Matouš 12
1 V ten čas šel Ježíš v sobotu skrze obilí, učedlníci pak jeho lační jsouce, počali vymínati klasy a jísti.
At that time Jeshu was walking on the sabbath among the grain; and his disciples hungered, and began to pluck the ears and to eat.
2 Farizeové pak spatřivše to, řekli jemu: Hle, učedlníci tvoji činí, čehož nesluší činiti v sobotu.
But when the Pharishee saw them, they say to him, Look, thy disciples do something which is not lawful to be done on the sabbath.
3 On pak řekl jim: Co jste nečtli, co učinil David, když lačněl, on i ti, kteříž s ním byli?
But he said to them, Have you not read what David did when he hungered, and they who were with him?
4 Kterak všel do domu Božího a chleby posvátné jedl, kterýchž jemu neslušelo jísti, ani těm, kteříž s ním byli, než toliko samým kněžím?
how he went to the house of Aloha, and the bread of the table of the Lord did he eat, -that which was not lawful for him to eat, nor for them who were with him, but for the priests only?
5 Aneb zdali jste nečtli v zákoně, že kněží v sobotu v chrámě sobotu ruší, a jsou bez hříchu?
Or have you not read in the law that the priests in the temple profane the sabbath in it, and are without blame?
6 Ale pravímť vám, že větší jest tuto nežli chrám.
But I say to you, that (one) greater than the temple is here.
7 Než kdybyste věděli, co jest to: Milosrdenství chci a ne oběti, nepotupovali byste nevinných.
Moreover, if you knew what that (meaneth), " I desire mercy and not a sacrifice," you would not have condemned them who are not faulty.
8 Syn zajisté člověka jest pánem i soboty.
For the Lord of the sabbath is the Son of man.
9 A odšed odtud, přišel do školy jejich.
AND Jeshu passed thence, and came into their synagogue.
10 A aj, byl tu člověk, maje ruku uschlou. I tázali se ho, řkouce: Sluší-li v sobotu uzdravovati? aby jej obžalovali.
And a certain man was there whose hand was withered. And they questioned him, saying, Is it lawful on the sabbath to heal? that they might accuse him.
11 On pak dí jim: Který z vás bude člověk, ješto by měl ovci jednu, a kdyby ta upadla do jámy v sobotu, i zdaliž nedosáhne jí a nevytáhne?
But he said to them, What man is there among you that hath one sheep, (who), if it fall into a pit on the sabbath-day, doth not take and lift it up?
12 A čím lepší jest člověk než ovce? A protož slušíť v sobotu dobře činiti.
How much more precious is a child of man than a sheep! Wherefore it is lawful on the sabbath-day to do that which is good.
13 Tedy řekl člověku tomu: Vztáhni tu ruku svou. I vztáhl, a přivedena jest k zdraví jako druhá.
Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand! and he stretched forth his hand, and it was restored like the other its fellow.
14 Farizeové pak vyšedše, drželi radu proti němu, kterak by jej zahladili.
And the Pharishee went forth and took counsel against him, how they might destroy him.
15 A věděv to Ježíš, šel odtud. I šli za ním zástupové mnozí, a uzdravil je všecky.
But Jeshu knew, and passed from thence; and great crowds went after him, and he healed them all.
16 A s pohrůžkou přikázal jim, aby ho nezjevovali,
And he forbad that they should make him known.
17 Aby se naplnilo povědění skrze Izaiáše proroka, řkoucího:
That what was spoken by the prophet Eshaia might be fulfilled, who said,
18 Aj, služebník ten můj, kteréhož jsem vyvolil, ten milý můj, v němž se dobře zalíbilo duši mé. Položím Ducha svého na něj, a soud národům zvěstovati bude.
Behold my servant, in whom is my pleasure: My beloved, in whom my soul delighteth. My Spirit will I put upon him, And judgment to the peoples shall he preach.
19 Nebude se vaditi, ani křičeti, aniž kdo na ulicích uslyší hlas jeho.
He shall not contend nor cry, And no man shall hear his voice in the street.
20 Třtiny nalomené nedolomí, a lnu kouřícího se neuhasí, až i vypoví soud k vítězství.
A bruised reed he will not break, And a flickering lamp he will not extinguish, Until he bring forth judgment unto victory.
21 A ve jménu jeho národové doufati budou.
And in his name shall the gentiles hope.
22 Tehdy přiveden k němu ďábelstvím posedlý, slepý a němý. I uzdravil jej, tak že ten slepý a němý i mluvil i viděl.
THEN they brought to him a certain demoniac who was dumb and blind; and he healed him, so that the dumb and blind could speak and see.
23 I děsili se všickni zástupové a pravili: Není-liž tento ten Syn Davidův?
And all the multitude were amazed, and said, Is not this the Son of David?
24 Ale farizeové to uslyševše, řekli: Tento nevymítá ďáblů než skrze Belzebuba, kníže ďábelské.
But the Pharishee, when they heard, said, This (man) doth not cast forth demons unless by Beelzebub, the prince of the devils.
25 Ježíš pak znaje myšlení jejich, dí jim: Každé království rozdělené samo proti sobě spustne, a každé město neb dům proti sobě rozdělený nestane.
But Jeshu knew their reasonings, and said to them, Every kingdom that is divided against itself is destroyed; and every city which is divided against itself shall not stand.
26 A jestližeť satan satana vymítá, proti sobě rozdělen jest. Kterak tedy stane království jeho?
And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how then standeth his kingdom?
27 A vymítám-liť já ďábly skrze Belzebuba, synové vaši skrze koho vymítají? Protož oni soudcové vaši budou.
And if I by Beelzebub cast forth demons, your sons, by whom do they cast them forth? On this account they shall be your judges.
28 Pakliť já Duchem Božím ďábly vymítám, přišloť jest jistě mezi vás království Boží.
But if I by the Spirit of Aloha cast forth demons, the kingdom of Aloha hath come nigh upon you.
29 Aneb kterak kdo může do domu silného vjíti a jeho nádobí pobrati, leč by prvé svázal toho silného, a teprv by dům jeho obloupiti mohl?
Or, how can one enter the strong one's house, and spoil his goods, unless he first bind the strong one? and then can he spoil his house.
30 Kdož není se mnou, proti mně jest; a kdo neshromažďuje se mnou, rozptylujeť.
He who is not with me is against me; and he who gathereth not with me, in scattering scattereth.
31 Protož pravím vám: Všeliký hřích i rouhání bude lidem odpuštěno, ale rouhání proti Duchu nebude odpuštěno lidem.
Wherefore, this I say to you: That all sins and blasphemies shall be forgiven unto the sons of men; but the blasphemy which is against the Spirit shall not be forgiven to the sons of men.
32 A kdyby kdo řekl slovo proti Synu člověka, bude jemu odpuštěno, ale kdož by mluvil proti Duchu svatému, nebude jemu odpuštěno, ani v tomto věku, ani v budoucím. (aiōn g165)
And every one who shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him; but every one who against the Spirit of Holiness shall speak, it shall not be forgiven to him, neither in this world nor in the world to come. (aiōn g165)
33 Čiňtež aneb strom dobrý, i ovoce jeho dobré; aneb čiňte strom zlý, i ovoce jeho zlé. Neboť po ovoci strom bývá poznán.
Or make the tree good, and the fruits (will be) good; or make the tree evil, and the fruits (will be) evil: for by the fruits the tree is known.
34 Pokolení ještěrčí, kterakž byste mohli dobré věci mluviti, jsouce zlí? Nebo z hojnosti srdce ústa mluví.
Brood of vipers! how can you speak good who are evil? For from the abundancies of the heart the mouth speaketh.
35 Dobrý člověk z dobrého pokladu srdce vynáší dobré, a zlý člověk ze zlého pokladu vynáší zlé.
A good man from the good treasuries bringeth forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasuries bringeth forth evil (things).
36 Ale pravím vám, že z každého slova prázdného, kteréž mluviti budou lidé, vydadí počet v den soudný.
But I tell you, that for every useless word which the sons of men shall speak, they must give the answer for it in the day of judgment.
37 Nebo z slov svých spravedliv budeš, a z řečí svých budeš odsouzen.
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
38 Tehdy odpověděli někteří z zákonníků a farizeů, řkouce: Mistře, chceme od tebe znamení viděti.
THEN answered certain from the scribes and Pharishee, and said to him, Teacher, we would wish to see a sign from thee.
39 On pak odpovídaje, dí jim: Pokolení zlé a cizoložné znamení hledá, ale znamení jemu nebude dáno, jediné to znamení Jonáše proroka.
But he answered them and said, A generation depraved and adulterous requireth a sign; but a sign shall not be given to it, but the sign of Jaunon the prophet;
40 Nebo jakož byl Jonáš v břiše velryba tři dni a tři noci, takť bude Syn člověka v srdci země tři dni a tři noci.
for as Jaunon was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights, so the Son of man shall be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights.
41 Muži Ninivitští stanou na soudu s pokolením tímto, a potupí je, proto že pokání činili k Jonášovu kázaní, a aj, víceť nežli Jonáš tuto.
The men of Ninevoë. shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jaunon; and, behold, a greater than Jaunon (is) here.
42 Královna od poledne povstane k soudu s pokolením tímto, a potupí je; nebo přijela od končin země, aby slyšela moudrost Šalomounovu, a aj, víceť tuto nežli Šalomoun.
The queen of the south shall arise in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it; for she came from the confines of the earth that she might hear the wisdom of Shelemun; but one more excellent than Shelemun is here.
43 Když pak nečistý duch vyjde od člověka, chodí po místech suchých, hledaje odpočinutí, ale nenalézá.
When the unclean spirit shall have gone forth from a child of man, he wandereth through places that have no waters in them, and seeketh repose, but findeth (it) not.
44 Tedy říká: Navrátím se do domu svého, odkudž jsem vyšel. A přijda, nalezne prázdný, vyčištěný a ozdobený.
Then he saith, I will return unto the house from whence I came forth; and coming, he findeth it untenanted, cleansed, and decorated.
45 Tedy jde a vezme s sebou sedm jiných duchů horších, nežli jest sám, a vejdouce, přebývají tam, i bývají poslední věci člověka toho horší nežli první. Takť se stane i tomuto zlému pokolení.
Then he goeth and taketh with him seven other spirits, than himself more wicked, and they enter and dwell in him. And the end of that man is worse than his beginning. So shall it be with this wicked race!
46 A když on ještě mluvil k zástupům, aj, matka a bratří jeho stáli vně, žádajíce s ním promluviti.
While he spake to the assembly, his mother and his brethren came, standing without, and seeking to speak with him.
47 I řekl jemu jeden: Aj, matka tvá i bratří tvoji stojí vně, chtíce s tebou mluviti.
And a man said to him, Thy mother and thy brethren are standing without, and are requesting to speak with thee.
48 On pak odpovídaje, řekl tomu, kterýž jemu pověděl: Kdo jest matka má? A kdo jsou bratří moji?
But he answered and said to him who spake to him, Who is my mother, and who are my brethren?
49 A vztáhna ruku svou na učedlníky své, řekl: Aj, matka má i bratří moji.
And he stretched forth his hand towards his disciples, and said, Behold my mother, and behold my brethren!
50 Nebo kdož by koli činil vůli Otce mého nebeského, ten jest bratr můj, i sestra má, i matka má.
For every one who doeth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he is my brother, and my sister, and my mother.
