2 Korintským 3
1 Začínáme opět sami sebe chváliti? Zdaliž potřebujeme, jako někteří, schvalujících listů k vám, nebo od vás k jiným?
Are we beginning again ourselves to commend? (Or *N(k)O*) surely not we need like some commendatory letters to you or from you (commendatory [letters]? *k*)
2 List náš vy jste, napsaný v srdcích našich, kterýž znají a čtou všickni lidé.
The letter of us you yourselves are inscribed in the hearts of us, being known and being read by all men,
3 Nebo to zjevné jest, že jste vy list Kristův, zpravený skrze přisluhování naše, napsaný ne černidlem, ale Duchem Boha živého, ne na dskách kamenných, ale na dskách srdce masitých.
being revealed that you are a letter of Christ having been ministered to by us inscribed not in ink but with [the] Spirit of God [the] living, not on tablets of stone but on tablets (of hearts *N(K)O*) human.
4 Doufání pak takové máme skrze Krista k Bohu,
Confidence now such we have through Christ toward God;
5 Ne že bychom dostateční byli mysliti něco sami z sebe, jakožto sami z sebe, ale dostatečnost naše z Boha jest.
Not for from ourselves sufficient we are to reckon anything as of (ourselves, *NK(O)*) but the sufficiency of us [is] of God,
6 Kterýžto i hodné nás učinil služebníky Nového Zákona, ne litery, ale Ducha. Nebo litera zabíjí, ale duch obživuje.
who also has made competent us [as] ministers of a new covenant, not of [the] letter but of [the] Spirit; the for letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
7 A poněvadž přisluhování smrti, literami vyryté na dskách kamenných, bylo slavné, tak že nemohli patřiti synové Izraelští v tvář Mojžíšovu, pro slávu oblíčeje jeho, kteráž pominouti měla,
If now the ministry of death in (letters *NK(o)*) engraved (in *k*) stones was produced in glory, so as for not to be able to look intently the sons of Israel into the face of Moses on account of the glory of the face of him which is fading,
8 I kterakž by tedy ovšem přisluhování Ducha nemělo býti slavné?
how surely more the ministry of the Spirit will be in glory?
9 Nebo poněvadž přisluhování pomsty slavné bylo, mnohemť se více rozhojňuje v slávě přisluhování spravedlnosti.
If for (to the *N(k)O*) ministry of condemnation [was] glory, much more abounds the ministry of righteousness (in *k*) glory!
10 Nebo to, což oslaveno bylo, aniž oslaveno bylo v té částce, u přirovnání převýšené slávy nového přisluhování.
Even for (not *N(k)O*) has been glorified that glorified in this respect on account of the surpassing [it] glory.
11 Nebo poněvadž to pomíjející slavné bylo, mnohemť více to, což zůstává, jestiť slavné.
If for that which is fading away [was] through glory, much more [is] that remaining in glory!
12 Protož majíce takovou naději, mnohé svobody užíváme,
Having therefore such hope great boldness we use,
13 A ne jako Mojžíš, kterýž kladl zástření na tvář svou, aby nepatřili synové Izraelští k cíli té věci pomíjející.
and not as Moses was putting a veil over the face (of himself *N(k)O*) for not to look intently the sons of Israel into the end of that fading away;
14 Ale ztupeni jsou smyslové jejich. Nebo až do dnešního dne to zastření v čítání Starého Zákona zůstává neodkryté; nebo skrze Krista toliko se odnímá.
But were hardened the minds of them. Until for the present (day *no*) the same veil at the reading of the old covenant remains not being lifted, (for *N(k)O*) in Christ is being removed,
15 Protož až do dnešního dne, když se čtou knihy Mojžíšovy, zastření jest položeno na jejich srdci.
But unto this day when (ever *no*) (may be read *N(k)O*) Moses, a veil over the heart of them lies;
16 Než jakž by se obrátilo ku Pánu, odňato bude zástření.
When however (ever *N(k)O*) [one] shall have turned to [the] Lord, is taken away the veil.
17 Nebo Pán Duch jest, a kdež jest Duch Páně, tuť i svoboda.
The now Lord the Spirit is; where now the Spirit of [the] Lord [is] (there *k*) [is] freedom.
18 My pak všickni odkrytou tváří slávu Páně jakožto v zrcadle spatřujíce, v týž obraz proměněni býváme od slávy v slávu, jakožto od Ducha Páně.
We ourselves now all unveiled in face the glory of [the] Lord beholding as in a mirror, the same image are being transformed into from glory to glory even as from [the] Lord [the] Spirit.
