Ezechiel 30

1 Opět se stalo slovo Hospodinovo ke mně, řkoucí:

The word of Jehovah came again to me, saying:

2 Synu člověčí, prorokuj a rci: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Kvělte: Ach, nastojte na tento den.

Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Howl ye, Alas! alas for the day!

3 Nebo blízko jest den, blízko jest, pravím, den Hospodinův, den mrákoty, čas národů bude.

For the day is near, the day of Jehovah is near! A day of clouds, the time of the nations is come.

4 A přijde meč do Egypta, a bude přetěžká bolest v Mouřenínské zemi, když padati budou zbití v Egyptě, a poberou zboží jeho, a zbořeni budou základové jeho.

The sword shall come upon Egypt, and anguish shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be destroyed.

5 Mouřenínové a Putští i Ludští i všelijaká směsice, též Kubští i obyvatelé země smlouvy s nimi mečem padnou.

Ethiopia, and Lybia, and Lydia, and all her auxiliaries, and Chub, and the men of every country that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword.

6 Takť praví Hospodin, že padnou podpůrcové Egypta, a snížena bude vyvýšenost síly jeho; od věže Sevéne mečem padati budou v ní, praví Panovník Hospodin.

Thus saith Jehovah: They that uphold Egypt shall fall, and the pride of her power shall come down; from Migdol to Syene shall they fall in her by the sword, saith the Lord Jehovah.

7 I budou v pustinu obráceni nad jiné země pusté, a města jejich nad jiná města pustá budou.

And they shall be laid waste in the midst of the lands that are laid waste, and her cities shall be amongst the cities that are desolate.

8 I zvědí, že já jsem Hospodin, když zapálím oheň v Egyptě, a potříni budou všickni pomocníci jeho.

And they shall know that I am Jehovah, when I have brought a fire into Egypt, and all her helpers shall be destroyed.

9 V ten den vyjdou poslové od tváři mé na lodech, aby přestrašili Mouřenínskou zemi ubezpečenou, i budou míti bolest přetěžkou, jakáž byla ve dni Egypta; nebo aj, přicházíť.

In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships, to make the confident Ethiopians afraid; and anguish shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt; for behold, it cometh!

10 Takto praví panovník Hospodin: Učiním zajisté konec množství Egyptskému skrze ruku Nabuchodonozora krále Babylonského.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon.

11 On i lid jeho s ním, nejukrutnější národové přivedeni budou, aby zkazili tu zemi; nebo vytrhnou meče své na Egypt, a naplní tu zemi zbitými.

He and his people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought to make the land desolate; and they shall draw their swords against Egypt, and fill the land with the slain.

12 A obrátě řeky v sucho, prodám tu zemi v ruku nešlechetných, a tak v pustinu uvedu zemi, i což v ní jest, skrze ruku cizozemců. Já Hospodin mluvil jsem.

And I will make the rivers dry, and I will sell the land into the hand of evil men; and I will lay waste the land and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers; I, Jehovah, have spoken it.

13 Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Zkazím i ukydané bohy, a konec učiním modlám v Nof, a knížete z země Egyptské nebude více, když pustím strach na zemi Egyptskou.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will destroy the idols, and cause the images to cease out of Noph; and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt; and I will bring fear upon the land of Egypt:

14 Nebo pohubím Patros, a zapálím oheň v Soan, a vykonám soudy v No.

And I will lay waste Pathros, and bring a fire upon Zoan, and execute judgments upon No.

15 Vyleji prchlivost svou i na Sin, pevnost Egyptskou, a vypléním množství No.

And I will pour out my fury upon Sin, the strength of Egypt, and I will cut off the multitude of No.

16 Když zapálím oheň v Egyptě, velikou bolest bude míti Sin, a No bude roztrháno, Nof pak nepřátely bude míti ve dne.

And I will bring a fire upon Egypt; Sin shall tremble, and No shall be broken through, and Noph shall be plundered by day.

17 Mládenci On a Bubastští mečem padnou, panny pak v zajetí půjdou.

The young men of On and of Pibeseth shall fall by the sword, and the women shall go into captivity.

18 A v Tachpanches zatmí se den, když tam polámi závory Egypta, a přítrž se stane v něm vyvýšenosti síly jeho. Mrákota jej přikryje, dcery pak jeho v zajetí půjdou.

At Tahpanhes also the day shall be darkened, when I shall break there the yoke of Egypt, and the pride of her strength shall cease within her. A cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity.

19 A tak vykonám soudy při Egyptu, i zvědí, že já jsem Hospodin.

Thus will I execute judgments upon Egypt; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.

20 Opět bylo jedenáctého léta, prvního měsíce, sedmého dne, že se stalo slovo Hospodinovo ke mně, řkoucí:

Now it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first month, on the seventh day of the month, that the word of Jehovah came to me, saying:

21 Synu člověčí, rámě Faraona krále Egyptského zlámal jsem, a aj, nebudeť uvázáno, ani přičiněno lékařství, aniž přiložen bude šat pro obvázání jeho a posilnění jeho k držení meče.

Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and lo, it is not bound up, so as to have medicines applied to it; a bandage is not applied to it, to make it strong to hold the sword.

22 Protož takto praví panovník Hospodin: Aj, já jsem proti Faraonovi králi Egyptskému, a polámi ramena jeho, i sílu jeho, i budeť zlámané, a vyrazím meč z ruky jeho.

Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against Pharaoh, the king of Egypt; and I will break his arms, both the strong one, and that which was broken, and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.

23 A rozptýlím Egyptské mezi národy, a rozženu je do zemí.

And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them through the countries.

24 Posilním zajisté ramen krále Babylonského, a dám meč svůj v ruku jeho, i polámi ramena Faraonova, tak že stonati bude před ním, jakž stonává smrtelně raněný.

But I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and will put my sword into his hand, and break the arms of Pharaoh, so that he shall groan before him with the groanings of a deadly wounded man.

25 Posilním, pravím, ramen krále Babylonského, ramena pak Faraonova klesnou. I zvědí, že já jsem Hospodin, když dám meč svůj v ruku krále Babylonského, aby jej vztáhl na zemi Egyptskou.

Yea, I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am Jehovah, when I shall put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon the land of Egypt.

26 A tak rozptýlím Egyptské mezi národy, a rozženu je do zemí, i zvědí, že já jsem Hospodin.

And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them among the countries, and they shall know that I am Jehovah.
