálil zápal svůj i suchou obět svou, a obětoval obět mokrou svou, a pokropil krví oltáře z pokojných obětí svých.
And he made smoke burnt offering his and grain offering his and he poured out drink offering his and he sprinkled [the] blood of the peace offerings which [belonged] to him on the altar.
14 Oltář pak měděný, kterýž byl před Hospodinem, přenesl z přední strany domu, aby nestál mezi oltářem jeho a mezi domem Hospodinovým, a postavil jej po boku oltáře svého k půlnoci.
And the altar of bronze which [was] before Yahweh and he brought near from with [the] face of the house from between the altar and from between [the] house of Yahweh and he put it on [the] side of the altar north-ward.
15 I přikázal král Achas knězi Uriášovi, řka: Na větším oltáři obětuj zápaly jitřní, a obět suchou večerní, a obět zápalnou královskou s obětí suchou její, i obět zápalnou všeho lidu země, a oběti suché jejich, i oběti mokré jejich, a všelikou krví zápalu a všelikou krví oběti kropiti budeš na něj, oltář pak měděný bude mi k doptávání se Boha.
(And he commanded *Q(K)*) the king Ahaz Uriah the priest saying on the altar great make smoke [the] burnt offering of the morning and [the] grain offering of the evening and [the] burnt offering of the king and grain offering his and [the] burnt offering of all [the] people of the land and grain offering their and drink offerings their and all [the] blood of [the] burnt offering and all [the] blood of [the] sacrifice on it you will sprinkle and [the] altar of bronze it will belong to me to consult.
16 Tedy učinil Uriáš kněz všecko, jakž mu přikázal Achas.
And he did Uriah the priest according to all that he commanded the king Ahaz.
17 Osekal také král Achas přepásaní podstavků, a odjal od nich pánve, a moře složil s volů měděných, kteříž byli pod ním, a položil je na dlážení kamenné.
And he cut off the king Ahaz the rims of the stands and he removed from on them (*Q(K)*) the laver and the sea he took down from on the ox[en] the bronze which [were] under it and he put it on a pavement of stone.
18 Zastření také sobotní, kteréž byli udělali v domě, a vcházení královské z zevnitř odjal od domu Hospodinova, boje se krále Assyrského.
And ([the] covered structure of *Q(K)*) the sabbath which people had built in the house and [the] entrance of the king outer he removed [the] house of Yahweh because of [the] king of Assyria.
19 Jiní pak skutkové krále Achasa, kteréž činil, zapsáni jsou v knize o králích Judských.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Ahaz which he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.
20 I usnul Achas s otci svými, a pochován jest s nimi v městě Davidově, a kraloval Ezechiáš syn jeho místo něho.
And he lay down Ahaz with ancestors his and he was buried with ancestors his in [the] city of David and he became king Hezekiah son his in place of him.
