1 Osmoga dana Mojsije pozva Arona, njegove sinove i starješine Izraelove
And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called for Aaron, and for his sons, —and for the elders of Israel;
2 i reče Aronu: “Uzmi jedno tele za žrtvu okajnicu, jednoga ovna za žrtvu paljenicu, oboje bez mane, i dovedi ih pred Jahvu.
and said unto Aaron—Take for thyself a choice calf, as a sin-bearer, and a ram for an ascending-sacrifice, each without defect, —and bring them near before Yahweh;
3 A Izraelcima reci ovako: 'Uzmite jednoga jarca za žrtvu okajnicu, tele i janje od godine, oboje bez mane, za žrtvu paljenicu;
and unto the sons of Israel, shalt thou speak, saying, —Take ye a he-goat, as a sin-bearer, and a calf and a young sheep, each a year old, without defect for an ascending-sacrifice;
4 a junca i ovna za žrtvu pričesnicu da žrtvujete pred Jahvom; napokon prinosnicu, s uljem zamiješenu; jer će vam se danas Jahve ukazati.'”
and an ox and a ram for peace-offerings, to sacrifice before Yahweh, and a meal-offering overflowed with oil, —for, to-day, doth, Yahweh, appear unto you.
5 Dovedu oni pred Šator sastanka što je Mojsije naredio; naprijed stupi sva zajednica i stane pred Jahvu.
So they brought that which Moses commanded before the tent of meeting, —and all the assembly drew near, and stood before Yahweh.
6 “Ovo je zapovijed”, reče Mojsije, “koju je Jahve izdao. Izvršite je, da vam se pokaže slava Jahvina.”
And Moses said—This, is the thing which Yahweh hath commanded that ye shall do, —that the glory of Yahweh may appear unto you.
7 Zatim Mojsije reče Aronu: “Stupi k žrtveniku, prinesi svoju žrtvu okajnicu i svoju žrtvu paljenicu i tako izvrši obred pomirenja za se i svoj dom; onda prinesi dar naroda i za nj izvrši obred pomirenja, kako je Jahve naredio.”
and Moses said unto Aaron—Draw near unto the altar, and offer thy sin-bearer and thine ascending-sacrifice, and put a propitiatory-covering about thyself and about the people, —and offer the oblation of the people and put a propitiatory-covering about them, As Yahweh hath commanded.
8 Aron se primače žrtveniku i zakla tele žrtve za svoj vlastiti grijeh.
So Aaron drew near unto the altar, —and slew the sin-bearing calf which was for himself;
9 Zatim mu Aronovi sinovi donesu krvi. On u nju zamoči svoj prst i stavi je na rogove žrtvenika. Potom ostalu krv izli podno žrtvenika.
and the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him, and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put [thereof] upon the horns of the altar, —and the [remainder of the] blood, poured he out at the base of the altar;
10 A loj, bubrege i privjesak s jetre žrtve okajnice sažeže u kad na žrtveniku, kako je Jahve naredio Mojsiju.
and with the fat and the kidneys and the caul a from the liver, of the sin-bearer, made he a perfume at the altar, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
11 Meso i kožu spali na vatri izvan tabora.
But, the flesh and the skin, consumed he with fire, outside the camp.
12 Zakolje poslije toga žrtvu paljenicu, od koje mu sinovi Aronovi pruže krv. On njome zapljusne žrtvenik sa svih strana.
Then slew he the ascending-sacrifice, —and the sons of Aaron presented unto him the blood, and he dashed it against the altar round about.
13 Dodaju mu i žrtvu paljenicu, dio po dio, a tako i glavu, i on je sažeže u kad na žrtveniku.
And the ascending-sacrifice, presented they unto him piece by piece thereof also the head, —and he made a perfume upon the altar:
14 Drobinu i noge opere pa i njih na žrtveniku sažeže u kad povrh žrtve paljenice.
and he bathed the inwards and the legs, —and made a perfume upon the ascending-sacrifice at the altar.
15 Zatim prinese dar naroda. Uze jarca žrtve okajnice za grijehe naroda, zakla ga i prinese kao žrtvu okajnicu, isto onako kao i prijašnju.
Then brought he near the oblation of the people, —and took the sin-bearing goat which pertained to the people, and slew it and made therewith a sin-bearer, like the first.
16 Donese potom žrtvu paljenicu i prinese je prema propisu.
Then brought he near the ascending-sacrifice, —and offered it, according to the regulation,
17 Donijevši poslije toga žrtvu prinosnicu, od nje zagrabi pregršt i sažeže na žrtveniku u kad povrh jutarnje žrtve paljenice.
Then brought he near the meal-offering, and filled his hand therefrom, and made a perfume upon the altar, —in addition to the ascending-sacrifice of the morning.
18 Napokon zakolje junca i ovna kao žrtvu pričesnicu za narod. Aronovi mu sinovi pruže krv, a on zapljusne žrtvenik sa svih strana;
Then slew he the ox, and the ram, as a peace-offering, which pertained unto the people, —and the sons of Aaron presented the blood unto him, and he dashed it against the altar, round about;
19 dodaju mu i loj s junca i ovna, pretili rep, loj oko drobine, bubrege i privjesak s jetre.
and the portions of fat from the ox, —and from the ram, the fat-tail, and the covering, and the kidneys, and the caul of the liver;
20 Metnuvši te masne dijelove na grudi, sažga ih u kad na žrtveniku.
and they put the portions of fat upon the breasts, —and he made a perfume with the fat at the altar;
21 A grudi i desno pleće Aron prinese kao žrtvu prikaznicu pred Jahvom, kako je Mojsije naredio.
but the breasts and the right shoulder, did Aaron wave as a wave-offering, before Yahweh, —as Moses commanded,
22 Tada Aron podiže ruke spram naroda i blagoslovi ga. Pošto prinese žrtvu okajnicu, paljenicu i pričesnicu, siđe.
Then Aaron lifted up his hands towards the people, and blessed them, —and he came down from offering the sin-bearer, and the ascending-sacrifice and the peace-offering.
23 Poslije toga Mojsije i Aron uđoše u Šator sastanka. Kad iziđoše, blagosloviše narod. Slava Jahvina pokaza se svemu narodu.
And when Moses and Aaron had entered into the tent of meeting, —and had come forth, and blessed the people, then appeared the glory of Yahweh, unto all the people;
24 Ispred Jahve izbi oganj i sažga žrtvu paljenicu i masne komade na žrtveniku. A sav narod, vidjevši to, viknu od veselja i pade ničice.
yea, there came forth fire from before Yahweh, and consumed upon the altar, the ascending-sacrifice and the portions of fat, —and all the people beheld and shouted, and fell down upon their faces.
