Zjevení Janovo 5
1 I viděl jsem po pravici sedícího na trůnu knihu popsanou vnitř i zevnitř, zapečetěnou sedmi pečetmi.
And I saw a scroll on the right hand of Him who is sitting on the throne, written within and on the back, sealed with seven seals;
2 A viděl jsem anděla silného, volajícího hlasem velikým: Kdo jest hoden otevříti tu knihu, a zrušiti pečeti její?
and I saw a strong messenger crying with a great voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seals?”
3 I nemohl žádný, ani na nebi, ani na zemi, ani pod zemí, otevříti té knihy, ani pohleděti do ní.
And no one was able in Heaven, nor on the earth, nor under the earth, to open the scroll, nor to behold it.
4 Pročež já plakal jsem velmi, že není nalezen žádný, kdo by hoden byl otevříti a čísti tu knihu, ani pohleděti do ní.
And I was weeping much, because no one was found worthy to open and to read the scroll, nor to behold it,
5 Tedy jeden z těch starců řekl mi: Neplač. Aj, svítězilť lev, ten kterýž jest z pokolení Judova, kořen Davidův, aby otevřel tu knihu, a zrušil sedm pečetí jejích.
and one of the elders says to me, “Do not weep; behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has overcome to open the scroll, and to loose its seven seals”;
6 I pohleděl jsem, a aj, mezi trůnem a čtyřmi těmi zvířaty a mezi těmi starci Beránek stojí jako zabitý, maje sedm rohů a sedm očí, jenž jsou sedm duchů Božích, poslaných na všecku zemi.
and I saw, and behold, in the midst of the throne, and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing as having been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the Seven Spirits of God, which are sent to all the earth,
7 I přišel a vzal tu knihu z pravice toho, kterýž seděl na trůnu.
and He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who is sitting on the throne.
8 A jakž vzal tu knihu, hned těch čtvero zvířat a těch čtyřmecítma starců padlo před tím Beránkem, majíce jeden každý z nich harfu, a báně zlaté plné vůně, jenž jsou modlitby svatých.
And when He took the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell before the Lamb, each one having harps and golden bowls full of incenses, which are the prayers of the holy ones,
9 A zpívali píseň novou, řkouce: Hoden jsi vzíti tu knihu, a otevříti pečeti její. Nebo jsi zabit, a vykoupils nás Bohu krví svou ze všelikého pokolení a jazyku a lidu i národu.
and they sing a new song, saying, “Worthy are You to take the scroll, and to open its seals, because You were slain, and You purchased us to God in Your blood, out of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation,
10 A učinil jsi nás Bohu našemu krále a kněží, a budeme kralovati na zemi.
and made them [to be] to our God kings and priests, and they will reign on the earth.”
11 I viděl jsem a slyšel hlas andělů mnohých okolo toho trůnu a těch zvířat i starců, a byl jich počet stokrát tisíc tisíců a desetkrát sto tisíců,
And I saw, and I heard the voice of many messengers around the throne, and the living creatures, and the elders—and the number of them was myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands—
12 Řkoucích velikým hlasem: Hodenť jest ten Beránek zabitý vzíti moc, a bohatství, i moudrost, i sílu, i čest, i slávu, i požehnání.
saying with a great voice, “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive the power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing!”
13 Též všecko stvoření, kteréž jest na nebi, i na zemi, i pod zemí, i v moři, i všecko, což v nich jest, slyšel jsem řkoucí: Sedícímu na trůnu a Beránkovi požehnání, čest a sláva i síla na věky věků. (aiōn g165)
And every creature that is in Heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and the things that are on the sea, and all things in them, I heard saying, “To Him who is sitting on the throne and to the Lamb—the blessing, and the honor, and the glory, and the might—through the ages of the ages!” (aiōn g165)
14 Čtvero pak těch zvířat řeklo: Amen. A těch čtyřmecítma starců padlo, a klaněli se živému na věky věků.
And the four living creatures said, “Amen!” And the twenty-four elders fell down and they worship Him who is living through the ages of the ages.
