1 Korintským 11
1 Následovníci moji buďte, jako i já Kristův.
Imitators of me do be even as I myself also [am] I myself also [am] of Christ.
2 Chválímť pak vás, bratří, že všecky věci mé v paměti máte, a jakž jsem vydal vám ustanovení, tak je zachováváte.
I commend now you (brothers *k*) that in all things me you have remembered, and even as I delivered to you the teachings you are keeping.
3 Chciť pak, abyste věděli, že všelikého muže hlava jest Kristus, a hlava ženy muž, hlava pak Kristova Bůh.
I want however you to know that of every man the head Christ is, [the] head now of [the] woman [is] the man; [the] head now (*no*) of Christ God.
4 Každý muž, modle se aneb prorokuje s přikrytou hlavou, ohyžďuje hlavu svou.
Every man praying or prophesying [anything] on [his] head having he dishonors the head of him.
5 Každá pak žena, modleci se anebo prorokujici s nepřikrytou hlavou, ohyžďuje hlavu svou; nebo jednostejná věc jest, jako by se oholila.
Every now woman praying or prophesying uncovered with the head dishonors the head (of her; *N(k)O*) one for it is and the same with which shaven.
6 Nebo nezavíjí-liť žena hlavy své, nechažť se také ostříhá. Pakli jest mrzká věc ženě oholiti se neb ostříhati, nechažť se zavíjí.
If for not covers her head a woman, also she should be shorn; If [it is] now disgraceful to a woman to be shorn or to be shaven, she should cover her head.
7 Mužť nemá zavíjeti hlavy své, obraz a sláva Boží jsa, ale žena sláva mužova jest.
A man indeed for not ought to cover the head image and glory of God being; (the *no*) woman however [the] glory of man is;
8 Nebo není muž z ženy, ale žena z muže.
Not for is man of woman but woman of man;
9 Není zajisté muž stvořen pro ženu, ale žena pro muže.
Truly for not was created man on account of the woman but woman on account of the man;
10 Protož máť žena míti obestření na hlavě pro anděly.
Because of this ought the woman authority to have on the head on account of the angels.
11 Avšak ani muž bez ženy, ani žena bez muže, v Pánu.
However neither [is] woman without man nor man without woman in [the] Lord;
12 Nebo jakož žena jest z muže, tak i muž skrze ženu, všecky pak věci z Boha.
Just as for the woman of the man [is] so also the man through the woman [is], the however all things of God.
13 Vy sami mezi sebou suďte, sluší-li se ženě s nepřikrytou hlavou modliti Bohu.
In you yourselves do judge: Becoming is it for a woman revealed to God to pray?
14 Zdaliž vás i samo přirození neučí, žeť jest ohyzda muži míti dlouhé vlasy?
(or *K*) Not even nature itself does teach you that a man indeed if he shall have long hair, a dishonor to him it is,
15 Ale ženě míti dlouhé vlasy poctivé jest; nebo vlasové k zastírání dány jsou jí.
a woman however if she shall have long hair, glory to her it is? For the long hair instead of a covering has been given to her;
16 Jestliže pak komu se vidí neustupným býti, myť takového obyčeje nemáme, ani církev Boží.
If now anyone is inclined contentious to be, we ourselves such custom no [other] have nor the churches of God.
17 Toto pak předkládaje, nechválím toho, že ne k lepšímu, ale k horšímu se scházíte.
In this now (instructing *NK(o)*) not I do praise because not for the better but for the (worse *N(k)O*) you come together.
18 Nejprve zajisté, když se scházíte do shromáždění, slyším, že jsou roztržky mezi vámi, a poněkud tomu věřím.
First indeed for coming together you in (*k*) an assembly I hear divisions among you there to be, and in part it I believe;
19 Neboť musejí i kacířstva mezi vámi býti, aby právě zbožní zjeveni byli mezi vámi.
It behooves for also factions among you there to be, so that (also *no*) the approved evident may become among you.
20 A tak když se scházíte vespolek, jižť to není večeři Páně jísti,
Coming therefore of you together in one place not it is [the] Lord’s supper to eat;
21 Poněvadž jeden každý nejprv večeři svou přijímá v jedení, a tu někdo lační, a jiný se přepil.
One for [their] own supper takes first in eating, and this [one] indeed is hungry, that [one] however is drunken.
22 A což pak domů nemáte k jedení a ku pití? Èili církev Boží tupíte, a zahanbujete ty, kteříž nemají hojnosti pokrmů? Což vám dím? Chváliti budu vás? V tom jistě nechválím.
Surely not indeed houses surely you have in which to eat and to drink? Or the church of God do you despise and put to shame those nothing having? What shall I say to you shall I praise you in this? Not I praise [you]!
23 Já zajisté přijal jsem ode Pána, což i vydal jsem vám, že Pán Ježíš v tu noc, v kterouž zrazen jest, vzal chléb,
I myself for received from the Lord that which also I delivered to you that the Lord Jesus in the night in which He was betrayed took bread,
24 A díky činiv, lámal a řekl: Vezměte, jezte, to jest tělo mé, kteréž se za vás láme. To čiňte na mou památku.
and having given thanks He broke [it] and said (do take *KO*) (do eat: *K*) This of Me is the body which [is] for you (being broken; *K*) this do perform in of Me remembrance.
25 Takž i kalich, když povečeřel, řka: Tento kalich jest ta nová smlouva v mé krvi. To čiňte, kolikrátkoli píti budete, na mou památku.
Likewise also the cup after having supped saying; This cup the new covenant is in My blood; this do perform, as often as (when *N(k)O*) you shall drink [it], in of Me remembrance.
26 Nebo kolikrátž byste koli jedli chléb tento a z kalicha toho pili, smrt Páně zvěstujte, dokavadž nepřijde.
As often as for (when *N(k)O*) you shall eat bread this and cup (this *K*) may drink, the death of the Lord you proclaim until that (when *k*) He may come.
27 A protož kdokoli jedl by chléb tento a pil z kalicha Páně nehodně, vinen bude tělem a krví Páně.
Therefore who[ever] maybe may eat bread (this *K*) or may drink the cup of the Lord unworthily (of the-Lord *O*) guilty will be of the body and of the blood of the Lord.
28 Zkusiž tedy sám sebe člověk, a tak chléb ten jez, a z toho kalicha pí.
should examine however a man himself, and in this manner of the bread he should eat and of the cup he should drink;
29 Nebo kdož jí a pije nehodně, odsouzení sobě jí a pije, nerozsuzuje těla Páně.
The [one] for eating and drinking (unworthily *K*) judgment on himself he eats and he drinks not discerning the body (of the *k*) (Lord. *K*)
30 Protož mezi vámi jsou mnozí mdlí a nemocní, a spí mnozí,
Because of this among you many [are] weak and sick, and are fallen asleep many.
31 Ješto kdybychom se sami rozsuzovali, nebyli bychom souzeni.
If (for *N(k)O*) ourselves we were judging, not then would we were come under judgment;
32 Ale když býváme souzeni, ode Pána býváme poučováni, abychom s světem nebyli odsouzeni.
Being judged however by (the *no*) Lord we are disciplined, so that not with the world we may be condemned.
33 A tak, bratří moji, když se scházíte k jedení, jedni na druhé čekávejte.
So then, brothers of mine, coming together in order to eat one another do wait for;
34 Pakli kdo lační, doma jez, abyste se nescházeli k odsouzení. Jiné pak věci, když přijdu, zřídím.
If (now *k*) anyone is hungry, at home he should eat, so that not for judgment you may come together. And the other things as soon as when I may come I will set in order.
